Imker's course platform (Platforma kursowa) is a Polish tool for creators who want to build and sell their own online courses without writing code. It comes from Imker Sp. z o.o., a company registered in Zamość that describes itself as an operational partner for creators and D2C brands, running online stores, warehousing and shipping, customer service and marketing for them. The course platform is its product for digital education: the site calls it a complete solution, an intuitive place for lessons plus an automated shop that takes payments and manages access by itself. The site is in Polish and prices are in złoty.

The platform rests on what Imker calls two pillars: a content publishing platform plus its own SalesCRM system for online sales. That pairing is the point of the product. A course creator gets the lesson area and the store in one account, and because the company also runs fulfillment, a course can be sold together with physical goods.

Building a course

The course builder is a ready-made platform the creator personalizes with their own colors, logo and graphics, and the site says the aim is to look professional from a student's first contact with the brand. Material is organized into sections and modules. Lessons can carry video, PDF files, audio, presentations and text notes, and video can be embedded from YouTube and Vimeo without limits. The interface is meant to be clear for both the creator and the students, and the site calls it perfectly fitted to mobile.

The platform sets no limit on the number of courses or students. A creator can set start and end dates for a course, restrict access by time, drip content and release material with a delay. The site lists a participant list with progress tracking and monitoring of student engagement, and student accounts are secured. Courses end with completion certificates, which the platform generates automatically. Students can be imported from other platforms, which matters for a creator moving an existing course, and the platform can also ship physical products to students.

Selling through SalesCRM

Selling runs through the SalesCRM system, which manages the customer base and payments. The course page lists integrations with payment and invoicing systems, recovery of unpaid orders, email marketing with automatic sequences, and discount codes, promotions and upsells. Promotion options include time-limited offers and campaigns aimed at existing customers. The same system sells other things alongside courses: tickets, ebooks and physical products. Each creator gets their own domain with a free SSL certificate.

Imker's homepage FAQ explains what that means in practice: digital and physical products can be sold together, such as a book bundled with its ebook or a course with a physical planner, all in one order handled by one system. The company stores, packs and ships the goods itself, from more than 7,815 m² across 4 locations, sending an average of more than 4,039 packages a day and up to 15,000 a day in season, with a packing accuracy it gives as 99.96%. For digital products the homepage also lists automatic delivery of files (PDF, MP3, video), audio and video streaming, and management of access and licenses.

Price and what it includes

The course platform has two packages, and both include every feature. Access for 30 days costs 199 zł net. Access for 365 days costs 1,999 zł net, shown against a crossed-out 2,388 zł with the label "2 miesiące gratis!" (2 months free). Both packages list no commission on transactions, unlimited orders, unlimited online courses, unlimited customers and students, a free SSL certificate, access to all options, your own domain, automatic updates, and a free hotline and technical support. A 7-day free trial needs no payment card.

The course page also lists what comes with the subscription: hosting on Imker's own servers with 99.9% availability per year, automatic system updates, and a landing page built for the course. Additional configuration is available as paid service work.

Support and getting started

Technical support for the course platform runs from 8 to 16, Monday to Friday. Across Imker's services, the homepage FAQ says each client has a dedicated account manager reached directly by email or phone, so a client does not land on a hotline queue or a ticket system. A contact form promises a reply within 24h on working days, and a 20-30 minute call with an advisor can be booked with no obligation. The company works without long-term contracts, and its FAQ says a standard implementation takes a dozen or so days from the first conversation to launch. Imker says it has moved clients' shops from Shopify, WooCommerce and custom systems, migrating data and keeping sales running during the switch.

For creators starting from zero, Imker runs an Akademia Tworzenia Kursów (course creation academy) that walks through who can create a course, choosing a goal and a target group, the platform, the sales landing page, the course plan and script, graphics and video, pricing, selling and promotion. Its materials section adds webinars, ebooks and guides, reports, a newsletter and a blog.

The company behind it

Imker gives its own numbers on the homepage: 546+ creators and brands, 11+ years in the D2C market, and self-publishing served since 2015, a market the site says it understands better than anyone else in Poland. Testimonials there come from authors and creators such as Michał Szafrański, author of "Finansowy Ninja", and Marcin Korczyk, who says he uses Imker for shipping, packing and storing books and for sales-related service for his digital products.

Who it suits

The course platform suits a Polish creator who wants a branded course site and a working store in one place, at a fixed price with no commission on each sale. Because courses, students and orders are unlimited, the cost stays the same as sales grow, which favors a creator with a steady stream of buyers. It fits particularly well where a course sits next to physical products: an author selling a book and a course, a creator with merch, or a trainer sending out a printed planner, since Imker stores and ships the goods from the same order. Imker's homepage says its services are not for someone with 5 orders a month who does not plan to change that, and that it is for creators building a business they want to scale from several hundred to several thousand orders a month.

The platform is built for the Polish market, with a Polish site and prices in złoty, and support for the course platform runs on weekday hours.
