Intellum is an enterprise learning platform that combines a learning management system, Intellum LMS, with a built-in course authoring tool, Intellum Evolve, for companies that train customers, partners and employees. The homepage calls Intellum LMS "The world's most advanced AI-driven learning management system" and says it is "the only AI-first learning management system with a proven history of enterprise-level deployment." Its customer education page describes Intellum as "the customer education and training platform behind programs at Google and Meta". The buyer is an enterprise education team (customer education, partner enablement, L&D or compliance), not a solo creator selling a course, and the site's calls to action are a personalized demo and an RFP submission.

One platform, three audiences

Intellum runs customer, partner and employee audiences on one system, each in its own branded academy. The customer education FAQ says Intellum's Organizations give each audience its own branded subdomain, logo, colors and navigation, so customers move into your academy without feeling they have left your brand. A customer training LMS, as the page defines it, handles self-registration, per-account reporting, branded academies and paid or certified courses, and Intellum says its LMS covers all of these while tracking completion for every account.

The solutions menu lists five programs: Customer Education, Partner Education, Employee & Field Performance, Product Adoption & Onboarding, and Certifications at Scale. Industry pages cover SaaS, financial services (where the pitch is compliance and client trust), retail (product knowledge and sales) and manufacturing (safety and productivity).

For customer education the page describes five building blocks. Customer Certification lets a team build and update certification programs "in minutes". Ongoing Skills Development delivers AI-recommended content based on usage patterns, support cases or feedback. Adaptive Onboarding tailors onboarding to role, product plan or use case, with learning paths that adjust as customers progress. Feature Launch Campaigns automatically identify customers who need training on new releases and trigger targeted content. Impact Analytics connects learning activity to retention, expansion and advocacy metrics in real time, with conversational reporting.

Selling training is supported. The FAQ says "Intellum supports paid courses through a Stripe integration, plus certifications and credentials for customer audiences", so education can become a revenue stream. Data leaves the platform as well: "Customers move learning data into their own warehouse as it happens, so results are read against the metric the business already owns." Integrations & API connect the LMS to the rest of a company's tech stack, and the site footer lists AWS Marketplace and Google Cloud under partners.

Intellum AI

AI runs through the platform as three agents. The Creator Agent turns source materials such as policies, decks and videos into publish-ready courses, and the customer education page says it generates course structures, guides and assessments from release notes, documentation or recorded webinars. The homepage says it can "Cut course development tasks by up to 70%." The Manager Agent takes natural-language requests to handle enrollment, catalog management, assignments and reporting, and the site says its capabilities are "expanding monthly". The Learner Agent gives every learner a personal AI tutor that answers questions, suggests next steps and reinforces skills over time.

Authoring with Intellum Evolve

Evolve is the authoring half of the product. A 2026 post on the Intellum blog says Intellum acquired the Evolve content authoring tool in 2019 and that embedding it directly in the Intellum platform improved completion rates "by as much as 20%". The homepage describes Evolve as "Integrated natively into Intellum LMS", and the blog says it helps "hundreds of companies worldwide" design and deploy education, naming Google, Amazon, Meta and KPMG.

The blog explains why the built-in design matters. It argues that most authoring tools reach an LMS through a SCORM or xAPI file, so fixing a typo means republishing and re-uploading, and in some systems replacing a package resets learner progress. Evolve publishes straight into Intellum LMS instead: you update the course once and every learner sees the change the next time they open it. For courses that must run in another system, Evolve exports to SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004.

The editor is cloud-based, so several authors can work on the same course at the same time. Reviewers open courses directly and leave in-line comments, and courses can be created, previewed and updated in real time. The blog's FAQ describes Evolve as building "interactive, accessible content, with no-code logic for adaptive paths, SCORM 1.2 and 2004 export, localization, and team collaboration". Assessment and tracking are built in: the blog says you can see what content a learner viewed, how long they spent on it and how they performed on quizzes and assessments, and on the Intellum platform you can pass learner data back into the course to personalize it. Published courses are responsive across devices, and an integrated analytics dashboard shows where learners drop off.

Security, support and results

The homepage lists enterprise-grade security with SOC 2 Type II certification, a 99.9% uptime SLA described as guaranteed availability, and 24/7 support. Services & Implementation adds professional services to launch and scale a program. Resources include case studies, a webinar library with live and on-demand sessions, events, and the 2026 Education-Led Growth (ELG) Report on how education teams are scaling with AI.

The site publishes no prices or plan names. Buyers book a demo, contact the company or submit an RFP.

The homepage presents a set of figures drawn from its customer success stories: a 170% increase in learner engagement, 70% faster content creation, 2M+ external learners enabled, under 6 months to launch training globally and 73K hours saved in compliance admin. The customer education page adds 3x to 15x growth in partner revenue using AI-personalized certification, and 200+ learners certified in the first month using adaptive onboarding. The site says Intellum is trusted by Fortune 500 companies, and its customer list names Google, Meta, Pinterest, Gusto, Titleist and Impact.com. In its words, "Google delivers education content to millions of learners on Intellum, and Meta Blueprint serves millions of learners on it as well."

Who it suits

Intellum suits enterprise teams that run several audiences at once: a software company educating customers and partners, a financial services firm handling compliance training and client education, or a retailer or manufacturer training a distributed workforce. It fits best where the education team wants authoring and delivery in one place, wants training data in its own warehouse next to retention and revenue figures, and needs the security and uptime commitments the homepage lists. Teams that want to sell certifications or courses to customers can charge for them through the Stripe integration.

It is a heavier platform than a small business or a single course creator needs, and the demo-led sales process without a public price list reflects that. Much of Intellum's argument rests on authoring in Evolve and delivering in the same system, so a team committed to a separate authoring tool would use only part of the platform. For an education team that wants AI help with course production, enrollment and reporting across several audiences, Intellum covers that whole cycle in one product.
