Publigo

Tap a star to rate

Publigo is a platform for selling knowledge online: courses, ebooks, webinar recordings, consultations, bundles, subscriptions and even physical products, all from your own branded site. The FAQ calls it "Twój własny sklep i szkoła w jednym" (your own shop and school in one): you add your materials, and Publigo handles the sales page, payments, student access and data security. The site is in Polish, prices are in złoty, and the page title notes that Publigo was formerly WP Idea. It is aimed at experts with no technical background; the FAQ says you need neither technical experience nor knowledge of WordPress. Its category pages show who sells on it, from marketing, health and fitness, personal development and finance to art, fashion and software, with examples such as software testers, programmers, data analysts and IT teachers turning their expertise into courses. The company describes itself as a stable team of friends who are programming experts and have worked together for years.

Two ways to run it: GO and BOX

Publigo comes in two versions. Publigo GO is the subscription version, which works as soon as you create an account: nothing to install, no server to buy and no updates to manage. The FAQ calls it by far the easiest to use and the version most customers choose. Publigo BOX is an installable license for people who want full control and independence; it requires technical skills or help from a specialist, but gives full freedom of configuration, access to all settings and the ability to install extra extensions. BOX buyers get new versions and support for a year from purchase, and can renew that package each year at a growing discount: 25% off after one year, 37.5% after two and 50% after three.

Building courses

Courses are built from a configurable template with ready color schemes, your own logo, colors and domain. Video can be hosted on Publigo in the GO version, within a storage limit that depends on the plan, or added from Vimeo, YouTube or Wistia; with BOX, you provide video hosting yourself. Students can comment and discuss under lessons, search the catalog, and on higher plans mark lessons as completed, keep private notes under each lesson and join a community space, which the pricing table flags as new.

Course delivery can be paced. You can schedule when lessons are published, release modules a set number of days after a student starts, limit access to a fixed period, or set a common start date so everyone begins together after a presale. Quizzes can have limits on time, points and attempts and can decide whether a student moves on to the next material, and the system then issues a certificate automatically using your template, after course completion or a passed test. Live webinars can run through a tool such as Zoom, and the recordings can then be sold. Students already enrolled elsewhere can be imported in a few clicks.

Selling and payments

The homepage's first promise is "Brak prowizji" (no commission): your future profits are yours alone. The FAQ lists the payment systems Publigo supports: traditional bank transfer, tPay, PayU, Przelewy24, PayPal, PayNow, Stripe, TubaPay and Coinbase for cryptocurrency, with tPay recommended for beginners. Invoicing integrates with Fakturownia, iFirma, wFirma, inFakt and Taxe, and email marketing with MailerLite, ActiveCampaign, MailChimp, GetResponse, Salesmanago, Interspire and ConvertKit. Marketing and analytics connections include GA4, Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager, and Publigo also connects to other tools through an API, webhooks and Zapier. On the PRO plan, WooCommerce, PrestaShop and Shoper stores can sell courses while Publigo grants access automatically.

The sales tools grow with the plan: discount codes on every plan; bundles, course cloning and scheduled price promotions on PLUS; and on PRO, price variants such as Standard and VIP, course gift vouchers, a partner (affiliate) program, cross-sells, order bumps, upsells, abandoned-order reminders, built-in installment payments and subscription access billed automatically by card with selected operators or semi-automatically with reminders. Product reviews can be collected, moderated and published. In selected integrations, students can update their own payment details and renew a subscription.

Plans and prices

The pricing table on the homepage lists three GO plans, priced net of VAT:

  • START, 87 zł + VAT a month: unlimited products and customers, all payment, invoicing and email integrations, discount codes, student import, discussions, search, support, an administered server, external video hosting without limits and 25 GB for video files.
  • PLUS, 157 zł + VAT a month: everything in START plus bundles, course cloning, student progress tracking, drip release, scheduled promotions, Zapier, a limit on devices logged in to one customer account, private notes, unlimited physical products and 50 GB for video.
  • PRO, 247 zł + VAT a month: everything in PLUS plus subscriptions, time-limited access, fixed start dates, price variants, gift vouchers, WooCommerce, PrestaShop and Shoper integrations, quizzes, automatic certificates, the partner program, advanced sales tools, product reviews, installments, communities and 100 GB for video.

The FAQ gives gross prices for GO of 119.31 zł a month or 1,284.12 zł a year for START, 217.71 zł or 2,317.32 zł for PLUS, and 365.31 zł or 3,645.72 zł for PRO, and one-time BOX licenses of 1,226.31 zł for START, 2,210.31 zł for PLUS and 3,686.31 zł for PRO. Paying yearly for GO works out cheaper. The FAQ says there are no hidden costs from Publigo; extra costs come only from outside providers, such as payment system commissions, a domain (optional for GO, required for BOX) and external invoicing or mailing tools, plus server and video hosting for BOX.

The homepage's satisfaction guarantee reads "15 dni bezpłatnych testów i 30 dni na zwrot pieniędzy bez żadnych pytań" (15 days of free testing and 30 days to get your money back, no questions asked). During the 15 days you use the full PRO version with no commitment or contract, and, as the FAQ puts it, everything you prepare stays with you when you move to a paid plan.

Support and security

Every version includes technical support through the panel, email or chat, and in the GO version the team can log in to your instance and fix a problem for you. Publigo provides starter materials, and for terms of service and privacy documents it points to an outside generator. The FAQ says the platform runs on servers in the European Union with full SSL encryption and automatic backups, and that availability is monitored regularly so courses and student data are protected around the clock. It also says Publigo complies with RODO data protection rules. Customer testimonials on the site repeatedly praise fast, patient support.

Who it suits

Publigo suits Polish-speaking experts, coaches and small academies who want their own branded course shop without paying a share of sales, and who sell a mix of courses, ebooks, consultations and physical products. GO is the straightforward choice for most; BOX suits sellers with their own server and video hosting who want full control and a one-time license. The wide set of local payment and invoicing integrations makes it practical for selling to Polish customers, and the 15-day test of the full PRO version lets you build a first course before paying.
