Impartner is a partner relationship management (PRM) platform from Impartner Inc. for companies that sell through channel partners and wider partner ecosystems. This entry covers its Partner Training & Certification application, which the site sums up as "SCORM-enabled courses, quizzes & progress tracking", delivered inside the same partner portal that handles onboarding, deal registration and partner marketing. The reader it serves is a channel, partner enablement or customer education team that has to train people who do not work for the company, not an individual course creator and not an internal HR department.
The wider platform matters, because training here is one module of a larger system. The homepage brands the current version PRM 3.0 and calls it "The only end-to-end partner revenue management platform". It maps a partner journey that runs from recruiting and enrolling partners through onboarding, communication, training and enablement, demand generation, pipeline management, co-selling, rewards, business planning and measurement.
Building partner training
The training page opens with the promise to "Build courses, lessons, quizzes, and certification programs for partners." Authoring happens inside Impartner. The page says you can self-author all aspects of your certifications, courses, lessons and quizzes with no coding required, and upload and embed documents, videos and other media directly within the course UI. Each learning asset has its own publish status that can be changed easily, so a team can prepare new material and release it when it is ready.
Teams that already own training content do not have to rebuild it. The page says "Impartner now supports SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model) integration", and that with SCORM compatibility businesses can "upload, manage, and track training content", reusing existing SCORM courses or creating new interactive ones. The feature list also includes "Integrate your partner management and LMS data", and a customer quote from Anthony Moy, a Partner Experience Manager, describes using Impartner to connect the partner portal to a CMS and to an LMS "to track training and accreditations completed by our partners."
Certification programs and the partner experience
Certification is the core of the module. The page describes on-demand partner certification programs that help partners "more effectively sell, service, and support your products", and it lets you segment certification tracks "so you get the right depth of training to the right partners." Dynamic segmentation options decide which partners receive which training, and each partner's portal experience can be personalized according to their training progress.
For partners the experience is self-paced. The page says Impartner makes it easy for them to pick up where they left off or review any previously completed lesson materials. Administrators can build certificate badges that partners can share and set auto-expire rules for certification programs, so certifications lapse automatically under the rules the program sets. AvePoint's Sam Valme, Senior Director of Channel Experience, is quoted on the page saying "We have partners around the world posting their certification badges."
Certification also feeds the rest of the partner program. The page says Impartner uses automated workflows to turn channel partner training and certification "into a powerful trigger for other actions in your larger partner program." A related feature, Partner Competencies, lets you create achievements of various types and assign them to partner accounts, each with a badge awarded on attainment. The page lists what those competency records can drive: segmenting content, triggering workflows, Business Planning metrics, rewards, requirements or benefits for program compliance, and listings on the Partner Marketplace. Competencies can be assigned automatically from partner activities or performance metrics, and partners can submit claims of competencies that the vendor team approves.
All of this is delivered in the partner portal. The site pitches the portal as a place for transparent, mutual goal-setting, where partners can "act as an extension of your sales team." An interactive product tour shows what partners see when they take training and certification inside the portal.
The rest of the platform
Training sits beside a long list of applications in the site menu. Partner Lifecycle Management automates onboarding, training and growth. Pipeline Management syncs deal registration and partner leads with a CRM. There are modules for Market Development Funds, Partner Business Planning, Tiering and Compliance, Reporting and Analytics, Referral Automation and the Impartner Marketplace, plus Paid Media Marketing that connects local partners with local leads via Google. HyperscalerGTM automates partner-to-marketplace workflows across AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud.
Aimi is the platform's AI layer, described as "AI for partner revenue orchestration", and the homepage places an Aimi Sales Coach under business planning. A site banner announces a new CPQ product for quote management in the partner channel. Integrations run through Orchestration Studio, and the homepage says the platform lets you manage a partner ecosystem "without the need to bring in IT."
Pricing, support and results
The training page prints no prices. The site menu links a separate pricing page for each of the four core products: PRM, Partner Marketing Automation, Partner Communications and Partner Services, the last described as "Let us run PRM for you." Every page leads with a demo request.
Support runs through support tickets, a contact page and a Success Portal with best practices, user guides and product news. Impartner also runs webinars, MasterClasses, the ImpartnerCon event and an EMEA PX Summit, and keeps a directory of certified partners. The site lists industry expertise in cyber security, high tech, manufacturing, fintech and telecom, and says it serves companies "From the largest global enterprises to emerging startups".
On results, the training page says the company's customer data shows that "incentivizing and engaging partners in a proper training program can drive a 48% increase in sales". The homepage cites "Up to 50% more partner-sourced revenue" and a commissioned Forrester Consulting study of a composite organization based on Impartner customers, which it credits with $2.4M in net business value over 3 years. Sam Valme says on the homepage that Impartner helped his team "double our indirect business within the first 12 months." The site also says Impartner is recognized on G2 as "a Leader in enterprise and mid-market partner relationship management" and cites Channel Insider under the line "Impartner rated best PRM". These are the company's own figures and selected reviews, and they describe the whole platform rather than the training module alone.
Who it suits
Impartner's training module suits a company whose revenue runs through channel and referral partners and which wants certification tied to partner tiers, rewards, marketplace listings and pipeline in one system. A channel team already running partner onboarding, deal registration or marketing development funds in Impartner can add certification without a second vendor, and a team with an existing SCORM library can bring it in rather than rebuild it. The industries the site names, from cyber security to telecom, fit the pattern of large partner networks that need consistent product training across many independent companies.
It is a weaker match for a company with a handful of partners it manages personally, or for anyone who only needs a learning management system. Training is one application in a broad PRM suite, so a team that wants internal employee training, public course sales or a standalone course builder will find most of the platform unrelated to that need. The site steers every reader toward a demo rather than a price list, which fits a considered purchase by a partner organization rather than a quick self-serve signup.
