Plataforma EAD

Plataforma EAD is a Brazilian online learning platform that puts a course store, a learning management system, AI-assisted assessments and learning analytics in one product. It serves two kinds of customer: experts and companies that sell courses to the public under their own brand, and organizations that train employees, clients or partners through a corporate university. The FAQ says so directly: the environment "pode ser configurado tanto para comercializar cursos ao público quanto para capacitar colaboradores, clientes ou parceiros em uma universidade corporativa" (can be configured both to sell courses to the public and to train employees, clients or partners in a corporate university). The company has built distance-learning technology since 2001 and describes a platform "construída e evoluída no Brasil desde 2001" (built and developed in Brazil since 2001). Its headline promise is courses, e-commerce, AI, knowledge analysis and engagement in one place, with the company's own team looking after the technology so the customer can focus on growing a business or developing its people.

Selling courses: storefront, checkout and membership area

For course sellers, the product is a branded online school with its own storefront and checkout. The homepage says a school can sell "sem precisar montar ou administrar um conjunto de plataformas de terceiros" (without having to assemble or manage a set of third-party platforms): storefront, checkout, payments, enrollments and management work together, and the company's team handles the setup. The membership-area page makes the same point: "Venda, pagamento e liberação de acesso trabalham no mesmo fluxo operacional" (sale, payment and access release work in the same operational flow). It sets out the buyer's path in four steps: the student finds the offer, buys inside the integrated environment, receives access to the content, and the course owner follows the student's progress from there.

That page also answers whether a seller needs a separate course platform: not for the core operation, because the membership area, course delivery, management and e-commerce belong to the same ecosystem. It adds that the specific payment methods are confirmed project by project. Its description lists video lessons, assessments, certificates and engagement analysis as part of the membership area, and the owner can follow each student's consumption, assessments, progress and participation to improve the experience. The site's menu adds dedicated sections for course e-commerce and for plans and prices.

Training teams: the corporate university

The same platform runs internal training. The solutions menu names a corporate university, distance learning for companies and corporate training next to the online course platform and the membership area, and the homepage splits its offer into "Quero vender cursos" (I want to sell courses) and "Quero treinar equipes" (I want to train teams). For a company, that means one environment for putting employees, clients or partners through courses, with assessments, certificates and the knowledge analysis described below, all under the company's own domain. The admin preview on the homepage shows the areas a manager works in: an overview, courses, students, assessments, reports and certificates, with running totals for active students, completions and certificates issued.

Assessments, AI and knowledge analysis

The platform's main argument is that it measures learning, not only completion. The homepage says it combines AI, learning analysis and engagement "para mostrar não apenas quem concluiu, mas como o conhecimento está evoluindo" (to show not only who finished, but how knowledge is evolving). Three tools carry that claim.

  • AI question generation. AI helps create assessment questions from the material covered. The FAQ says this reduces the team's operational work and helps verify that knowledge has been absorbed, and that the rules and final format are defined for each project.
  • Knowledge analysis. A "sistema próprio de análise de conhecimento" (the company's own knowledge-analysis system) identifies mastery, gaps and learning progress for students and employees, on top of the usual progress, participation and assessment data.
  • Engagement. Learning trails, assessments, gamification, community and indicators are combined "para manter alunos e colaboradores ativos" (to keep students and employees active).

The homepage frames the result as complete "infosserviços" (information services) rather than a library of video lessons: content, follow-up, analysis, relationship and results delivered as one branded experience.

White label and the learner experience

Branding is a core feature. The homepage line reads "O aluno vê a sua marca. A tecnologia fica por nossa conta." (The student sees your brand. The technology is on us.) Customers personalize colors, domain, communication, certificates and the learning environment itself, and the theme editor shown on the page covers colors, typography and navigation, with a branded course storefront and featured learning trails. The membership-area FAQ confirms that a customer can use its own domain and visual identity so that students recognize the company throughout. Certificates go out under the customer's brand.

Infrastructure and video delivery

An unusual detail is the company's background. The homepage says its origin as an internet provider gave it "engenharia de rede própria" (its own network engineering) and a presence at the country's main internet traffic exchange points, which it calls rare in the LMS market. The architecture is designed to cut latency and speed up the loading of videos and lessons: network engineering and the platform run as a single operation, traffic takes more efficient routes through the main Brazilian exchange points, and the infrastructure is prepared for video and thousands of simultaneous users. Video hosting for courses is one of the platform features in the site menu, so course videos do not need a separate host.

Scale, support and getting started

The company backs the platform with its track record: "+40 mil cursos sustentados pela plataforma" (more than 40,000 courses hosted on the platform), more than 2,000 clients over its history, and thousands of users connected at the same time. Support is human, with "Especialistas próximos do projeto" (specialists close to the project), described as people who understand the project rather than a ticket queue. The environment is "preparada para proteger dados e conteúdos" (prepared to protect data and content), the product keeps evolving, and the team offers customizations and integrations for specific operations. The FAQ says integrations and APIs are available to connect tools and automate processes, with the right format depending on the customer's systems and workflow.

Implementation is accompanied by the company's team, and the membership-area page says the proposal includes technical support to configure the operation around the customer's business model. Getting started means booking a free, no-commitment demo, in which a specialist learns about the customer's situation, presents the most relevant features and recommends a setup. The site is in Portuguese, and its structured data lists Brazil as the area served.

Who it suits

Plataforma EAD suits Brazilian businesses that want one supplier for selling and delivering courses: an expert or training company launching a branded online school, an institution moving its courses online, or a company building a corporate university for employees, clients or partners. Teams that need to show what people actually learned, not just who finished, get the knowledge analysis and AI-generated questions, and schools whose students watch a lot of video get infrastructure built around Brazilian traffic exchange points. Buyers who want to sign up alone and launch the same afternoon will find a process built around a demo and accompanied implementation instead, and organizations training mostly outside Brazil should note that the site, support and infrastructure all center on that market.
