What Zenslearn is
Zenslearn bills itself as an "AI Powered LMS for Pakistan" and, in its footer, as "The white-label LMS built for modern institutes". It is a hosted learning platform that an academy, coaching center, school, university, training department or freelance educator runs under its own name: courses, batches, live classes, certificates, announcements and student records sit in one dashboard, and students see the institute's brand rather than Zenslearn's. The home page promises a fully branded platform in 5 minutes and counts 50+ institutes and 10,000+ students on it. The footer lists an office in Islamabad.
The site's solution pages are aimed at course creators, coaching academies, schools and universities, with specialist pages for medical test prep and coaching centers, IT training and coding bootcamps, corporate training, Quran academies and Islamic education, and freelance educators running their own branded academy.
Getting set up
Setup is three steps. You sign up, name your institute and pick a subdomain, which the site says takes 60 seconds. You upload your logo and choose colors and a theme; the themes shown are Ocean, Forest, Slate, Teal, Indigo and Midnight. Then you add courses, create batches and share an enrollment link. In the site's words, "Every screen, certificate, and email your students see carries your brand. Zenslearn stays completely behind the scenes."
Students are organized into batches alongside courses, and the dashboard has separate areas for courses, batches, students, live classes, certificates and announcements. One testimonial from an EdTech founder in Peshawar describes a multi-tenant setup that gives each of five sub-institutes its own branding and student base, all managed from a single super admin dashboard.
Live classes
Live teaching runs through an integrated Zoom connection. You schedule a class, students get automatic reminders, attendance is tracked in real time, and recordings are archived for later viewing. The site pitches this as the end of "juggling WhatsApp groups and manual attendance sheets". A training manager in Islamabad, Bilal Hussain, is quoted saying "The Zoom integration alone saved us 5 hours a week."
Video, assessment and AI tools
Recorded lectures are hosted on the platform as watermarked video with DRM protection, chunk-based uploads for large files (50MB chunks in the example shown) and delivery over a global CDN. An online tutor in Rawalpindi, Usman Raza, says on the home page that "The anti-piracy watermarks and signed URLs solved that problem completely", referring to students screenshotting and sharing paid content.
The AI tools cover three jobs. AI quiz generation turns an uploaded PDF into 20 questions in seconds. The AI course builder writes a curriculum from a prompt, with the example of a six-week Python data science course for beginners broken into weekly lectures. And an AI tutor answers each student's questions and takes follow-ups. Quizzes themselves run inside the course with multiple-choice questions, and the dashboard tracks active students, courses running, certificates issued and completion rates.
Certificates and careers
Certificates are generated automatically as branded PDFs with QR verification codes, and the sample on the home page shows the course, the grade, the instructor and a certificate number. An HR director in Multan, Fatima Sheikh, is quoted saying "The QR verification and custom design options made our certificates look professional and verifiable." Zenslearn also includes a job board, so an institute can connect its graduates with employers inside the same platform; the sample board lists a full-time role and an internship.
What institutes say about running it
The testimonials on the home page come from academy owners, tutors and training managers in Pakistani cities, and they describe the move from informal tools to a single system. Ayesha Khan, an institute owner in Faisalabad, writes: "We were managing 200 students across 6 WhatsApp groups. It was chaos. Moving to Zenslearn gave us proper enrollment, progress tracking, and certificates." Sana Malik, a course creator in Lahore, says: "I manage 300+ students and I'm not a technical person at all. The dashboard is so intuitive that I had everything running within a day." Farhan Ahmed, an academy director in Karachi, credits the branding: "They think we built the entire platform ourselves." And Ahmed Qureshi, who owns a coaching center in Karachi, says the AI quiz tool replaced an evening of writing quizzes by hand.
Apps
Students and teachers get native apps on iOS (iPhone and iPad, from the App Store), Android (phones and tablets, from Google Play) and Windows (desktop, from the Microsoft Store), plus browser access with no install.
Plans and pricing
The pricing section says every plan includes the full core LMS, and paid tiers add AI tools, API keys, custom domains and webhooks as an academy grows. Included in every plan are unlimited courses and batches, custom branding with your logo and colors, Zoom live classes, video hosting with DRM, branded certificates with QR, the job board, an analytics dashboard and mobile app access. Pricing is a flat monthly price per academy with a hard cap on students; the page says "you are never charged per student". The tiers are:
- 14-Day Free Trial: free, up to 100 students, no credit card.
- Academy: $99 a month, up to 300 students.
- Academy Pro: $249 a month, up to 1,000 students.
- Academy Scale: $599 a month, up to 3,000 students.
Above 3,000 students, a Custom plan adds white-label, an SLA and dedicated infrastructure for large institutes and multi-branch networks, arranged by booking a call. Paying yearly gives 2 months free ("pay for 10 months, get 12"), and all prices are in USD. A company blog post from July 2026 describes ZensLearn as accepting local payment methods, naming JazzCash, EasyPaisa and Raast, and mentions a one-time setup fee; the current pricing section shows the flat tiers above. The footer links to a refund policy.
Support runs through an on-site chat, a WhatsApp chat, a help center, documentation and a changelog.
Who it suits
Zenslearn fits a Pakistani academy, coaching center or training institute that teaches in batches, mixes live Zoom classes with recorded lectures, and wants its own brand on everything from the student portal to the certificate. The attendance tracking, DRM video and QR certificates answer the problems the testimonials keep returning to, such as WhatsApp-group admin and leaked lectures, and the AI quiz builder saves teachers real preparation time. Freelance educators can start on the Academy tier, while institutes with several branches will look at the Custom plan for full white-label and dedicated infrastructure. It is built around institutes running their own students, so a creator who wants a public marketplace to find learners will need to bring their own audience.
