What LearningSuite Is

LearningSuite is a hosted learning platform that a business uses to build its own branded academy. The German home page calls it "Die Premium-Lernplattform für Unternehmen & Coaches" (the premium learning platform for companies and coaches) and says it is used to train a company's customers, employees or coaching participants. The site, written mainly in German with English and Polish versions, names three uses: coaches, consultants and experts turning their programs into a premium online product; companies onboarding and training employees; and agencies onboarding their own clients. It also files itself under LMS software.

LearningSuite GmbH runs it, and its careers page invites applicants to join the team in Graz. The home page says "Bereits über 2.000 Unternehmen zählen auf LearningSuite", that is, more than 2,000 companies rely on the platform. Its pitch rests on design and ease of use: simple operation, a polished look that follows the customer's brand, and features built into one system rather than assembled from separate tools.

Building Courses and Content

Content is built in a drag-and-drop editor that the site describes as having a "Loom-Funktion", meaning instructors can record video directly in the platform while they build a lesson. Headings, bullet points and info boxes combine with images, video and audio on the same page, and the layout is meant to stay balanced and on-brand without design work.

Interactive elements test what learners have understood: the site names multiple-choice questions and fill-in-the-blank texts. A separate exam tool builds longer, in-depth assessments, which the site says can be done in minutes.

Submission elements turn a course into a coaching program. Members hand in video, text, audio or files, and trainers review and grade them, which the site frames as coaching each user individually. A feedback function collects input from users at any time, and email notifications keep learners informed.

Video Recording, Editing and Hosting

Video is a core part of the product. The built-in recorder captures sharp video inside the platform, and an editor lets an instructor trim a recording or cut out slips of the tongue with a few clicks, so no videographer or editor is needed, and the site promises video produced in minutes rather than hours. Uploads go to what the company calls its German high-end servers, and the home page lists EU video hosting with servers in Frankfurt.

Community, App and Branding

The LearningSuite Community is a social network for a customer's clients or employees. It has a personalized feed and lets the owner set up different types of forums to structure discussion. Native apps for iPhone, iPad and Android give learners access to content from a phone or tablet; the FAQ confirms the app runs on iOS and Android.

Branding goes beyond a logo. Owners change the logo, fonts and colors and even choose how rounded the interface elements look, so the academy reads as the customer's own product.

LearningSuite Intelligence and the Wizard

The AI layer is called LearningSuite Intelligence, described on the home page as an "Innovatives KI-Begleitsystem" (an AI companion system). The site says it answers users' questions around the clock and accompanies each user individually, combining an AI concierge, AI agents and member attributes. A separate Wizard generates content automatically, which the instructor then edits.

Dashboards, Users and Administration

For companies and agencies, the Link-Hub feature builds individual dashboards. A company can set up an intranet for staff with the links and information each position needs. An agency can give each client a dashboard with every link the client needs and place upsell offers there, and the agency page promises more upsells, more efficient fulfillment and higher prices thanks to the premium look. Coaches can build a dashboard around their program, and the company offers to help build these.

User management is kept simple. Admins create users in a few clicks, import them from Excel files or emails, separate editors from learners and follow detailed user statistics. The platform runs in German and English, and each user picks their language from the main menu. When an admin creates a user, they set that user's language so the welcome email and every later email arrive in it, and the email templates can be customized. Courses can be created in both languages. The site also lists data security and integration and automation among its features, and the home page states that the platform is GDPR compliant ("DSGVO-konform").

Pricing, Support and Onboarding

The site publishes no price list. Its FAQ says the license fee depends on the specific use case and the number of users, and points to a free, non-binding demo call with a personal contact. The FAQ also answers the trial question directly: there is no free trial, because LearningSuite provides an extensive onboarding service and premium support and works only with selected companies, so the demo call is the way to see the product.

The process has three steps: book a first call, see the platform live with an expert who tailors the demo to onboarding, a coaching platform or an online course, then an individual onboarding call once you sign. An onboarding call and strategy consultation are included. Support runs through a live chat that the site says answers within a few minutes, or through arranged meetings, and every support team member works in both German and English. The support team also helps with integrating other tools and setting up automations. A migration service moves an existing platform's content over to LearningSuite.

The home page presents three customer case studies. Patrick Khatrao of GoldenVoice Academy uses it to train more than 1,000 professional voice speakers. Henrik Telepski of Telepski Treuhand trains clients and employees and digitized his onboarding with it, and Jasmin Huber of Jasmin Huber GmbH standardized employee training in one central place for company knowledge.

Who It Suits

LearningSuite suits established coaches, consultants and experts who want a polished, branded academy with video, submissions and a community, and who value onboarding help over a self-serve start. In a blog post, the co-founder and managing director recommends it to providers who already have active customers and earn at least four-figure profits a month.

Companies that want employee onboarding, an internal knowledge hub and staff training in German or English are a clear fit, as are agencies that onboard clients and sell additional services through client dashboards.

It is a weaker fit for a first-time creator who wants to sign up and test alone: there is no trial and no public price, so every evaluation starts with a sales call. Teams that need an interface in languages beyond German and English should note that those are the two the platform supports natively.
