TuCampusVirtual is an Argentine service that builds and runs a branded virtual campus for online courses. Instead of handing over a blank course builder, its team sets up the platform for the customer: structure, design, domain and configuration, so a school, company, teacher or online academy can start loading courses and enrolling students without technical knowledge. The homepage describes the offer as a ready-to-use campus "con alumnos, cursos, evaluaciones, dominio propio y soporte en Argentina" (with students, courses, assessments, your own domain and support in Argentina). The company says it has been building educational platforms since 2012 and has launched more than 500 campuses in Argentina and Latin America.
What a campus includes
The platform rests on three pillars that the homepage calls student management, course creation and assessments, all run from one central admin panel.
Student management covers adding and removing students, assigning courses to a single student or to a whole group, a history of each student's activity and progress, and internal messaging between students and teachers. The point, as the site puts it, is to create students, assign them courses and answer their questions from one place without technical complications.
Courses are organized in modules and lessons, which the admin can arrange in any order. Lessons can hold videos, PDFs, links and presentations, uploaded by the customer directly, and the panel shows each student's progress through the course. The site lists access from a computer, tablet or phone, and it advertises the campus as available 24/7.
Assessments can be built in full and assigned to students. Multiple-choice questions are graded automatically, open answers go to a teacher for review, and results can be checked in real time from the panel. The feature list in the site footer also names digital certificates alongside student management, course creation and online assessments.
Each campus carries the customer's own name, logo and colors, which the homepage describes as "100% a tu imagen" (100% in your image). It can run on the customer's own domain, such as campus.yourschool.com, or on a subdomain, and the team can help register a new domain for a customer who does not have one.
How the setup works
Before the first call, the site says a customer only needs to decide three things: what kind of courses to offer, how to organize the students, and what visual identity to use. From there it lays out a four-step process. It starts with an initial consultation over WhatsApp, where the team learns what the customer needs and explains the options with no commitment. In the second step the team builds the campus with the customer's colors and logo, so everything is ready before the first student is loaded. Third, the customer uploads videos, PDFs and materials, guided step by step with direct support. Fourth, the campus goes live and the customer starts enrolling students, with the team still available for changes, improvements and support.
The FAQ gives timings. A basic campus can be online in 48 to 72 business hours, while larger projects with custom design take 5 to 10 days. The customer does not need to program or design anything: the team handles installation, design and configuration, and the customer only sends a logo and explains what they need. One customer quoted on the homepage, a language institute in Buenos Aires, says the campus was running in three days.
Who it is built for
The homepage names six kinds of customer. Educational institutions, including schools, universities, institutes and academies, can extend their teaching online with a platform of their own. Independent professionals such as coaches, consultants, teachers and specialists can sell courses under their own brand. Companies and teams can train their staff in an orderly way with follow-up on results. Fitness, yoga, sport and wellness instructors can move their training programs online. Designers, musicians, photographers and other artists who run workshops get a dedicated space for their students. Psychologists, nutritionists, doctors and therapists can offer training programs in digital form.
The testimonials match that spread. Besides the Buenos Aires language institute, a life and business coach in Córdoba says that after being guided through his first online project he now has more than 200 active students on his coaching platform, and a business training center in Rosario says the campus turned out exactly as imagined, with its own colors and logo, and easy to use for teachers and students alike. The homepage also cites a 98% customer satisfaction rate, which it attributes to post-launch surveys.
Support and pricing
Support is part of every plan. The FAQ says all plans include technical support by WhatsApp or email, and that customers are not left alone once the campus is launched; the site promises answers on WhatsApp within minutes. A free consultation with a specialist is offered, in which the team says it gives concrete options, prices and timelines, with no forms to fill in.
The company also keeps a blog for customers starting out. Its article on selling courses from your own platform covers choosing a platform by ease of use, integrations, payment methods, customization and support, defining a value proposition, structuring content in modules with assessments, offering a basic and a premium version of a course, and using content and email marketing to find students.
How many students a campus can hold depends on the plan, from dozens to thousands of simultaneous students, and the FAQ asks customers to state their expected scale. The homepage links to a separate pricing page and states no prices itself.
Who it suits
TuCampusVirtual suits a Spanish-speaking school, institute, training company or independent teacher who wants a branded campus without building or configuring one alone. The done-for-you setup, the short turnaround for a basic campus and support over WhatsApp make it a sensible choice for a first move online, and the group course assignment, progress history and teacher-graded open answers cover what a school or company training program needs day to day. The service is run in Spanish from Argentina, so it fits customers who work in Spanish. A creator who wants to sign up and build alone in an afternoon will find the offer centered on managed setup rather than self-service tools.
