What Schoolyland is
Schoolyland (סקולילנד) is an Israeli company that builds complete WordPress sites for people who sell courses and other knowledge products. Each customer gets their own site with a course system, sales and store, CRM, email, automations, landing pages and a private community, all installed with premium plugin licenses and translated into Hebrew. Rather than renting space on a hosted platform, the customer owns the site: you pay a one-time setup fee, and the home page states "האתר והמערכות נשארים שלך לתמיד" (the site and the systems stay yours forever). The services around it, such as hosting, email, support and maintenance, run for the first year with no obligation to renew.
The About page says the company began by building ordinary WordPress sites and turned to course sites in early 2020, when a client asked for a site with a built-in course system. The home page says 647+ sites have been built on its infrastructure since 2020, that a new site is ready within two business days ("2 ימי עסקים") of the order and setup form, and that 100K+ students have learned through the systems it built.
The course system
Courses run on LearnDash, which the FAQ describes as the most advanced course system for WordPress. It handles courses, lessons, tests, certificates and progress tracking, and the bundled ProPanel adds course statistics and reports. There is no limit on the number of courses, and courses, sections and lessons can all be duplicated.
Lessons can open on a schedule, either relative to the enrollment date or on a calendar date, and a lesson can stay locked until the student has watched the previous video or lesson; those restrictions can be lifted for an individual student. Add-ons extend the learner side: Notes for LearnDash lets students keep private notes in lessons, Private Sessions for LearnDash provides internal messaging between the creator and each customer, LearnDash Gift a Course lets someone buy a course as a gift, and Design Upgrade Pro and Uncanny Toolkit Pro change the course design and add features. Fluent Forms Pro builds questionnaires with feedback and conditional logic.
To limit password sharing, each student can be logged in on up to 3 devices at once by default, and login through Google or Facebook can be added. An existing customer list can be imported from Excel, and every imported customer receives an email with their login details.
Video
Videos play through Presto Player Pro. Schoolyland recommends hosting them on BunnyNet, which it says protects videos against sharing and downloading, and the player can upload to BunnyNet directly from the site. The FAQ quotes BunnyNet at $0.01 per GB of storage and $0.005 per GB of traffic a month, with the example that 3 GB of video watched in full by 100 users in a month costs $1.53. The player also supports YouTube and Vimeo, which Schoolyland advises against because their videos are easy to download. Private videos play only for logged-in users, links expire, the player can overlay the viewer's details as a watermark, and subtitles can be added in the standard VTT format. The player also works with LearnDash progress, so students must finish a video before moving on.
Selling, CRM and marketing
Sales run on WooCommerce, with products, orders, coupons, upsells and one-click purchase, and CartFlows Pro adds sales funnels, landing pages, upsells and bundles. Payment goes through a clearing company you choose and connect directly through a WordPress plugin for WooCommerce; the FAQ says most Israeli clearing companies offer one, and PayPal works out of the box. Money goes straight to the business account, with no commission to Schoolyland.
FluentCRM Pro holds contacts, lists, tags, email sequences, campaigns and reports, with no limit on contacts or sending. Emails go out through an SMTP sending service, and the plans include a monthly email package; beyond that you can enlarge the package or connect a service such as Mailgun, SendGrid or Amazon SES. Uncanny Automator Pro connects every system on the site and can link to outside tools such as Make, AffiliateWP runs your own affiliate program, Elementor Pro and Kadence build pages, Rank Math Pro handles SEO, and FluentCommunity provides a private community with discussions, posts and polls. The FAQ puts the value of the bundled plugins at more than ₪5,000 if bought separately.
The AI connection
The current pitch centers on AI. Through an MCP connection, Claude, ChatGPT, Grok Bot or Manus can read the site's data and carry out real tasks in it by conversation: building a course outline with modules and lessons, adding a test at the end of each module and a certificate, enrolling buyers, building a webinar landing page, writing an email series, creating a coupon or pulling a sales report. The AI subscription is paid directly to the AI provider, from about $20 a month, and the site works normally without it. Schoolyland lists safeguards: deleting the site, changing passwords, creating full-permission users and running risky code are blocked; up to three previous versions of each edited item are kept for rollback; large actions such as sending to a big list wait for approval; and the connection can be cut with one click.
Plans and costs
All prices on the home page are before VAT:
- Classic Plus (קלאסי פלוס), ₪4,970 one-time, or 12 interest-free payments of ₪414: the site and all systems, plus for the first year the AI connection, 4GB of fast hosting, up to 12,000 emails a month, 20GB of video storage with 200GB of monthly traffic, ticket support, monthly maintenance and 2 hours of personal technical service.
- Premium VIP, ₪9,970 one-time, or 12 payments of ₪831: 6GB of hosting, up to 16,000 emails, 40GB of video storage with 400GB of traffic, 5 hours of technical service, a monthly personal service hour by Zoom or as tasks, a dedicated WhatsApp channel and faster service.
After the first year you choose what to renew: the full Classic Plus package for ₪2,970 a year, a monthly Classic plan at ₪297 with support, maintenance and email, single services such as plugin licenses at ₪750 a year, or nothing, in which case the site keeps working without updates or personal support. Extras are priced in a table: ₪30 a month per 6,000 extra emails, ₪50 a month per 10GB of video storage with 100GB of traffic, and ₪300 per extra service hour or ₪750 for 3 hours. Leaving is simple: you have full access to the site and server from day one and can move the files and database to any host.
Support
Support has two layers. A ticket system starts with an AI bot and passes complex cases to a human, usually within one business day, while the personal service hours cover hands-on work such as uploading courses, building automations, connecting payments and email, and fixing faults. VIP adds WhatsApp, with responses the site puts at half an hour to a few hours during working hours, Sunday to Thursday 11:30 to 19:00. Video tutorials, a written tutorial center and a customer community with weekly Zoom meetings round it out. Sites are delivered in Hebrew or English.
Who it suits
Schoolyland fits a Hebrew-speaking coach, therapist, consultant or school that wants a full course business on its own WordPress site and would rather pay once than subscribe to several tools: past customers include a pastry academy, a Pilates teacher-training school, a photography school and a car-locksmith academy. Its About page also names organizations running internal training and businesses building a members' club. The home page is candid that it suits owners willing to work with AI and less so those who want someone else to run the whole site. The trade-off is that everything is built around Hebrew and Israeli business, from the translated plugins to the support hours, so a creator selling in other markets gets less from it.
