TudásPiac

Tap a star to rate

TudásPiac is a Hungarian course platform for trainers, educators and companies that want to sell online courses and subscriptions from a video school of their own. The homepage introduces it as "a magyar kurzus platform, beépített online értékesítési rendszerrel" (the Hungarian course platform, with a built-in online sales system), and adds that it is quick to learn and that customer service speaks Hungarian. The site says the service is owned and operated by Panosys Kft., a company it describes as active since 2011 with an AAA rating. The platform takes care of hosting, video delivery, updates and maintenance, and charges no commission on sales.

What a creator gets

The homepage lists what a customer does not need: IT knowledge, separate web hosting, add-ons to buy and install, or a separate video service subscription. "Nem neked kell frissítésekkel, karbantartással foglalkoznod" (you do not have to deal with updates and maintenance), it adds, since the package covers all of it. The company says a working e-learning system can be ready in a few days without programming, and on its contact sections it speaks of launching a school in as little as one working day.

Courses are built around video. Alongside the videos a creator can give students e-books, audio, downloadable PDFs and quizzes ("tudáspróbák"), and keep in touch through a built-in course chat. Students register with their name and email, so the creator builds a customer list that stays reachable independently of any outside platform. The course page compares the student side to YouTube in ease of use: every screen is clear, the system offers tips on progress, videos can be rewatched as often as needed, and the creator can still set a time limit. Courses play on computers, tablets and phones. A creator can run several courses at once, and one customer notes that the catalog can be filtered by category.

The virtual school is personalized. The creator chooses the web address, the payment methods and who may reach the materials, and from the outside the system looks like the creator's own: payments land in the creator's account immediately, invoicing runs through the creator's own system, and customer data can be accessed at any time. TudásPiac also sells event tickets, so a trainer can sell entry to a workshop, meetup, consultation, lecture or conference through the same site.

The course page sums up a launch in four steps: plan and make the course, upload it to your virtual school, set the offer and any special discounts, then show it to your audience. The site has separate sections for trainers and consultants, for organizations that run training, and for vloggers, and it pitches YouTubers in particular on turning an existing YouTube following into paying students.

Content protection

Protection is one of the features the site leads with. Videos uploaded to TudásPiac are download-protected, and if someone still tries to download one, the attempt shows up in the creator's activity log. The platform watches that only one person is logged into a user account at a time; when more try, it logs the activity and signs the extra user out automatically. Every page of a PDF is stamped with the downloading user's identifying details at the moment of download, so anyone who passes it on is immediately identifiable.

Selling and automation

The e-commerce tools cover a subscription model for membership sites, coupons, affiliate partners, and selling materials one by one or in bundles. Access can be lifetime or time-limited, and the creator can see exactly who has watched which videos and email them. Card payments come with automatic invoicing, one-time orders and subscriptions can run side by side, and affiliates can sell a creator's materials for them. One customer, a medical beauty business, singles out the Hungarian-language affiliate system as unique.

TudásPiac connects to "a legnépszerűbb magyar fizetési és számlázási rendszerekkel" (the most popular Hungarian payment and invoicing systems), which the site presents as its edge over comparable foreign systems, and a general API covers other tools. Email is automated: "A TudásPiac 29 különböző email sablont ismer", the course page says, meaning the system sends an email in response to 29 different events, and any of them can be switched off.

Packages and costs

The site mentions packages and monthly or annual fees and says a creator can start with a very small budget, but its homepage and course page give no package prices. One customer describes starting on the basic package (alapcsomag) and later moving to the advanced package (Haladó csomag) with several storage upgrades. A free, no-obligation online demo is offered, and the contact form also takes callback requests.

What customers report

The homepage carries a case study of Minner Akadémia, the online arm of the Minner.hu business blog. It says the academy produced more than 10,000,000 Ft in revenue in its first year, sold tickets to its owner's business events through the same automation, passed 5000 students in its third year, and that the cost of TudásPiac came to less than 6% of revenue in the first year.

The testimonials come from a wide range of users. A software company uses the platform to onboard users of its programs. A car rental and car sharing firm runs internal staff training with videos, texts and tests. A coaching business sends one email to all members whenever a new course goes up. A cosmetics company uploads three courses a week and valued the multilingual menu for its foreign audience. Another customer says that when she needed a card payment provider that was not yet integrated, the development was done within a week. Several mention a closed Facebook group where users help each other, even at weekends, and a help section that works as a full user guide. The industries the site lists range from tax and accounting, health and first aid and adult education to language teaching, sport and fitness, beauty and organizational development.

Who it suits

TudásPiac suits Hungarian trainers, coaches, consultants, YouTubers and training companies who sell recorded courses, memberships or event tickets and want payments, invoicing and emails to run on their own. The content protection is a strong reason for anyone selling premium video. Companies can use it for internal training as well. The service, support and invoicing links are Hungarian, so it fits creators who sell in Hungary first, though customers report students well beyond the country's borders. Buyers who want to compare costs will need to ask the company or join the demo.
