VeloxonHub
Tap a star to rate
VeloxonHub is an all-in-one platform for learning businesses: creators and experts, coaches and consultants, academies and company training teams. It describes itself as "One platform connecting content, live sessions, services, community, marketing, and company teams", and its FAQ says plainly that it is not only an LMS: alongside courses it includes community, memberships, chat, scheduling, native live broadcasting, commerce, page building, media delivery, marketing automation, analytics, support and B2B training tools. The homepage counts 30 feature domains, 180 supported languages, 180 supported currencies and a 0% platform transaction fee.
Building and delivering courses
Courses follow one hierarchy of course, module, chapter and lesson, and lessons can be video, audio, quiz or SCORM. The homepage menu sums up the LMS as "AI Course Builder, quizzes, drip, certificates" The AI Course Builder drafts outlines, modules and lessons, and the FAQ stresses that "Every output is a draft your team edits, approves, and publishes." A reusable media library and a branded page builder sit beside the course builder. The media library is listed with HLS video, documents and watermarking, and a comparison page on the site adds protected media, an optional per-viewer forensic watermark add-on, SCORM/xAPI packaging and enrollment rules.
Live teaching runs through what VeloxonHub calls native live telecast: broadcast, interact, record and measure. Members watch in a branded live viewer with a waiting room, chat, Q&A and reactions, and every broadcast leaves a replay. Scheduling handles events, appointments, hosts and availability, and coaching covers programs, check-ins, messaging and calls, with a coaching program home that keeps sessions, notes and ratings together.
What members see
The idea running through the product is one customer record. The homepage traces a member who buys at checkout, lands in the learner home, joins the community, attends live sessions and coaching, and earns progress and certificates, and says the same person record follows every step, "so a purchase can grant access, progress can trigger a message, and a live session can feed the analytics your team reads the next morning." A paid team purchase in its example grants a block of seats and opens the learning for a cohort.
Everything lands in one signed-in member home under the business's own brand and domain. Members continue where they stopped across every course and bundle they own, in a lesson player for video, audio, documents and rich text, with quizzes, assessments, drip-released modules, completion tracking, certificates and downloadable resources. Community feeds, posts, comments, member directories and profiles, group and private chat, and galleries of submitted work keep learners talking between lessons. Points, coins, badges, medals and streaks reward activity across learning, community and live sessions. Members also manage their own memberships, renewals, plan changes and order history, and reach a support center with ticket history and help articles. The member side is locale-aware: the FAQ lists right-to-left direction handling, site-level translations and language-prefixed routes. The business chooses which member surfaces appear in the learner home, and shapes the public site, checkout and communication around its own identity with custom navigation, brand assets, site search, and SEO and analytics settings.
Selling and marketing
Commerce covers product pricing in several currencies, subscriptions, access rules and seat tiers, a branded cart with wallets and paid pages, coupons, and memberships with flexible plans. Offers can be free, one-time, subscription or payment plans, shown in each buyer's local currency by location, and access opens the moment payment succeeds. Affiliates get partner links, commissions and payouts. Marketing and funnels cover campaigns, forms, workflows and email, SMS, web push and app push automation, and a blog module offers AI writing, SEO, series and subscribers. The AI Page Builder turns a written brief into a structured page, with motion and translation.
Training for companies
For corporate learning, the FAQ says VeloxonHub "models corporate organizations and nested business units, manages purchased entitlements and team seat rules, tracks compliance and certification renewal, schedules stakeholder reports, and supports HRIS workflows, webhooks, BI exports, and audit history." A B2B skill-gap assessment extracts skills from a job description and generates a learning plan per person. The same FAQ is candid about one gap: SAML and SCIM settings are staged for a future rollout, and live SSO and provisioning endpoints are not available yet. A support desk with tickets, SLAs, AI-drafted replies and a help center rounds out the operations side; the comparison page describes ticket ownership, priorities, SLA rules, saved replies and support analytics tied to the same customer record. Analytics cover revenue, learning and member health, with creator and student dashboards, automation rules, notifications, and webhooks and integrations.
Plans and pricing
Plans are priced in US dollars, and every plan starts with what the site calls the connected core, with limits and governance rising by tier.
- Starter, $49 a month, "Start lean"
- Growth, $129 a month, marked "Most popular"
- Business, $249 a month, "Scale teams"
Monthly, annual and lifetime options exist, and lifetime plans start from $2,990 one time. Enterprise is arranged as a custom contract. Each self-serve plan comes with a 14-day trial, usable once per site, which a comparison page says needs no card. VeloxonHub charges no platform transaction fee on any tier, while the payment provider still takes its own processing fee. Custom domains are available on every plan, full site branding starts on Business, and the Business and Enterprise plans include managed delivery of a branded mobile app. The site also links a refund policy, offers a demo and a "Talk to a human" option, and advertises real human support.
For businesses moving from another platform, the homepage suggests starting with one guided pilot before moving the wider catalog, audience and workflows, with courses, learners, products, brand and automations mapped across.
Who it suits
VeloxonHub suits a learning business that has outgrown a single course storefront: an academy or creator selling courses, memberships, live programs and coaching together, who wants buyers, progress and support in one record rather than in a stack of separate tools. The 0% platform fee keeps costs predictable as sales grow, the lifetime option suits owners who prefer a one-time purchase, and the 180-language support helps businesses teaching outside English. Training teams get seats, compliance and reporting, though a company that needs single sign-on today should note that SSO is not yet live. A solo creator with one course will be paying for a wide toolset, so the trial is the place to judge how much of it they will use.
