What LMSka Is

LMSka is a cloud learning platform that covers two jobs from one dashboard: selling online courses and training a company's own employees and partners. Its home page puts the course, the landing page, payments and analytics in one dashboard and promises a launch in a few days without developers. The site describes LMSka as "A Ukrainian learning management service", runs in English, Ukrainian and Russian, and its support team says it works on Kyiv time.

The company's argument is that most course launches fail not because of the material but because of "the zoo of five or six disconnected services assembled around the course": a website on one platform, payments on another, the course on a third and students in a spreadsheet. LMSka replaces that stack with what it calls four systems in one dashboard (LMS, CRM, website and chatbot), split into twelve modules, all included in the plan with no extra charge for the website builder or the chatbot.

LMSka names four groups it serves: online schools teaching any age group, experts and coaches selling courses and mentoring products, teachers and tutors running their own study groups, and companies and HR teams training and assessing staff or teaching dealer and franchise networks.

Building a Course

The lesson builder takes text lessons, images, video and files of any format for self-paced study, plus presentations. Live streams run through YouTube in a closed player, and live streams can carry the school's branding. A finished course can be copied to a new group without touching the original, which suits schools that run repeated cohorts.

Assessment is one of the stronger areas. Tests are scored automatically, practical work and long-form answers or attached projects are graded by the teacher or a curator, and a feature the site calls unique lets students submit video homework recorded on a webcam, graded against an answer key of control questions. "Stop-lessons" block a student from moving on until the assignment is submitted, and organizers control the number of attempts and the deadlines. Courses can also be set to progress automatically instead of through manual checks.

Access to each lesson depends on the date, the student's plan and their group, so one course can be sold under several plans with different lessons, materials and prices. When a student meets all requirements, the platform generates a certificate from the organizer's own template and places it in the student's account with a unique QR code for verification. Graduates can also go into a graduate database that presents them as specialists after the course.

Selling and Payments

Each course gets a landing page built from ready-made blocks, with custom backgrounds, SEO settings, analytics and payment taken right on the page. A public demo lesson can sit on the landing page to help buyers decide. Registration forms are flexible, with different fields or forms for different courses.

The sales chain runs without manual work: a student registers on the landing page, pays online and lands straight in a personal account with the materials. LMSka connects more than 10 payment gateways, including Stripe, and supports different currencies and cryptocurrency. Payments go to the creator's own account, and LMSka does not take a percentage of turnover; the creator pays only the acquirer's fee. Promo codes and automatic access upgrades inside the student's account are supported.

Orders and students live in a built-in CRM with a Kanban board showing where each unpaid order is stuck. Campaigns include automated push messages to everyone registered with filters, triggered scenarios for prospective students, and email and SMS with audience segmentation.

Communication and Analytics

Students can chat privately with lecturers or the course author inside their accounts, and leave comments and reviews on lessons and on the course. A chatbot notifies the course owner about registrations, payments and failed payments, and a student chatbot sends alerts about new messages, replies, graded homework and new lessons.

For organizers, LMSka offers a statistics dashboard, registration and sales reports, individual and group reports, a summary performance table, a ranking of top students, a points system, per-lesson completion analytics and export of summary data to a file. Roles include co-organizer, lecturer, curator and sales manager, each with its own permissions down to specific lessons. Gamification and white label are listed among the interface features.

Corporate Training and Onboarding

For companies, LMSka is built around a digital knowledge base set up once and reused. The site walks through an onboarding timeline: on Day 0 the new hire gets a welcome course, in week 1 internal policies and product training with stop-lessons, in weeks 2 to 4 auto-scored tests and practical assignments with curator feedback, then ongoing professional development. HR teams can also screen job candidates with test assignments, and a dealer or franchisee course can be opened for each new location or partner.

Pricing, Migration and Support

LMSka offers 15 days free with full access to every module plus the mobile app, no card and no commitments. After that, the FAQ says customers choose a plan to match the size of their school, with current prices on the pricing page. The platform is cloud-based, works on any device and browser, and has a mobile app.

Professional schools and companies can get a white-label version with their own branding on the platform and certificates, an open API for connecting a third-party CRM, and custom development on request. The team migrates courses, materials and student databases from other platforms, and migration is free with a plan paid for 6 months or longer. Support runs through Telegram, where the company says real people answer rather than a bot.

What Customers Say

Reviews on the home page focus on the all-in-one setup. Nadiia Kovalenko writes that students "register, pay and get access to the course right away, there's nothing to do by hand." Serhei Petrenko says the school chose LMSka because its students come from different countries and it needed several payment methods and currencies, including crypto. Olena Oleksiienko uses the performance table to see which lesson takes everyone longest and splits or simplifies it for the next group, and Henadii Korchynskyi uses the graduate database to recommend graduates for work.

Who It Suits

LMSka suits experts, coaches, tutors and online schools that want course hosting, landing pages, payments, CRM and messaging in one place without a developer, especially those selling to students in several countries who need multiple currencies or crypto. Companies that want a repeatable onboarding course, candidate testing or dealer training will find those scenarios built in.
