HeroSpark is a Brazilian platform where creators sell and deliver online courses and other digital products: ebooks, mentoring programs, PLR, launches, subscription clubs and live events. It bundles a checkout, a members area, video hosting, a page editor, a student app and its own payment system, SparkPay, and charges a single fee per sale rather than a monthly subscription. The FAQ says HeroSpark has existed since 2012, giving it 14 years on the market, that it is a Brazilian company with CNPJ 13.284.219/0001-01, and that it holds the RA1000 seal on Reclame Aqui. The site is in Portuguese and aimed at digital entrepreneurs, marketers, experts and content creators who want to start or scale a business online.

The homepage reports 355,956 people selling on the platform, 12.5 million lives impacted and R$543 million invoiced online. Its pitch is aimed at creators who are scaling: "Quem leva o negócio a sério cuida do lucro. E vende pela Hero." (Whoever takes the business seriously looks after the profit. And sells through Hero.)

The members area and course delivery

Courses live in a members area that can take a Netflix-style theme, with certificates, classes (turmas) with controlled enrollment, and events with tickets. Content is protected against piracy, and the members area carries no fixed cost. Students can generate a fresh Pix or boleto for an expired payment without leaving it. Video is hosted on HeroSpark itself, with a player built into the members area, so a creator does not need to pay for a separate video host.

A student app puts the course on the learner's phone, with comments and interactivity, and sends notifications that pull students back into the content to raise completion. The site also lists mentoring and live meetings for students among its tools, and solution pages for launching a fully customized course academy, an online learning platform (plataforma EAD) and a Netflix-style streaming site for videos and courses.

Checkout and payments

The checkout gets the most space on HeroSpark's homepage. It supports order bumps (including on subscriptions), one-click upsells, downsells, smart installments, and a checkout that AI builds from a link. The homepage claims a card approval rate of 93%+ and a desktop checkout load time of 0.54 s in a Lighthouse test it ran on July 16, 2026, with a Lighthouse score of 100 on desktop and 83 on mobile, and it reports a checkout SLA of 100% over the last six months.

Students pay through SparkPay. When a creator opens an account, they enter their bank details once, charge students and receive the money in one place, with an email notification and a panel entry for each sale. The Wallet app lets a creator follow every sale in real time, withdraw when they choose, charge anyone through a payment link, and read and transfer event tickets at the door. The integrations hub connects ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Meta Ads, Google Analytics and webhooks, and automations can fire on events such as a ticket check-in, a ticket transfer or a ticket payment.

Fees and payouts

HeroSpark charges one fee with the whole platform included: members area, full checkout, reports, page editor, integrations, automations and agents, and support. The pricing section lists:

  • 3.9% per sale, plus a fixed R$1.00 per sale made;
  • a fixed R$3.00 for each paid boleto;
  • withdrawals in 2 days for Pix and boleto and 30 days for credit card, with D+2 subject to account approval.

The FAQ repeats that the fee is 3.9% + R$1 per sale with no hidden minimum. Creators who have already billed more than R$50,000 online are offered a special migration condition: what the site calls the lowest fee, guaranteed, payouts in D+2 including on card, a dedicated account manager and a full migration done by HeroSpark's team. The homepage adds that if a creator finds a lower fee on a serious platform, HeroSpark will match it. The sign-up button reads "Comece grátis" (start for free), and the pricing section lists only per-sale charges, no monthly plan. A post on HeroSpark's blog lists free course hosting among the platform's advantages, so a creator can start without an upfront investment, alongside an intuitive course builder and built-in marketing and sales tools such as landing pages.

There is no lock-in. The FAQ says there is no loyalty contract and no penalty for leaving, and that "seus alunos, seus conteúdos e seus dados são seus" (your students, your content and your data are yours).

Public status, support and roadmap

HeroSpark publishes its delivery record on a live public panel at status.herospark.com. The homepage panel shows 34 tools delivered in 2026, at one new tool a week, 0 open bugs over the last 90 days, 99.99% uptime across all systems over 90 days, the time taken to fix recent bugs (a sales report slowdown resolved in 12 minutes, a delayed webhook in 31 minutes), 1,235 products created in the current week, and an average human response time of 2 min. Recent releases include event sales with ticket check-in, AI checkout from a link, classes with enrollment closing, and order bumps and downsells on subscriptions. HeroPay, HeroAPI and integrated sales reports are listed as in progress, and an affiliate marketplace and a members area for training are listed as next. Users can request a tool and get a WhatsApp message when it ships.

Support is human: the site says you do not land on a chatbot but speak with a person on WhatsApp or in the platform chat. The FAQ mentions a team of more than 150 people, and support is also available by email and through a help center. HeroSpark's blog describes an affiliate program that creators can use to drive traffic to their members area, along with marketing automation for attracting and keeping students. The site also offers a fee calculator, a feature comparison, an accelerator package, a partner agency program, a Hero ambassador program and a page explaining how refunds work for students.

Customer stories on the homepage lean on migration. Felipe Rosemberg says he put off moving for months for fear of losing his history and stalling sales, and that HeroSpark's team migrated everything while the old setup kept running, so no student lost access and no sale dropped. Luciano Subirá, who teaches Christian education, says the members area and video hosting carry his student volume steadily while his team manages everything in one place. CEO Nilson Filatieri writes that the company puts its money into technology and processes rather than paying opinion-leading experts to attract followers, and that this is what lets it offer its fee.

Who it suits

HeroSpark suits Brazilian course creators, mentors and infoproduct sellers who sell in reais through Pix, boleto and cards and want checkout, members area, video hosting and a student app under one per-sale fee. The fee structure is easy to model: 3.9% plus R$1 per sale, with no monthly charge. It is a particularly strong fit for creators already doing volume, who can use the migration condition, the dedicated account manager and the faster card payouts, and for anyone who values the public status panel and human support. The site, support and payment methods are all built around the Brazilian market, so the product fits creators selling to Portuguese-speaking audiences in Brazil.
