Teachizy

Tap a star to rate

Teachizy is a French online training platform, an LMS in its own words, for independent trainers, training organizations, infopreneurs, coaches, experts and entrepreneurs who want to create, sell and run online courses. The home page sums it up as "Simple, flexible et 100% Français" (simple, flexible and 100% French) and promises you can create your first online course in an hour. It counts more than 1.5K satisfied customers, offers free sign-up with no commitment, says it is Qualiopi-compatible, and hosts its servers in France. A separate offer, Teachizy+, covers internal training and onboarding for companies.

Building lessons

Lessons are built in a block editor with more than 30 block types: text, video, audio, quizzes, downloadable files and more. The FAQ lists PDFs, downloadable files, audio, video, HTML and interactive content embedded from YouTube Live, Google Form, Typeform and Genially. Existing SCORM lessons can be imported, so content made in another authoring tool can sit alongside lessons built in Teachizy. The company's blog guide to authoring tools makes the same point from the other side: you can create modules in the tools you already use, then assemble them into a course in Teachizy's editor without learning a new standard.

You set the pace of a course with progressive release, release on a given date, or expiry after a set delay. Quizzes and evaluations are built in, and you can give learners missions and homework and follow their results. Gamification adds interactive modules, challenges and quizzes, and certificates of completion can be customized. A learner community space lets learners talk to one another. Course bundles can be sold to raise revenue per learner.

Managing learners

Teachizy includes a learner CRM: you can tag learners, add comments, invite many at once with group invitations, and automate enrollments even at high volumes. You can import and export learner data. Dashboards give an overview of performance with detailed tracking per learner, and the platform collects learners' immediate satisfaction ratings after a course so you can improve the content. Automatic emails cover welcome messages, reminders, abandoned carts and congratulations at the end of a course, and anti-dropout emails aim to keep learners from giving up halfway. Team accounts come with advanced access rights for working with colleagues.

Qualiopi, CPF and OPCO

For French training organizations, the compliance tools are a large part of the offer. The home page says connection logs and downloadable evidence make Qualiopi certification easier when you are seeking CPF or OPCO funding. The FAQ is precise about what this means: Teachizy itself is Qualiopi-compatible, and it supports your audit with progressive release of lessons, time limits, minimum viewing durations, chapter ordering, quiz pass rates, a timer that stops counting when the learner leaves the tab, immediate satisfaction surveys and the generation of attendance certificates. The certification itself remains the training organization's.

Selling

Sales pages are customizable, and payments run through Stripe or PayPal, with an option to pay in several monthly installments. Marketing tools include promo codes, abandoned-cart tracking and follow-up, and a built-in affiliate program that rewards the people who recommend your courses. You can embed your courses on external sites through configurable integrations, and the platform takes your logo, colors and domain name.

Integrations, AI and languages

Teachizy connects to other tools through Webhooks, Zapier and Make, and the home page names Brevo, HubSpot and Notion among the tools it links to; one Google reviewer says they connected their Brevo account easily. The home page lists integrated AI tools and AI-based features for optimizing courses and processes, and mentions AI and gamification as part of a policy of continuous innovation. The learner interface can be offered fully in English on the Pack Expert, which also lets you customize every visible element, from texts and images to legal notices.

Plans and support

The Pack Découverte is free and lets you try the platform. Paid packs are called Pro and Expert, and the home page names them without prices, which sit on its Features and Pricing page. Subscribers also get access to an academy with more than 100 exclusive resources (courses, white papers, masterclasses) and a private group for Teachizy trainers with previews, free content and features on Teachizy's social networks. Subscribers on Pro or above get free coaching, and an optional Launch Audit gives detailed feedback and recommendations before a launch. The academy also has a 1h30 onboarding workshop, in short videos, that takes you from an empty space to selling your first course and shows the Pro and Expert features.

Members of the Teachizy community can join exclusive masterclasses, and depending on the case the team adds coaching and audits of your content. The blog publishes guides for trainers, such as one explaining the difference between an authoring tool, which builds a module, and an LMS, which delivers it, collects progress and organizes access.

Support runs through instant chat with the team, a help center, video tutorials, training and coaching by video call, and there is a public status page. Data and content are hosted in France by O2SWITCH in Clermont-Ferrand and SCALEWAY in Paris, which the FAQ says ensures security and GDPR compliance.

What users say

The Google reviews quoted on the home page focus on ease of use and support. Pierre D. writes that he knew nothing about LMSs and "j’ai pu en quelques heures configurer une formation test paiement compris" (in a few hours I was able to set up a test course, payment included). Sonia M. calls it "100% Français, donc c’est génial" (100% French, so it's great), Gilles H. describes "le service client qui est vraiment exceptionnel" (customer service that is truly exceptional), and Cécile T. says "Le coût est très raisonnable" (the cost is very reasonable).

Who it suits

Teachizy fits French-speaking trainers and training organizations first, especially those who need Qualiopi evidence for CPF or OPCO funding and want their data hosted in France. Independent trainers, coaches and consultants get a full selling setup with installments, affiliates and abandoned-cart recovery, and the free Découverte pack lowers the cost of trying it. Organizations that teach an international audience can switch the learner interface to English on the Expert pack, and companies training staff or partners have Teachizy+. The product and its support are built around French users, so a creator who wants an English back office will find the whole experience oriented to France.
