What Nestuge is
Nestuge is a platform for creators who sell knowledge: online courses, paid communities, webinars and events, digital products, consultation sessions and even film premieres. Its homepage pitch is to turn "your knowledge to a product and your passion to a business", and it says over 15,000 creators use Nestuge for their communities, courses and masterclasses. A post on the company's blog describes it as "a Nigerian-owned platform designed for local and international course creators", and the creators featured on the homepage are coaches, authors, marketers and lifestyle creators.
The reader here is a course creator or community host. A large part of the product is automation around access: it adds and removes members from Telegram and WhatsApp groups and from Google Drive folders according to who has paid, which suits creators who already teach through those channels.
Building and delivering a course
The courses page lists the core tools. There is no limit on the number of courses a creator can build. Course files can be videos, audio and other file types, uploaded to Nestuge or kept in the creator's own Google Drive and sold from there. Content can drip on a schedule the creator chooses, progress and engagement can be tracked, and automated emails go to new students or to email lists. The page also lists customizable certificates issued when a student completes a course, and the homepage repeats that courses can "offer certificates".
On the student side, an enhanced media player streams files or lets students download them, depending on how the creator sets it up, with a switch for video quality, adjustable playback speed and progress tracking. Students get a dashboard for all of the creator's courses and resources, which the page describes alongside Telegram or WhatsApp support groups, personalized course modules and access to live sessions. For feedback, the page lists ratings and reviews, quizzes and assignments, and feedback forms.
Communities, events and automations
Memberships are the other half of the product. The homepage describes onboarding with customized form questions, multiple payment tiers and a personalized experience, then sharing unlimited resources (videos, PDFs and more) by tier, connecting Telegram or WhatsApp groups and scheduling access to resources. Paid communities get automated onboarding, subscriptions and removal of expired members.
Three automations are spelled out. Telegram automation creates unique invite links, sends welcome messages and removes expired members. Google Drive automation grants students access and removes it when a subscription expires. Email campaigns can be set up and scheduled. A comparison page on the site adds that Nestuge can sell in bundles, for example an ebook with event tickets or several resources for a membership community, and that creators can customize landing page colors, logo and subdomain. For webinars and events the homepage lists payments, shared resources and email reminders.
Selling and getting paid
Every plan includes the same sales tools, according to the pricing page: unlimited digital products, custom sales URLs, coupon codes, multiple currencies, flexible payment plans, Stripe payments, email campaigns, cart recovery, a custom checkout form, course hosting, the Google Drive integration and drip content. The courses FAQ names four payment options: one-time, recurring, pay what you want, and installments. It also says Nestuge supports payments in 10+ currencies. The homepage adds that Stripe accepts all major credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Money lands in a Nestuge wallet first. From there the creator withdraws to a default payout account whenever they choose, with a minimum withdrawal of $1. The pricing FAQ says settlement takes 1 to 5 working days depending on the currency of sale, with most local transactions settled the following day; the courses FAQ puts local settlement within 24 hours. A small withdrawal fee may apply depending on the payout method, and the amount shows on the withdrawal page before the creator confirms.
The named integrations in the site footer are Telegram, Google Contacts, Google Calendar, Google Drive and Mailchimp, and the courses FAQ adds Facebook Pixel.
Plans and fees
The pricing page offers monthly, bi-annual and yearly billing, with yearly marked -20%.
Pay as you go is free to start and includes 500MB of storage, 500 automation runs, unlimited products on the shop, affiliate marketing, automatic contact segments only, basic email campaigns, a listing on Discover, custom branding and sales URL, coupons, payment plans and multi-currency, cart recovery, a checkout form, affiliates, course hosting with drip content, third party integrations, and Ask Ella with platform knowledge only. The courses FAQ explains that a creator starts paying only after exceeding the free storage or using automated actions; the pricing FAQ says that past the limits a creator can buy more resources or upgrade.
Plus costs $45 a month and adds 100GB of storage, 25,000 automation runs, the creator's own brand affiliates, a full CRM with custom segments and sequences, Community on Hubs, full access to Ask Ella across all modes, APIs and webhooks, MCP integration with AI tools, team collaboration with 5 seats and roles, a custom domain and priority support.
On top of either plan, Nestuge takes a commission on each sale, exclusive of VAT. The pricing page lists 6.5% under local transactions, "For sales in USD", and 7.5% under international transactions, "For sales in other currencies". The creator decides who carries that cost: the merchant, the customer, or both split between them.
For developers
The developers page describes a REST API covering products and pricing, members and customers, transactions and payouts, and checkout links, authenticated with a single brand key. Webhooks deliver signed, retried events such as transaction.succeeded, subscription.renewed, member.joined and payout.settled. Nestuge also ships a Model Context Protocol server so assistants such as Claude and Cursor can read and act on a store, and the page suggests triggering Zapier or Make workflows on each sale, pushing sales into accounting tools and syncing buyers into a CRM. A partner program lists third-party tools in the Nestuge integrations directory. On the pricing page, APIs, webhooks and MCP are part of Plus.
Support and switching
The comparison page says setup takes less than 5 minutes, that the team is "always just an email away", and that creators who need help migrating can email and get help. Plus includes priority support. Testimonials on the homepage come from creators who credit Nestuge with automatic access after payment; Ezeora Angel writes of no longer having to "manually confirm payments and send google drive/group links manually".
Who it suits
Nestuge fits creators who sell courses or masterclasses and run their community in Telegram or WhatsApp, and who want payment, access and removal handled without manual work. The free plan with a per-sale commission lets a new creator start without a monthly bill, the Google Drive option suits someone whose course files already live there, and pay what you want and installments help with pricing for different audiences.
Creators with large video libraries should look closely at storage: the free plan includes 500MB, and Plus raises that to 100GB. Teams that need several admins, a custom domain or the API will find those features on Plus only.
