What Learnybox Is

Learnybox is an all-in-one platform for creating and selling online training, run from France with its support team at its Montpellier headquarters. Its French home page sums it up as "La plateforme tout-en-un pour créer et vendre votre savoir" (the all-in-one platform to create and sell your knowledge): you build courses, automate sales funnels, collect payments and run webinars in one account, with nothing to connect. The site is in French with an English version.

It addresses three kinds of customer. Independent creators, coaches and trainers get a self-service subscription. Companies and organizations are offered "La plateforme LMS conçue pour les entreprises qui veulent évoluer en toute confiance" (the LMS built for businesses that want to grow with confidence), to train employees and improve customer onboarding. Training organizations (organismes de formation) are promised a way to centralize their sessions, automate their processes and follow learner progress in real time. Learnybox says 76,000+ entrepreneurs use it, and its home page claims customers have created 91,000+ online courses, trained more than 21 million people and generated more than 800 million in revenue with it.

Building Courses and the Academy

The learning side, which the company calls LearnyAcadémie, centralizes all of a creator's courses and communities in one branded academy. Creators host their training videos, build quizzes and track learner progress, and manage courses, documents and members from one place. The plan comparison lists LMS features such as modules released step by step, training documents, personalized diplomas ("Diplômes personnalisés"), groups and cohorts, SCORM content and coach or trainer accounts, along with training rules (règles de formations) whose number grows with the plan. Evaluations, coaching and conferences appear in the feature list too.

The community is a social space built into the training area, meant to bring members together and grow an audience without depending on outside social network algorithms. Webinars come in two forms: live sessions for selling or teaching in real time, and automated replay webinars that run around the clock.

The Mobile App

Learnybox includes a mobile app that a creator offers to learners "sans écrire une seule ligne de code" (without writing a single line of code), branded in the creator's colors. Members open their courses on a phone or tablet at any time, view videos, documents, audio, quizzes, surveys and evaluations, and get instant notifications when new content is published. The app also handles coaching appointments, direct messaging with trainers and profile editing.

Marketing and Selling

The marketing hub covers a no-code website and blog builder, landing pages, capture forms, pop-ups, A/B tests and sales funnels built by drag and drop, with capture pages, sales pages and upsells. A built-in CRM centralizes contacts, segments audiences, automates follow-ups and tracks each interaction.

LearnyMail, the email tool, sends newsletters, sales campaigns and launch emails from built-in templates, and runs automated sequences triggered by events such as a webinar sign-up, a purchase or an abandoned cart. Deliverability relies on SPF, DKIM and DMARC authentication, and plans include a custom sending domain.

For selling, creators build offers in a few clicks, bundle products and add upsells. Payments are collected through LearnyPay, the company's own payment solution, or through connected accounts. The pricing page lists Stripe, PayPal, GoCardless and bank transfer, and the FAQ adds Paybox, Braintree, Secure & Pay and Checkout.com depending on the plan. Installment payments and subscriptions are supported, invoices are generated automatically, and VAT can be handled automatically by country. Built-in affiliation lets other people promote a creator's products, and the plans name Zapier, Twilio, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, AWeber, GetResponse, Keap, SG Autorépondeur and MIPS among their integrations. The pricing page states "0% de commission sur vos ventes" (0% commission on your sales), while the FAQ notes that transaction fees apply when you use the built-in LearnyPay processor.

Companies and training organizations can instead take custom LMS licenses with SSO/SAML, learner exports and logs, an advanced API and a migration service, presented after a free 30-minute call with an expert.

Support

The FAQ says support is included from the free plan, with an answer within 48 hours; Scale tickets get a 24-hour response. New users are offered a personalized onboarding video call, online help is available 24/7 alongside an AI chatbot, and the human support team works Monday to Friday. Paid subscribers can join free group troubleshooting sessions (Learnydoc) every Tuesday and Thursday and book free video appointments, and enterprise and training organization licenses get a dedicated support team. A knowledge base holds 500 questions and answers, and a sales line is open on weekdays.

Who It Suits

Learnybox suits French-speaking coaches, trainers and solo experts who want to sell courses, run webinars, send emails and manage affiliates without stitching tools together. The free plan is a genuine way to start: one course, 20 learners and up to €1,000 in sales. Training organizations and companies that want to train staff or onboard customers can move to custom licenses with SSO and exports. Buyers who need support in a language other than French should note that the support team is French and the site is mainly in French.
