Tap a star to rate

HeryerOnline is a Turkish learning management system that a school, course center, coach or company uses to run its teaching online: video lessons, live classes, exams, certificates and course sales sit in one platform. The site is in Turkish and calls the product a domestic LMS ("Yerli LMS Çözümü"), developed by Turkish engineers, compliant with KVKK (Turkey's personal data protection law) and keeping customer data on servers in Turkey. Its headline offer is to set up your own online academy in minutes, create video lessons, teach live and sell your courses online, all on one platform.

The company frames the product against imported systems. The homepage says that, unlike the foreign-sourced LMS systems on the market, HeryerOnline was designed around the particular needs of the education sector in Turkey, and sums up the pitch as "Yerli teknoloji, yerli destek, yerli fiyat" (domestic technology, domestic support, domestic pricing). It reports more than 500 active institutions and more than 250,000 students on the platform, and describes itself as the choice of Turkey's leading education institutions.

One platform, six versions

The site sells the same platform as six solutions, one for each kind of customer, and says it adapts to any size, from a small study center to a large university.

  • Online academy: build an online academy from scratch, with content sales, subscriptions and a membership system included. This is the version for an independent teacher or a business selling courses to the public.
  • Private course centers (özel kurslar): move a course center online, with live lessons, registration and exams on one platform.
  • Study and tutoring centers (etüt merkezleri): automate student tracking and, in the site's words, raise success with optical reading and artificial intelligence.
  • Education coaches: take individual or group coaching online, with appointments, lessons and payment on one screen.
  • Corporate training: a corporate LMS for employee training, certification and performance tracking.
  • Universities: distance education infrastructure, exam security and campus integration.

Teaching, testing and certificates

The homepage counts more than 20 features and describes eight of them in a sentence each.

Live lessons run in HD video, which the site calls uninterrupted, with support for unlimited participants. The live classroom is the core of the course center, tutoring and university versions, where a teacher is moving an existing timetable online rather than recording a self-paced course.

Online exams come with a secure exam environment, a proctoring (gözetim) system and instant analysis of the results. For paper tests the platform adds optical reading (optik okuma): a center scans physical exam sheets in seconds and analyzes them straight away. Together with the student tracking promised to tutoring centers, this is the part of the product aimed at institutions that test often and need results quickly.

Certificates are QR-coded, verifiable digital certificates, with brand customization included. That serves the certification named in the corporate training version as well as an academy that wants its own name on what learners receive.

Artificial intelligence support covers question analysis, student tracking and personalized learning paths. Gamification adds badges, rankings and a reward system that the site says raises student motivation. The mobile app runs on iOS and Android for access from anywhere, with offline content support.

Selling courses and coaching

For the academy and coaching versions, the education sales feature brings together course sales, subscription management and an integrated payment system. An academy can sell single courses, charge subscriptions and run a membership system on the same platform its students learn on, and a coach books appointments, teaches and takes payment from one screen. Live lessons, exams and certificates are part of the same product, so a seller has testing and certificates in the account it sells from.

Setup, support and pricing

The onboarding terms sit on the homepage: a free demo, no credit card required, a quick start and free setup, with the company's expert team beside the customer at every step. The site says it sets a customer's system up within 24 hours so the institution can put its courses live without a complicated installation, and gives the average setup time as 24 hours.

Support is in Turkish around the clock. The site says weekends and midnight make no difference and that its Turkish-speaking expert support team is always on hand. The homepage also states a 99.9% uptime guarantee, alongside the KVKK compliance and the Turkish servers.

On pricing, the homepage promises transparent prices with no hidden fees, says customers pay for what they use, and says a plan can be upgraded easily as the institution grows. It quotes no figures itself; the site has a separate pricing page, and it publishes distance sales terms and a cancellation and refund policy next to its privacy policy.

What customers say

The homepage carries three testimonials, each signed with initials, a role and a city. A founder in Istanbul says the company moved 800 of its students onto the online platform within three months, and calls the live lesson quality and the support team excellent. A general manager in Ankara says the optical reading feature saves an incredible amount of time and that the team can analyze exam results in 10 minutes. An education director in İzmir says the technical team was beside them at every step of setup and that it took only a few days before they could run the system themselves. The site describes the platform as trusted by more than 500 institutions and lists its customer types as study centers, private course centers, universities, corporate training, online academies and education coaches.

Who it suits

HeryerOnline is built for institutions that teach in Turkish. A study or tutoring center that runs regular exams gets the clearest fit, because optical reading, instant result analysis and student tracking address exactly that work. A private course center moving its classes online gets live HD lessons with unlimited participants, registration and exams in one place. A university gets distance education, exam security and campus integration, and a company training its staff gets certification and performance tracking with verifiable certificates. An independent teacher or coach can build an academy that sells courses, subscriptions and memberships and schedule one-to-one or group sessions from the same account.

The limits follow from the same focus. The site and its support are in Turkish, so this is a product for Turkish-speaking institutions, and the homepage describes features rather than showing prices, so a buyer comparing costs will work from the pricing page or a demo. For an institution that wants KVKK compliance, data held in Turkey and support in its own language at any hour, those are the points the company leads with.
