What Mioweb is
Mioweb is a Czech cloud application for building websites that sell and deliver online courses, membership clubs and other digital products. Its homepage calls it "Nejsilnější český nástroj pro tvůrce online kurzů a infopodnikatele" (the strongest Czech tool for online course creators and info-entrepreneurs), and the course tour page, which describes version 3.1, frames the whole product around turning know-how into regular income. The company behind it is Mioweb s.r.o. According to the tour page, the application was created in 2012 to build websites focused on selling and promoting online courses, and the first courses sold through it date from that year. The site says more than 7,000 users have built on it and that thousands of people have gone through courses hosted on Mioweb websites.
The reader it is written for is a creator: a trainer, coach, consultant or small business owner with expertise to package, who wants one tool for the website, the protected course area, the sales pages and the marketing around them, without hiring an agency or a programmer. The editor, the administration, the help guides and the training materials are all in Czech, as the tour page states.
Building a course or a club
Courses live inside member sections, which Mioweb describes as parts of the website behind a password. The tour page walks through the setup in three steps. First, the creator builds a website in a drag-and-drop visual editor and marks which part becomes the member section. The course videos and materials are uploaded there, and the creator sets how the course behaves: lessons released gradually, tasks attached to lessons, and different membership levels. The feature list for courses and clubs adds paid and locked content, time-limited memberships, a member catalog, and evergreen drip, where content opens step by step from the moment each member joins. The tour page says content is made available to users automatically after they buy a membership.
Second, the creator connects the website to an invoicing system and a payment gateway. Once that link is in place, the site sells around the clock and, after an order is paid, sends the customer their login details for the course without any manual step. Mioweb says no extra plugins are needed; prepared customer paths in the app and detailed guides cover the connection.
Third comes promotion. The tour page lists modern marketing features and the Cesta zákazníka module for building sales funnels, with built-in analytics that measure visitor activity inside each funnel, so results show up without opening Google Analytics.
The pages also mention a Marketplace of verified professionals, where a creator who would rather not build part of the website can order help.
Selling, funnels and webinars
Mioweb's pitch is that one platform replaces a stack of separate marketing tools. The feature list on the tour page groups the selling side as follows:
- Contact building: landing pages and lead pages, lead magnets in PDF, video or MP3 form, web forms, pop-ups, high-converting page templates and A/B testing.
- Funnels: page series with tracking of each customer's path, funnel visualization and measurement, ready-made funnel templates, and campaign pages that reveal content gradually.
- Webinars: registration through a prepared connection to the creator's email marketing app, templates for signup and broadcast pages, embedding a live stream or a recording anywhere on the site, evergreen webinars and a prepared webinar funnel.
- Sales tools: sales page templates, up-sell, cross-sell and down-sell, countdowns and promotions, affiliate codes, an events calendar and an FAQ builder.
- Analytics: conversion measurement, evaluation of entries and conversions by UTM parameters, and support for Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console.
Email sending itself runs through a connected tool. The integration list names SmartEmailing, MailChimp, Aweber and Get Response for email marketing, and FAPI and SimpleShop for invoicing, plus connections to other apps. The FAQ says Mioweb takes nothing from the sales made on a customer's website: "Z prodeje na vašem webu nám nic neodvádíte" (you pay us nothing from the sales on your website), so the creator pays only for the application.
Website, e-shop and hosting
The same editor builds the public website around the courses. The design list includes a third-generation visual editor, more than 100 page, block and website templates, and automatic responsive layouts for PC, tablet and mobile. A blog and content-publishing tools sit alongside, with galleries, video embedding, custom HTML and SEO and Facebook attributes.
For physical or digital goods beyond courses, Mioweb includes an online shop of up to 100 products, with categories and variants, buy buttons and a cart placeable anywhere on the site, an express purchase button, a payment gateway connection, simple stock keeping and EET support.
The technical package is part of the subscription. The tour page lists a .cz domain, professional web hosting with 3 GB of space, email accounts with another 3 GB, daily backups, updates, security and HTTPS. The FAQ adds that the number of mailboxes is not limited and that attachments can be up to 25 MB. Everything runs in the cloud under Mioweb's management, so nothing is installed on a computer, and for security reasons Mioweb gives no FTP or database access.
Price and terms
The course tour page states the price plainly: Mioweb is paid monthly, without commitment, at a stable "2 000,- + DPH" (2,000 plus VAT) with no hidden fees. Elsewhere on the same page it repeats that a professional sales website costs "jen za 2 000 + DPH měsíčně" (just 2,000 plus VAT a month). A banner across the site reads "Vyzkoušejte Mioweb na 14 dní za 1 Kč!" (try Mioweb for 14 days for 1 Kč).
The FAQ fills in the terms. New features and improvements are included in the monthly plan at no extra cost. The plan is paid in advance for the following month, either against an invoice or by automatic card payment that can be canceled at any time. Domain registration and hosting are part of the plan. There is no fixed contract period, and the tour page says the customer can stop at any time without a notice period or a domain block. On refunds, the page offers a 30-day money-back guarantee if Mioweb turns out not to suit the buyer, and says that if the platform brings no results in the first month, the money is returned without questions.
One term deserves attention before committing. The FAQ answers the question of whether the website stays when the customer stops using Mioweb with a flat no: the website is tied to the platform and ceases to exist when the subscription ends.
Support and training
Buying the application includes a set of training resources, according to the tour page. "Jeden web" is a course of 15 short lessons plus a case study, meant to help the creator build a working online sales system with results within 30 days. Text, image and video guides cover each element of the website and connections to invoicing or email tools, all in Czech. Technical support answers by phone and email Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 16:00, and the integration list also mentions Mio, a support chatbot. The homepage adds online training sessions and a user community on Facebook. Anyone unsure whether the platform fits can book a free consultation, and the site also advertises a practical three-day training for people testing whether their course idea will sell before they build it.
Several testimonials appear on the pages. On the homepage, Miluška Haršániová writes that within a month, despite being "totálně netechnický typ" (a completely non-technical type), she moved 9 courses to a new shared website. A creator quoted on the tour page says their course was about to run for the third time and that roughly 350 people went through the first two rounds.
Who it suits
Mioweb fits Czech-speaking course creators, coaches and trainers who want the course, the sales website, the funnels and the webinars under one login at one predictable monthly price, with no commission on sales. A creator running a course in repeated rounds, a paid club with membership levels, or an evergreen course with drip content will find those mechanics described on the pages, and the small e-shop covers books or physical products sold alongside.
It suits less well a creator who needs the interface and support in another language, since everything is in Czech, or one who expects to take the website elsewhere later, because the site ends with the subscription. Email campaigns and invoicing also run through a connected tool such as SmartEmailing or FAPI rather than inside Mioweb itself.
