What SalesForm is

SalesForm is a Hungarian platform for selling online, built around the payment page: one-time sales, subscriptions, installments, upsells and the automation that follows a purchase. The home page presents it as the payment page of Hungarian businesses and says it is best at automating online orders and subscriptions. Courses are one of the things it sells, alongside e-books, coaching and consultations, tickets, services and physical products, and its course page describes a built-in course builder that is free to use. The footer names SalesForm as a product of Netlight Consulting Kft, at a Budapest address.

For a course creator, that makes SalesForm the reverse of most course platforms. Checkout, billing and follow-up come first, and a password-protected learning area is attached to them, so a teacher or coach can sell a course from a Facebook post or a YouTube video without having a website at all.

Building a course

The course page says a course can be ready in barely 3 minutes ("Alig 3 perc alatt készen is lehet a kurzusod"). You name the course, create topics, add lessons inside the topics and upload the material. There is no software to install and no storage to buy, and the password-protected learning area is created automatically. Lessons can carry videos, podcasts, text, downloadable files and any custom HTML. SalesForm can also pull your material in from other sites, and the page stresses that if you switch platforms, your content stays with you: "Minden tartalom a tied" (all content is yours).

Scheduling is flexible. A course can start on a fixed date, so it can be sold weeks or months before launch, even before it is finished. Content can be dripped, with new material appearing daily, unfinished lessons hidden from students, daily or weekly challenges, and a set learning path for students to follow. The FAQ says learners can mark the material they have studied as done and see their own progress. Lessons follow a built-in template, and the FAQ tells creators they only need to follow it.

Student accounts and administration

Every buyer automatically gets a learner account and receives their login details. The account shows every course or subscription they have bought, and one learner can belong to several courses and subscriptions at once. On the admin side, the creator sees all of each learner's data, can change a learner's password (the page notes this is a common request), can grant free access or create learners by hand, and for subscriptions can see successful charges and manage billing details, card changes and manual charges.

Selling and payments

Pricing is up to the creator. A course can be sold on its own or several at once, added as a bonus to another product, or offered inside another course as a further sale. It can carry a one-time card payment, an installment plan for higher-priced courses, or a subscription that charges the buyer automatically every week or month. One-click payment lets a buyer who has already paid by card accept an upsell or downsell without entering details again, and BUMP offers add a product at checkout. Abandoned orders are followed up automatically, and coupon codes come up in a language school's testimonial.

SalesForm takes no commission. Asked whether it takes a percentage of course sales, the FAQ answers "Nem kérünk jutalékot" (we do not charge a commission). Money goes to the creator's own account under the creator's own contract with the bank. The payment options listed are OTP SimplePay, CIB bank, Barion, PayPal and Stripe, plus bank transfer and cash on delivery. The FAQ says SalesForm is an aggregator for SimplePay, with a card acceptance contract in 5 days and a joining discount, and a featured partner of CIB bank, with a dedicated contact and a 35,000 Ft joining discount. Invoicing runs through Szamlazz.hu and Billingo.hu, the site describes the product as NAV-friendly and compliant with the new KATA rules, and company details for business buyers are filled in from the company name.

The magic link is the feature the site returns to most: a special URL for each product that can be shared on social media, in email, on a blog or in an ad, so a sale happens in one step without a cart or a website. For those who do want pages, there are landing page templates, 22 modeled sales funnels and an order form that embeds in any site as HTML. An account can run unlimited projects, on a SalesForm subdomain or under the creator's own domain.

Marketing, data and integrations

Email marketing is built in, and the site says SalesForm automatically moves subscribers into the right groups. It can drive an external newsletter tool, stopping a sales campaign for someone who has bought and starting a repurchase campaign. It feeds Facebook and Google ads with purchase data, including Meta's conversion API, builds custom and lookalike audiences, and reports how much revenue each ad brought in. Order data can be saved to Excel or synced to Google Sheets in real time, and e-books are protected by stamping the buyer's details on the pages.

The integration list is long and leans Hungarian: MailerLite, ActiveCampaign and Mautic for email; MiniCRM, HubSpot, SuiteCRM, Zoho CRM, SalesForce and Odoo for CRM; Calendly, Salonic and Booked4us for bookings; WebShippy, Webshopiroda, Boxy and Ilogistic for logistics; and Google Analytics, Hotjar, Yandex and PostHog for measurement. The course page says Zapier and Make connect it to 7520 more tools, and webhooks pass buyer data to custom software. In-house integrations create WordPress users and connect LearnDash and WP eMembers for membership and video course sites.

Trial, contract and support

SalesForm offers a 30-day free trial ("30 napos INGYENES próba") with no commitment. The course page adds that the course builder itself costs nothing, and that those who join in time keep it at no charge for good ("örökre ingyen használhatják akik időben csatlakoznak"). Neither page prints plan prices, which sit on a separate pricing page; the Diamond (GYÉMÁNT) club is described as SalesForm's largest package, with extra help for businesses growing their online revenue. There is no long-term contract: the software runs month to month, can be canceled from the account menu without calling anyone, and can be paused while you keep working in it. Updates are free and installed with one click.

On cancellation, access to the data ends, but the FAQ says data is passed to your own newsletter tool, CRM and payment gateway, and can be exported to Excel. Support runs through a help menu in the admin, training materials and tutorial videos inside the software, a knowledge base, an AI assistant, live customer service, a closed Facebook group, Messenger and a weekly Zoom meeting for live help.

What customers say

The testimonials come from Hungarian educators and small businesses. Dr. Németh Zoltán of Drprezi.hu describes himself as a presentation trainer with about 80 training days a year, 15 years in the field and about 8000 people taught. Dr. Tóth Alexandra of alexanyelviskola.hu built an online language school on SalesForm and says that once everything was automated she added more courses and more languages. Kosiczki Zsuzsanna, an art teacher, sells a library she puts at 300 videos, and Botka Szilvi sells courses by subscription along with workshop tickets and mentoring paid in installments. The site prints a disclaimer that these results are not typical and that SalesForm guarantees no income.

Who it suits

SalesForm fits a Hungarian coach, trainer, teacher or language school that sells to an audience it already has and wants subscriptions, installments, invoicing and follow-up handled in one place, with no commission on sales. The course builder covers password-protected video, audio and text courses with drip release and progress tracking. Creators who sell several kinds of product at once, say a course, an e-book, a workshop ticket and a membership, gain the most from it. The trade-off is that SalesForm is a sales tool first: its learning area is built for delivering lessons, and its payment providers, invoicing and support are built for Hungary and for Hungarian speakers.
