What Smoove is
Smoove is a marketing automation platform for small businesses, e-commerce managers and marketing managers, with a site in Hebrew and English. Its tools cover email marketing, marketing automation, a landing page builder, SMS, WhatsApp messages and digital courses, and the home page sums up the pitch as "Fast, simple, efficient." Digital courses are one of those tools rather than a separate product: the course page invites creators, lecturers and business owners to turn their knowledge into income, and calls the module an "All in One LMS" for creating, marketing and selling courses without switching to outside interfaces or tools.
That makes Smoove a different kind of course platform. A business already sending newsletters and SMS from Smoove can add a course to the same account, and the course's registration, payment, access emails and reminders run on the same automation engine as the rest of its marketing.
What a course creator actually gets
Building the course. The FAQ says no technical knowledge is needed. Content goes into a structured content portal and can include text, images, video (added as links), PDF documents, and built-in surveys and questionnaires, all editable in real time. A course is organized into chapters and lessons, and ready-made templates and dedicated blocks help with the design. Students get organized access to the content from any device. A user guide on the Smoove blog describes the content portal as a content center open only to defined audiences, so the creator decides who can view it, holding articles, videos, images, links to files and products.
Drip content and learning journeys. Lessons can be opened gradually for each student at a set pace, which the page calls time-based or drip content. Automations send login details, lesson reminders and support materials by SMS and email, so each student is guided through the course. Smoove says the format suits professional courses, workshops, mentoring programs and content clubs.
Selling and enrollment. The course module includes landing pages, a connection to a payment (checkout) system, and an automation that sends access details as soon as someone buys. From the moment of registration or payment, a creator can trigger a sequence with access details, a password and reminders, and add emails, SMS, WhatsApp messages and questionnaires at the right points in the course. Because courses are synced with Smoove's other tools, creators can announce new lessons or remind students to finish tasks through email, SMS and WhatsApp from the marketing automation.
Content protection. Access can be limited to password holders, users are identified by IP address, and the number of logins per user can be capped, which the FAQ says protects content from copying and unauthorized use. The page frames it as making sure content reaches only those who paid for it.
Integrations and data. The course page says Smoove connects directly to payment systems, CRM, e-commerce systems and websites to handle registration and billing in one place, and syncs student and sales data with outside systems through an API and webhooks. The footer links to a REST API and an integrations page. Creators can also collect and analyze data on participation patterns.
The rest of the platform
The course module leans on the marketing tools around it, and those are where Smoove is most detailed.
Email marketing. Newsletters are built without code in a drag-and-drop editor with dozens of ready templates, a mobile-first approach and an AI studio that generates structure and marketing copy; a Magic Tweak button rewrites wording in one click. Contacts are managed in one system with lists, custom fields and segmentation. Reports show sends, opens, clicks (CTR) and bounces in real time, sends can be scheduled for optimal hours, and A/B testing is built in. For deliverability, the email page says Smoove meets international sending standards such as DKIM and SPF.
Marketing automation. Customer journeys are built by drag and drop and triggered by customer actions or a set schedule, for example a welcome email, reminders, purchase and abandonment flows, or a series of tips and tutorials. The home page lists use cases such as automated follow-up on price quotes, revenue from abandoned carts and repeat purchases in online stores, and an automated collections process for customers who have not paid.
Landing pages, SMS and WhatsApp. Landing pages come from ready templates and can include lead forms, payments and product purchases, event registration, contact buttons and automated journeys behind the scenes. SMS campaigns support personalized messages, surveys and "Smart Links" that start automated processes, and the WhatsApp service sends marketing, service and operational messages.
Pricing
The home page says Smoove is "Free for 100 contacts. Keep your credit card in your wallet," and the Hebrew pages repeat that the first 100 contacts are free. A free account is opened from the email signup form on each page. Paid prices are not printed on the course, email or home pages; a separate pricing page is linked.
Customer stories
Smoove's customer stories include Active Mode, a business offering tools for website builders, which runs digital courses, online workshops and a customer club in one system. Its owner, נטע, is quoted on the course page: "לא צריך לצאת למערכת חיצונית, והכל מנוהל באותו מקום עם הגישה לתכנים" (no need to go out to an external system, and everything is managed in the same place as access to the content). Another story describes a multidisciplinary designer who uses Smoove's content portal as the platform for a digital course, and a blog post explains how an organization with many employees and departments can use the course portal and automations for internal procedures, safety instructions and periodic exams.
Who it suits
Smoove suits a small business, coach or lecturer who already markets by email, SMS or WhatsApp and wants to sell a course from the same system, with registration, payment, access details and reminders all automated. The drip lessons, password and IP protection and login limits cover the basics of a paid course, and the content portal handles text, PDFs, linked video and questionnaires. A business that wants courses inside its marketing funnel, or an organization that needs a simple portal for staff procedures and periodic tests, gets both from one account.
Creators who want video hosted inside the course should note that the FAQ describes video as added through links, and those who want to compare plan costs will need the separate pricing page.
