Web To Learn

Tap a star to rate

Web To Learn is a Polish platform for creating and selling online courses, run by WebToLearn Sp. z o.o. It is built for creators, trainers and small online businesses who want a course platform, sales pages, email and invoicing in one system without technical skills. The homepage calls it "Najbardziej rozbudowana platforma do sprzedaży i udostępniania kursów online w Polsce" (the most extensive platform for selling and sharing online courses on the Polish market). The site is entirely in Polish, and the company's blog names Polish-language support and setup instructions as one of the things a course platform for Polish learners has to offer.

What a creator builds

The course platform

A creator adds lessons, groups them into modules, and learners watch on any device. File and video hosting is included in the subscription, and the blog describes strong protection against learners downloading and passing on the material. The blog notes that learners get a user panel, tests and certificates confirming completion.

Two features turn a video library into a course. Exams check what learners know, and the creator decides the training result on that basis. Certificates are issued in one click: the creator picks a ready template or uploads their own, and when a participant completes the training the app generates a personalized certificate. The features menu also lists a mobile app, a course catalog, a reviews and ratings system, and webinar rooms for live training and sales webinars.

Community

Web To Learn also runs closed communities, and the homepage lists the building blocks: a community generated with ready boards and structure in a few clicks, posts on themed boards, comments and discussions, announcements, a Q&A section where members ask experts and each other, live meetings and workshops, challenges with set goals, a resources area for e-books, checklists and templates, spaces for sharing progress and feedback, smaller Mastermind groups, a creativity gallery and a wellbeing corner.

What you can sell

The homepage lists nine kinds of product: online courses as automated lessons available at any time, paid closed communities, subscriptions with recurring payments, e-books, books and physical products shipped to the buyer, one-to-one consultations, webinars, services, and tickets to online or in-person events. Physical product sales and installments without a bank both appear in the features menu.

Selling, email and automation

The pitch is full automation: payments, granting access to the platform and generating invoices all happen without the creator's involvement. Invoicing connects to the Polish accounting services Fakturownia and inFakt. The shopping cart supports order bumps, cross-sells, up-sells and down-sells, and the blog describes a simple purchase process. The drag-and-drop page builder needs no code, and the blog claims a landing page, a lead magnet signup or a webinar registration page can be built in as little as 15 minutes. The features menu also lists an affiliate program (Program partnerski).

The built-in autoresponder sends a queue of emails that builds the relationship and sells, and the FAQ says using it is free. A creator can also connect an outside mass-mailing service such as mailerlite.pl, with that service's own fees. The homepage counts +40 integrations in total and lists marketing tools and accounting systems among them. Email addresses and pages from the page builder can run on the creator's own domain, while the course platform itself runs on a subdomain. Adding more administrators requires the Plus plan or higher.

Getting started

According to the homepage, creating an account takes 5 minutes and setting up the whole system takes less than 60 minutes on Web To Learn's own server. Anyone who wants a guided tour can book a free 30-minute online demo with a Web To Learn expert, invite their team to it and expect no pushy follow-ups, and the contact form promises a reply within 48 hours.

Trial, plans and payment terms

Web To Learn can be tested free for 14 days with access to all the most important features. The trial is available only at first registration and before buying a first subscription plan, and access is blocked if no plan is paid after it ends. The homepage and blog print no plan prices; plans are listed on a separate pricing page, and the FAQ names a Plus plan. The blog describes the business model as one subscription that gives access to every tool.

The refund terms are spelled out. Within 14 days of purchase a customer can cancel without giving a reason and get the payment back. After that, cancellation is possible at any time, access continues to the end of the billing period, and payments made are non-refundable. A plan can be upgraded at any moment, while a downgrade takes effect only after the current billing period ends. Plans can be paid by debit or credit card, BLIK, bank transfer, Google Pay, Masterpass, Visa Checkout or PayPal, payment can be split into installments, and a VAT invoice is available.

Support is in Polish by email at pomoc@webtolearn.pl and by phone, and the blog gives technical support hours as Monday to Friday, eight in the morning to four in the afternoon. Several testimonials single out the service: one couple writes that whatever time they call, someone answers and helps.

Scale and customers

The homepage gives these figures: 1.5 million active users, 13,736 platforms created and 576 mln zł in sales by Web To Learn users. An older blog post, written when the company had been running for more than 6 years, gave 270,000 registered users, 3,300 training platforms and over 69,000,000 złoty in revenue.

The testimonials come from course creators across fields. Karol Radziun of the dance school Dance Control says the school moved its whole business online during the pandemic, earned its first revenue less than a month after setting up, and now writes "W tym momencie 100% naszych przychodów generujemy w online" (at this point we generate 100% of our revenue online). Michał Kowalczyk, who sells Excel training, credits the onboarding help with getting his platform and sales links set up, and Magdalena Sadowska, who runs online marketing for clients, says her team now builds all its clients' course platforms on Web To Learn.

Who it suits

Web To Learn fits a Polish-speaking creator, trainer or small education business that sells mainly to Polish customers and wants courses, community, webinars, email, invoicing and checkout in one place. The automatic invoicing through Fakturownia or inFakt and support in Polish matter to a business that has to issue Polish VAT invoices. The exams and certificates suit trainers who need to confirm a result, and the community tools suit creators building a paid membership.

The limits follow from the focus. Everything, from the site to support, is in Polish, support runs on weekday office hours, and the platform is aimed at individual creators and training businesses rather than corporate learning departments. Anyone comparing costs should start with the pricing page and the 14-day trial.
