Graphy

Tap a star to rate

Graphy is an all-in-one platform for creators, coaches and educators who want to run a knowledge business from one place. It combines a website builder, courses, memberships, communities, coaching, webinars, digital products, payments and a set of AI tools in a single dashboard, and every Graphy business comes with its own mobile app. The homepage counts 200,000+ creators worldwide, $1.5 Billion+ in creator revenue, a 4.8/5 rating and 150+ countries served.

Courses and other products

Courses can run self-paced or as cohort-based programs, built from video, audio, documents and quizzes. Students see their progress as they go, and every plan includes certificates that are awarded to learners automatically. The pricing page says every plan comes with unlimited products, unlimited learners and unlimited live sessions and webinars, and lists DRM protection on Launch, with advanced DRM protection on the top plan.

Beyond courses, a creator can sell memberships (the site pitches exclusive memberships for superfans), coaching, webinars and digital products, which the site describes as PDFs, ebooks, locked messages, audio and video. A chat community sits among the product offerings, and the site describes the whole range as a way to build several income streams from one account.

The branded mobile app

The mobile app is Graphy's white-label piece. The homepage says every Graphy business includes its own app for learning, engagement and retention, and the pricing page's feature summary lists branded mobile apps. The Rise plan adds both Android and iOS apps and "Your own branded mobile app", and the Scale plan removes Graphy branding altogether. On the rupee pricing for India, the iOS app is a paid add-on.

The AI tools

Graphy leans hard on AI. The AI website builder takes a description of what you want and builds a complete website in minutes, and higher plans add AI landing pages and AI custom pages. An AI Brain is trained on your own videos, PDFs, tutorials and FAQs and powers the rest:

  • AI agents for sales, support and tutoring on the Rise plan. The homepage says the website's AI answers questions such as which course is right for a visitor, explains pricing and curriculum details, handles enrollment questions and guides people to checkout 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • An AI Avatar that the homepage says gives your audience personal tutoring 24x7, in your tone and teaching style.
  • An AI Marketing Agent that runs email and WhatsApp campaigns aimed at clicks, replies and purchases.
  • An AI Operator that the homepage says helps build an entire teaching business in hours.

The marketing tools page claims the AI website builder makes landing pages designed to convert up to 10%.

Payments and checkout

Payments activate in one click, in 2-3 minutes by the payments page's count, and the same page says creators have earned $500M through it. Checkout takes debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets, plus Stripe and PayPal for international creators, with country-specific pricing and multi-currency support. Pricing can be one-time, recurring, a trial or installment-based, and the checkout supports partial payments, promo codes, bundle discounts and coupon flows on mobile-optimized pages. Billing runs on its own: automated invoices, custom tax rules, branded receipts, renewals, transaction history and bank settlements. The pricing page adds that you can accept payments via Stripe or your preferred gateway.

Marketing and integrations

The marketing suite sends segmented emails triggered by sign-ups, purchases, drop-offs and interests, as broadcasts or automations, along with WhatsApp campaigns and push notifications. Selling tools include promo codes for launches, early-bird offers and time-bound deals, abandoned cart recovery, footfall nudges and promotion banners. A built-in affiliate program lets you invite affiliates, set commissions and track their sales from one dashboard, and Refer & Earn rewards users who bring in new buyers. SEO basics such as sitemaps, meta titles, descriptions, URLs and page structure are generated automatically, and every plan includes free custom domain support and SSL.

The integrations page lists Zoom for live classes and webinars (scheduled sessions, auto-reminders, recorded sessions and one-click join), Zoho CRM for lead sync and customer profiles, 5,000+ apps via Zapier, contact sync with email platforms, a WhatsApp widget, SSO integration, GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel, and a public API with webhooks for custom builds. It says 150,000+ creators use integrations and that integrations carry zero extra charges.

Plans and pricing

The pricing page offers a 14-day free trial and three plans, with annual billing saving 25%:

  • Launch, $49 a month with a 0% transaction fee: AI website builder, 2 AI custom webpages, unlimited products, DRM protection, 10,000 contacts, 1 admin account, up to 500 webinar participants, 10,000 live class minutes a month, 5,000 marketing emails a month and third-party integrations.
  • Rise, $149 a month with a 0% transaction fee: everything in Launch plus the sales, support and tutoring AI agents, AI landing pages, unlimited AI custom pages, Android and iOS apps, 25,000 contacts, 10,000 marketing emails a month, 10 admin accounts and 20,000 live class minutes a month.
  • Scale, $399 a month with a 0% transaction fee: everything in Rise plus advanced DRM protection, 100,000 contacts, 50,000 marketing emails a month, 25 admin accounts, 50,000 live class minutes a month, API and SSO support, all advanced integrations, migration assistance, priority support, removal of Graphy branding and personalized onboarding assistance.

Core features on every plan include built-in analytics, discounts and coupon codes, memberships, automatic certificates, real-time sales tracking, country-specific pricing, custom team roles and affiliate tracking.

The same page carries separate rupee pricing for Indian creators, and there the fee model differs. Launch costs ₹1,999 a month billed annually with 10% per sale or ₹10, whichever is higher, and Rise costs ₹9,999 a month billed annually with 5% per sale or ₹10, whichever is higher. Those plans include unlimited courses and learners, unlimited email and push notifications, and live chat and email support.

Graphy also offers to migrate creators from another platform by hand: members, the course library of videos, PDFs and modules, sales pages, automations and the email list.

Who it suits

Graphy suits first-time creators and coaches who want to launch a course, membership or digital product without a tech team, and established educators who want a branded app and AI agents to handle sales and support questions. The $49 entry plan with a 0% transaction fee on the dollar pricing keeps costs predictable, while Indian creators should weigh the per-sale fee on the rupee plans. Live classes, webinars and cohort programs are well covered through built-in sessions and the Zoom integration. Larger teams will look at the Scale plan for its admin seats, SSO, API and unbranded app.
