What BigMarker is

BigMarker is a webinar and events platform that also runs on-demand learning, and the company calls it "The AI-powered digital experience platform." It is built for marketing, events and education teams at companies and associations that teach their audiences through live sessions, conferences and recorded content. The home page says "The world's most innovative companies use BigMarker's digital experience platform to educate customers, capture data, and generate demand," and the site's title describes it as no-download webinar software, so attendees join in the browser.

For a customer education team, BigMarker's offer is a combination: live webinars to onboard and train customers, customer conferences, and evergreen learning hubs where classes, courses, assessments and certificates live after the event is over. The use-case menu names customer education ("Onboard new customers"), customer conferences, online education ("Educate members, customers & partners") and certification programs alongside demand generation and field marketing events.

Webinars

Webinars are the core of the platform, described as a way to "Build pipeline, educate customers, and capture data." Each webinar runs in a custom audience experience built for the use case and brand. Presenters engage attendees with reactions, chat, Q&A, polls, CTAs and breakout rooms. Simulive webcasts automate webinars so presentations run on their own while the host focuses on engagement, which helps with a recurring onboarding session that would otherwise need a live presenter every time.

Registration captures data through progressive profiling, and CRM profile enrichment syncs what attendees enter in the interactive tools to the company's CRM automatically. Full-service email marketing sends branded invites, reminders and follow-ups from inside the platform, and AI-powered personalization delivers a different experience to each audience segment. An embeddable webcast feature, marked new, lets a team embed webcasting anywhere, and the footer also lists landing pages as part of the platform.

The webinar section displays three results: 8x growth in webinar attendance over 3 years, a 35% in-webinar CTA conversion rate and 6x growth in webinar attendance over 3 years.

In-person, virtual and hybrid events

Customer conferences and user events run on the same platform. Registration is multi-step with conditional logic, full-service ticketing and payments. Check-in uses custom emails, QR codes and kiosks, with custom badge printing in a range of materials. Live streaming joins in-person and virtual audiences through live Q&A with upvoting and moderation, and moderated Q&A sessions or AMAs can be shown on screen in the room. Custom mobile event apps help attendees navigate sessions and connect, and attendees can build agendas in the app or in browser-based hubs. Networking comes through matchmaking, meetups and role-based lounges; dynamic digital signage shows upcoming sessions, meetups and maps; and an event CMS manages sessions, speakers, exhibitors and networking.

The events section shows an 84% engagement rate at a customer's largest L&D virtual event, 7.5x audience growth from extending in-person events to virtual, and a 75% mobile event app adoption rate at a flagship conference.

On-demand hubs and eLearning

The part that makes BigMarker a learning product sits in its media hubs, which the site says give "marketers, learning and content managers the ability to deploy custom platforms for engagement and eLearning." There are four kinds:

  • Learning hubs: custom learning portals "with classes, courses, assessments, and certificates built-in."
  • Video hubs: on-demand video with demand generation and audience engagement built in.
  • Resource hubs: AI-powered media libraries and in-product education portals.
  • Community hubs: discussion boards, networking and gamification.

That gives a customer education program a path from a live training webinar to a recording in a video hub, to a structured course with an assessment and certificate in a learning hub. The certification programs use case is listed with the line "Deliver CEU credit programs"; the home page names no approving body for those credits.

The on-demand section reports 9 hours average watch time for on-demand viewers, 40,000+ users engaged with in-product education and 90% growth in annual content production output.

AI features

The site presents BigMarker AI as the layer that surfaces insights, enriches attendee data and generates "derivative content" from webinars and events. The AI Content Studio creates AI-generated content, the on-demand pitch mentions AI-powered video clips and hubs, and AI insights and lead scoring identify opportunities and automate follow-up. Personalization, the AI Content Studio, AI insights and the embeddable webcast are all marked new in the menu.

Customers, ratings and resources

The customer section names six stories. TED's virtual event achieved a 99% attendee satisfaction rate; Canva launched a new product to over 115,000 in-person and virtual attendees; Amazon Business grew its webinar show-up rate to over 72%; Northwestern Alumni increased its webinar show-up rate by over 50%; PMI hosted a global event with over 35,000 attendees; and The Wall Street Journal achieved over 9 hours average attendee engagement.

The recognition section says BigMarker is "Rated #1 in customer satisfaction" by the top three software review sites, and lists G2 at 4.7 of 5 stars (category leader in webinars, virtual events, registration and live streaming), Capterra at 4.8 of 5 stars and GetApp at 4.9 of 5 stars. The resources include a 2025-26 B2B Webinar Benchmark Report, which the site says draws on millions of webinars hosted on the platform, a B2B Events Benchmark Report, a guide to customer education webinars aimed at driving product adoption, and a guide to using webinar surveys to enrich CRM profiles. The footer links to a knowledge base and API documentation, and support and sales each have their own contact address.

The home page shows no prices; it links to a separate pricing page and leads with demo bookings.

Who it suits

BigMarker fits a company or association that teaches its customers or members through live events first: a SaaS team running weekly onboarding webinars, an association with an annual conference and a continuing education program, a financial services firm engaging investors, or a life sciences company educating providers and patients, all of which the industry menu names. Having webinars, conferences, recordings, learning hubs and CRM sync in one system means the data from a training webinar reaches sales and customer success without exports.

The caveat is weight. BigMarker is an event and marketing platform with learning built on top, so a team that only wants self-paced courses with deep learning paths will use a small part of it. The customer names on the home page are large brands and associations with regular event programs, which is where the platform's breadth pays off.
