Ixunke (迅课科技, Xunke Technology) is a Chinese-language software-as-a-service platform for training institutions, teachers and knowledge sellers who want to run their own online school: a shop for courses, question banks and memberships, a private live-streaming tool, and storefronts on the web, inside WeChat and in a branded mobile app. Its footer describes the company as focused on online school system development, question bank app development and online education platform building, and gives an office address in Zhengzhou, Henan.
The homepage opens with its scale: 8,000+ commercial customers, 8 million+ daily active users, 150 million+ end users and 500 million+ in secure transaction volume (the page names no currency). Further down it calls Ixunke the shared choice of 7,000+ customers. Its customer case categories cover vocational education, apps for the 考研 entrance exam, English training apps and question bank mini-programs.
The knowledge shop
The core product is the knowledge shop (知识店铺). The homepage says it supports text and image lessons, audio, video, live sessions, question banks, resource packs, memberships and vocabulary drills (背单词), which a seller lists in their own shop with several paid options. Content can be bundled: courses, question banks and resource packs combine into a class (班级) or a members-only benefit, which the site presents as a way to turn scattered material into a structured product. Before buying, a learner can sample a course, preview text, try questions or sit a sample paper. Sales rules set custom prices and validity periods.
Learning tools sit next to the content: question banks, papers, practice, points, leaderboards and certificates, which the site says help raise completion rates. Sellers import their own question banks and papers for exams, practice, memorizing key points and in-class quizzes. Check-ins come in calendar, homework, course and level-challenge types to build study habits, and topic circles (话题圈子) give students a managed space to share and discuss. An article on Ixunke's site adds that a seller designs the shop with DIY block-style components and micro-pages, and that on-demand and live courses, vocabulary, resource packs and physical goods can all be delivered. The same article says video plays at up to 2K/4K on every version of the tool at no extra charge.
Private live streaming
The second product is a lightweight private live-streaming system. A live room carries the seller's logo, warm-up images or videos and custom gifts, and the homepage lists teaching and training, live selling, online demos and scheduled broadcasts as uses. Streams can be relayed across several platforms to pull public traffic into the private room, with incentives for existing users to share it. Teaching tools include one-click beauty filters, ultra-low latency, a whiteboard and pen, courseware handouts, live quizzes and interactive plug-ins meant to wake up silent viewers. Viewers buy directly in the room, helped by coupons, lucky-bag draws and points, and a free data screen with a BI board shows popularity, audience and sales in real time. The site says its live technology is developed in-house and that its traffic price is 10%-20% below market rates.
Marketing, physical goods and users
The shop comes with a long list of promotion tools. Acquisition tools include group buying (拼团), price-cutting (砍价) and promoter-based distribution. Conversion tools include flash sales, limited-time offers, renewal discounts, coupons, buy-and-get gifts, product recommendations and strikethrough prices. Word-of-mouth features cover rewards on payment, code redemption, free sampling and certificate sharing. Products can be shared by short link, QR code or mini-program code, and free activation codes can open access to a product.
An embedded physical goods mall lets a seller list products with specifications, price, stock and shipping fees, and sell them in combination with virtual products. Orders can be searched along several dimensions and exported, and learners can follow the shipping status of physical items. Store data covers recharges, revenue balance, total users, paying users, total transaction value, active users and a history board, and the article adds learning time, online time, live room traffic and live selling figures.
User management covers surveys with custom forms that can be exported, tags for grouping users by characteristics, behavior and learning needs, and a membership system with a points mall that the homepage says is free to use.
Channels and branded apps
A seller runs the same school on four fronts: a PC web portal for school management, teaching and learning; a WeChat H5 site that embeds in mobile ecosystems; a WeChat mini-program that connects to official accounts, groups, personal accounts and Channels (视频号) for a mini-program shop, live room and mall; and a mobile app for Android and iOS that becomes the brand's own mobile learning store. The footer lists online school app development among its solutions, and a recent news post describes a service that builds an independent app for an institution, so a school has its own branded app rather than a course link on someone else's platform.
Price, security and service
Ixunke charges an annual tool fee and takes no cut of sales. The article on choosing a platform says its features cost nothing extra and puts it plainly: "只付工具年费,不抽佣!不抽佣!不抽佣!" (pay only the annual tool fee, no commission, no commission, no commission). Neither the homepage nor that article quotes the fee itself. A free trial runs through a shared demo login on the site, and the article offers 7 days of access.
For security the homepage cites a multi-cloud deployment architecture that it says supports tens of millions of concurrent users, and video protection through encryption, watermarks, device limits, anti-hotlinking settings and token verification. Each merchant gets a dedicated service group staffed by technical, operations, product and customer service people, with pre-sales guidance including remote demos and after-sales follow-up, and the article says advisors collect feature requests that feed the development schedule. Phone consultation runs 9:00-21:00, Monday to Sunday. The article cites renewal rates above 92% for large customers and above 75% for small and medium customers, which it calls far above the industry average.
Who it suits
Ixunke fits a Chinese-speaking training institution or knowledge seller that teaches through question banks, practice papers and live classes and sells inside WeChat. Exam-prep schools, vocational trainers and language schools match its case categories most closely. The fixed annual fee with no commission favors sellers with steady volume, and the physical goods mall suits a school that ships textbooks or materials with a course. An institution that wants its own app and mini-program rather than a listing on a shared marketplace gets both. The site, service and channels are all Chinese-language, so this is a product for sellers teaching in Chinese.
