LaunchLMS

Tap a star to rate

LaunchLMS is a white-label learning platform, sold in Portuguese, for two kinds of customer: companies that want their own branded training portal for employees, customers and partners, and course creators (infoprodutores) who sell courses online. The homepage headline promises "Plataforma LMS personalizada que se adapta ao seu negócio" (a customized LMS platform that adapts to your business), and the tagline below it sets the scope: "Treinar, engajar e certificar colaboradores, clientes e parceiros nunca foi tão fácil" (training, engaging and certifying employees, customers and partners has never been easier). A company blog post describes it as "uma plataforma completa e que visa empoderar infoprodutores e empresas durante as suas jornadas de vendas digitais", a complete platform that aims to support creators and companies as they sell digitally. The FAQ sums up the model plainly: a ready-made solution where you set your visual identity and your own domain and get your own education environment.

Courses, learning paths and progress

The product is organized around putting all of a company's courses and training in one place. The homepage talks about creating onboarding for new employees or customers, grouping content into learning paths (trilhas de aprendizado), and building learning journeys with gamification to raise engagement. The FAQ adds that the platform can also hold documents such as manuals and procedures, so a training portal doubles as the place where a team finds its reference material. Plans include unlimited courses: the pricing pitch says you pay only to use the platform and get "cursos e vendas ilimitadas" (unlimited courses and sales) with no extra charge in the plan.

Progress tracking is built in. The homepage promises a simple way to follow the learning progress of customers or employees, and the blog post lists a complete dashboard and a members area that sends email notifications on each interaction. One customer quoted on the homepage, Jader Marks of Hooks, singles out the detailed reports that help measure progress, and another, Emerson Luan of Forseti, describes the dashboard as simple and clear with icons that are quick to understand.

Selling courses

For creators, LaunchLMS handles the sale as well as the teaching, and its central commercial promise is that it takes no cut. The FAQ says "não cobramos percentual sobre as suas vendas" (we do not charge a percentage on your sales), and a homepage section is headed "Nada de cobrança por venda!" (no per-sale charge). The blog post adds different payment plans, audience segmentation and email campaigns for leads to the selling toolkit.

The clearest picture of the creator side comes from a homepage testimonial by Rodrigo Branas of Branas IO, who signs as a software architect. He writes that LaunchLMS made the business possible, that after 3 years thousands of students use the platform every day, and that besides organizing the courses it helps with sales through "um checkout super confiável e integrado com o Pagar.me" (a very reliable checkout integrated with Pagar.me), lead capture tools and email sending, to the point that he runs the company on his own.

Branding, app and integrations

Every portal carries the customer's brand, colors and domain; the homepage pitches it as building your own corporate university online. There is no app to download from the stores. Instead LaunchLMS uses PWA technology: learners open the platform's address in their phone's browser, choose the install option, and get the platform's custom icon on the home screen, without going through the Play Store or App Store.

Integrations run mainly through webhooks. The homepage says you can connect LaunchLMS to marketing automation tools, CRMs, payment gateways, invoicing (nota fiscal), WhatsApp and other services by configuring webhooks, and it also lists a RESTful API. The platform does not host video itself. The FAQ says it integrates with outside video tools instead, naming YouTube, Vimeo, Pandavídeo, Videofront and Smart Player, "entre outras" (among others).

Plans, trial and contract terms

LaunchLMS charges a monthly fee set by the number of active users and the features you want, and plans start "a partir de R$499,00". The homepage gives only that starting price and links to a separate plans page for the rest. There is no implementation fee: the FAQ says you pay only the monthly fee for the plan you choose.

Billing is prepaid. You pay first and then use the platform for the period paid, with no minimum term, and you can cancel whenever you like. Annual payment is available, with one condition the FAQ spells out: an annual plan is not refunded if you cancel early, though access stays open for the period already paid.

The current trial works through a demo. The homepage describes three steps: fill in a form, the team contacts you to schedule a presentation, and LaunchLMS then releases 15 days of free testing. An older company blog post, dated August 2021, mentioned a 30-day free trial; the homepage now offers 15 days.

Support and hosting

Support is a selling point. The FAQ calls it "100% humanizado", handled by LaunchLMS consultants in Portuguese, and available on every plan by email and WhatsApp from Monday to Friday during business hours. The homepage adds that each project gets dedicated service and its own WhatsApp group with real people answering. Several testimonials return to this: Emerson Luan of Forseti calls the support "completamente humano" (completely human), and Sthefanie of FBM thanks the team for its speed and proactivity. On data, the FAQ says the platform is hosted on Amazon Web Services servers.

How customers use it

The homepage testimonials show the range of uses. FootHub says the platform gave it more control over the content it offers students. Jader Marks of Hooks writes that he has used and recommended LaunchLMS for more than 4 years to run corporate training and streamline HR and onboarding for his own clients. Monise of Minimart24h says the company's franchisees use it to learn processes, procedures and training, and share useful content with one another. Forseti already taught in person and now offers distance courses as well, while also preparing courses for its own staff. The blog post names HostGator among the companies that approve of the platform and describes its Collabplay project, which offers free courses on technology, marketing, business and design.

Who it suits

LaunchLMS fits a company that wants a branded training portal for onboarding staff, franchisees, customers or partners, with learning paths, gamification and progress reports, and that values close human support in Portuguese. It also suits a creator who sells courses and wants to keep every sale, paying a flat monthly fee instead of a commission, with checkout, lead capture and email campaigns in the same place.

The trade-offs follow from the design. Video lives on an outside service you choose and pay for separately, the mobile app is a PWA rather than a store app, and the price depends on active users and features, so a quote is needed beyond the starting plan.
