What PandaDash is

PandaDash is an all-in-one business system that includes a module for creating, hosting and selling online courses and memberships. The company calls the whole product "The AI Operating System for Your Business": it brings a CRM, marketing, automations and AI agents into one workspace, and courses sit inside it next to websites, funnels, e-commerce and a shared inbox. The courses page opens with "Build your education empire" and promises professional tools to "Create, host, and sell online courses and memberships", with video hosting, student management and monetization.

The reader is a creator or small business owner who wants courses as one part of a wider business, rather than a standalone course platform. The homepage says PandaDash is trusted by 1,500+ growing businesses and has sent 500M+ emails, and the solutions menu lists home and trades, health and wellness, professional services and local businesses. On the courses side, the page invites educators and trainers to join "thousands" of others building online education businesses on it, and offers a platform demo alongside the $1 start.

Building a course

The course builder assembles lessons and modules, with quizzes and assignments, and the four-step overview on the courses page adds videos, files and interactive elements to the building blocks. Video is uploaded and streamed on the platform, which the page describes as secure streaming with adaptive playback, progress tracking and engagement analytics.

Access is controlled through memberships. The creator sets up membership tiers, drips content over time and decides which courses and resources each tier can open. The second step in the overview is setting access rules: pricing, membership levels, drip schedules and permissions per course.

When a learner finishes, PandaDash can "Automatically issue certificates upon course completion with customizable templates and verification." The certificates are the platform's own completion certificates, made from the creator's templates.

The courses page lists six formats the module supports:

  • online courses for self-paced learning;
  • live training through interactive webinars;
  • membership sites with exclusive content;
  • certification programs, described as professional credentials;
  • digital downloads of resources and materials;
  • coaching programs, both 1-on-1 and in groups.

Teaching and managing students

Student management tracks progress, engagement and performance. The last step of the course workflow, "Engage Students", is described as monitoring progress, giving feedback, issuing certificates and building a learning community.

The rest of the system is what makes this module different from a plain course host. Every channel lands in one inbox: email, SMS, social and calls arrive "unified in one inbox, with full contact context on every conversation." The homepage describes AI chat agents that can be set up in a minute, named, switched to autopilot and left to reply across SMS, social and live chat, trained on the business. Automations are built by describing them in plain English, and PandaDash builds the workflow; a visual workflow builder is also available for follow-ups, scheduling and replies.

Selling and marketing courses

The monetization tools sell courses with one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans and affiliate marketing integration. Publishing a course goes with "built-in marketing tools to attract and enroll students", and the homepage spells out what those tools are across the platform: a CRM with drag-to-stage pipelines and AI lead scoring, so that, in the homepage's words, "the hot ones never slip", a site and funnel builder with forms, email and SMS campaigns, and social and ad publishing.

The integrations strip on the homepage names Stripe, Google, Slack, Zoom, Shopify, QuickBooks, Twilio, PayPal, Notion, WhatsApp, Airtable and WordPress. Stripe and PayPal are the payment providers on that list.

The courses page also displays four headline figures for its course and membership users: a 94% course completion rate, 3.2x faster course creation, 78% student satisfaction and a 245% revenue increase. The page gives no source or method for them.

Price

PandaDash sells one plan. The courses page puts it as "One plan. Every feature. No tiers, no upsells": $1 for 30 days of full access, then $97 a month, or $997 a year paid annually, which the page describes as 2 months free. Cancellation is possible at any time. The plan includes:

  • every feature, with no tiers;
  • 1 sub-account;
  • AI automations, CRM, sales funnels and pipelines;
  • websites, courses, memberships and e-commerce;
  • unlimited contacts, workflows and team members.

Messaging is billed separately by use. Email, SMS, WhatsApp, voice and AI are "pay-as-you-go at provider cost", so the creator pays for what is sent. An extra sub-account for another business costs $97 a month each, and franchise or multi-location operators are asked to contact the company.

Support and the team

The homepage lists 24/7 expert support. It shows a 5.0 out of 5 rating from 6 verified Facebook reviews, and one of those reviewers, Tilley Fine, writes "I am not tech savvy and PandaDash is the easiest CRM program I have worked with", adding that it covers everything "from basic websites to creating memberships and complicated courses and funnels." Another reviewer, Yolanda Russo, writes that her customers can now text the business instead of calling, and a third, JP Fluellen of Titan Real Estate, lists what one login gave him: "funnels, custom calendars, AI, AI marketing, drip campaigns, white label, CRM." Jeff Marchant credits it with streamlining his business and his follow-up. The founder, named on the homepage only as JJ, promises a product "Built by real humans who actually pick up". The site footer links to security and GDPR pages.

Who it suits

PandaDash suits a creator or small business that sells courses or memberships alongside other services and wants the CRM, funnels, messaging, AI replies and course area in one account at one flat price. Coaches with 1-on-1 and group programs and consultants selling a paid membership get courses without adding a separate tool, and the $1 first month makes it cheap to test.

A creator who only needs a course platform will be paying for a full business system, and the course module is described in less depth than the CRM and automation features. Messaging costs also grow with use on top of the flat fee.
