What SendPulse is

SendPulse is a marketing and sales automation platform that includes an online course builder. Its main tools are email campaigns, SMS and Viber messages, chatbots for WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Telegram, a CRM, a website and landing page builder, pop-ups and web push, and the course builder sits in the same account, so a creator can teach, market and sell from one dashboard. The company's English blog describes it as "made with creators and corporate training in mind."

The Ukrainian site, where the course product is described in most detail, says SendPulse has been on the market for 11 years and serves 200,000+ businesses, with more than 4,000 positive reviews and a 4.6 rating; the English home page says it is "Trusted by 3M+ users." The interface is offered in Ukrainian, English, Portuguese, Spanish, Turkish, Italian, German, French and Russian.

Who the course platform is for

The course page names four kinds of user. Beginners can launch a course without a team by uploading materials and starting a site from a template. Experts can keep creating while automated funnels bring in students and take payments. Producers can run the whole business, courses, marketing, sales, analytics and team, from one account. HR managers can train their own staff, adding lessons, setting access and running onboarding or upskilling without outside help.

Building a course

Courses live inside a school. You set the school's type and name, build a site for it from a template or from scratch, and then build courses. The builder takes video, presentations, podcasts, books and other content, grouped into sections, with tests and homework after each lesson. The English blog adds that courses sit in an academy on your own domain, built with a drag-and-drop editor where lessons, sections, tests and forms are arranged into a curriculum. Lessons can open on a set date or a number of days after the previous one, and before publishing you choose the course format and lesson sequence, set the price and customize the completion certificate. Courses stay unpublished until you click Start, while free courses open to students as soon as they enroll. An AI course assistant can help create assignments, and lessons and courses can be duplicated and then edited.

Homework and tests can be accepted automatically or checked by hand, and feedback goes back to the student either anonymously or in the teacher's name; students are notified when work is checked and comments or grades are added. Students can rate each lesson and test and leave a full review with an overall score at the end, which the page suggests using to improve weak spots and to promote the next intake.

Certificates are configurable. You choose the criterion, completing all lessons or passing tests with a set score, and whether to issue one certificate at the end or several during the course; the design and content can be the same for everyone or individual to particular students.

Teaching groups and teams

Students can be split into groups, each assigned to a teacher, by level, pricing tier or specialization, and student-teacher chats keep questions moving. A school can add curators to help prepare lessons and work with students, plus a sales team or an accountant, and access to sensitive content can be limited to the people who need it. Invited teachers can be given different levels of access to content, the student list, questions and homework.

Content is protected with a personal watermark over each video, and the page says video is protected from download at the software level. Students learn in the personal account on the web, in the Education by SendPulse mobile app, or in a Telegram mini app that works on any device without installing anything; the English blog lists iOS and Android apps.

Selling and promoting

Every course automatically gets a website with a full description that is optimized for search engines. Students can register through a form on that site or through a chatbot on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or Telegram, can be added manually by email or moved from other courses, or can join after paying inside a chatbot. A funnel set up once can invite people to a webinar, remind them of the start, take the payment and follow the student all the way to the certificate, and any manager can step into a chat with one click, with conversations from every channel in one inbox.

For pricing, a creator can offer a free tier and several paid tiers, add promo codes, and during the course offer pricier tiers or separate materials; graduates can be offered new courses by email or in their personal account. The English blog lists payments through Stripe, Klarna and PayPal, among others, and says there are "no additional transaction fees besides the one charged by Stripe or other payment providers." The CRM records tasks, student data, applications, payments and communications, and the analytics show student progress, payments, course and certificate data, with the student list exportable for reporting.

Plans and pricing

The course page says you can start free with a course for 200 students, no card required, and move to the PRO plan to remove the student limit, accept payments, set up branding and use other advanced features. The English blog, dated August 2026, puts the free plan at one course, up to 200 students and a single instructor seat, with paid plans from $36 per month for 1,000 students and unlimited courses, yearly plans up to 50% cheaper, and custom plans assembled from individual tools. A Ukrainian blog post lists different figures (a free plan with three courses and 1 GB of storage, and PRO at $21 a month with 15 GB and 10 mentors), so the pricing page is the reference.

Outside the course builder, the free SendPulse plan includes 15,000 emails a month, 3 chatbots, the CRM, 1 website, 10 pop-ups and an online chat, and web push to up to 10,000 subscribers, with no time limit.

Support

Support runs 24/7 by chat or form, and the English home page says the team can help in five languages. There is a knowledge base, the SendPulse Academy with courses and webinars, and a partner catalog where a certified expert can advise on setup or handle a turnkey launch. Among the testimonials on the course page, Hanna, a founder, says she has used SendPulse for several months to run 3 courses, and Maria, an entrepreneur selling courses, says she started on the free plan and moved to a paid plan as her email list grew.

Who it suits

SendPulse suits a course creator who wants marketing and teaching in the same place: someone who sells through email, chatbots and webinars and wants every student's payments, chats and progress on one CRM record. The free plan makes it cheap to test, and the 0% platform fee on course sales keeps costs predictable. It also works for an HR team training staff with groups, access levels and certificates. The English blog itself notes the main limitation: the builder covers lessons, tests, assignments, certificates and drip scheduling well, but a creator after highly interactive, gamified learning may want more.
