GetCourse is a Russian-language platform for running an online school: a course LMS, a CRM, email and messenger mailings, a sales funnel builder, webinars, a landing page and site builder and a built-in payment module, all sold as one subscription. It is aimed at course creators, coaches, producers and education businesses that want to build, sell and run their courses without connecting a stack of separate services. The homepage headline calls it an all-in-one platform for launching your online school.
The homepage backs that with large numbers. It says 70% of online schools in Russia work on GetCourse, that more than 50,000 customers have created courses on the platform since 2013, that the company has been on the online education market for 12+ years, and that 16 million students have bought training through it. It also reports 158 billion rubles of combined income for online schools on GetCourse in 2025.
Building and running courses
The learning side is a full LMS. A school owner builds trainings from audio, video, text, instructions and infographics, customizes how each training runs, and adds tests and homework review, with curators who can be brought in to check assignments. The feature list also names game mechanics, bonus systems and diplomas for students.
Video sits on GetCourse's own file storage and video hosting. The pricing page describes it as replicated across several providers, delivered over a CDN, converted automatically into several formats for different devices, and protected against DDoS attacks and copying, with watermarks built into the video. A file uploaded once can be reused across trainings and pages without taking extra space, and access to each file can be opened to all users, to one segment, or to administrators only.
Students enter a school through a personal account, and the knowledge base carries guides for students on logging in and using it, plus a guide to the GetCourse mobile app.
Selling, marketing and the CRM
Much of the product is about selling. The page and site builder (CMS) is a visual block editor for pages, quizzes and full sites, with blocks that adapt to tablets and phones automatically. Owners who want their own design can work in HTML, CSS and JS with their own fonts. Site hosting, file storage and video hosting are included in the price, and sites hosted elsewhere can be connected to the platform.
To build an audience, GetCourse collects subscribers and reaches them by email, phone, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram and VK, and the knowledge base explains how to create and connect Telegram bots. The funnel builder moves visitors toward a purchase through articles, videos or webinars, segments customers by the data they entered or by their behavior, and keeps tracking visitors after they leave a page. Webinars and automated webinars are part of the package.
At checkout, the site lists one-click upsells, subscriptions with any period (a week, a month, a year), and offers triggered by what a visitor does on the site. Loyalty tools cover feedback surveys, NPS measurement, promotions, personal discounts and a cumulative loyalty system. The CRM holds the customer base, and GetCourse's free sales course describes working with clients, orders, tasks and analytics inside it. End-to-end analytics are tied directly to the payment module, and management dashboards report on dozens of key metrics in real time.
Since 2021, GetCourse customers can also list their courses on the company's own marketplace, which the homepage describes as a new sales channel where GetCourse brings in the traffic itself. The menu also lists an advertising module (GC ADS) and a quality mark program.
Payments through Get Модуль
Get Модуль is the built-in payment module. The homepage says it lets a school take payment from students with Russian and foreign cards without connecting any third-party service, and lists payments from Russia, the CIS and more than 160 other countries, built-in installment plans with what it calls a high approval rate, recurring payments, payment in parts, a free online cash register, and connection in one day for 0 rubles. Beyond its own module, the homepage says more than 25 payment systems are integrated, naming PayPal and Stripe among the foreign ones. The knowledge base covers a Get Модуль integration with the "Мой налог" tax service for self-employed sellers, and the site has a separate section for self-employed creators with a catalog of their projects.
The site does not publish the fee Get Модуль takes on each payment.
Plans and prices
Pricing is set by the number of users and the amount of storage, and the pricing page says only users who log in to the system count toward the limit. Every plan is billed in rubles; paying for three months brings a discount of up to 20%, and six months a discount of up to 35%. The pricing page lists:

For a base above 400,000 users, the page asks schools to contact support for a price. It also says each account gets between 20 GB and 4,000 GB of file storage free depending on the plan, and sells extra storage on top, from 500 rubles a month for 10 GB to 11,900 rubles a month for 1,000 GB, with lower rates on six- and twelve-month terms.
New accounts start with a 14-day free test period with full functionality, limited to 1,000 users and 50 emails sent per day. During it, the "Точка старта" starter package adds a free marathon of five practical lessons on creating an online course even without an idea, a team or an ad budget, an active chat with GetCourse specialists and live Q&A sessions, free email setup for the course, and 500 bonus points for GetCourse services. The University page says the marathon can get a new user to selling their own course after 10 hours.
GetCourse University and setup help
GetCourse University runs programs for people who create and configure online schools. "GetCourse от А до Я 2.0" (GetCourse from A to Z) is the base program, which the page says comes from the platform's creators and combines technical knowledge with an understanding of how an online business works. Further professional programs cover funnels, processes (including sales chatbots and automating staff tasks), mailings, and sites on GetCourse, the last described as 30 days of hands-on practice building high-conversion landing pages. A set of free mini-courses covers CRM sales, building a sales team, ad payback, selling through webinars, average order value, payment strategies and earning more from an existing customer base.
The company has also built a profession around its own tool: the homepage says it has trained 1,937 GetCourse technical specialists with diplomas. Schools that do not want to configure the platform themselves can order basic setup from the GetCourse team, or hire one of more than 100 certified specialists who have completed GetCourse's training. A free 40-minute individual video consultation with a GetCourse technical specialist walks prospective customers through the tools for their project.
Partner program
GetCourse runs a referral program for producers who launch online schools, school owners who teach the platform, and setup specialists. Partners earn from 15% of a referral's first order and 10% of later orders on the account plans from Start to Tesla, and a referral stays tied to the partner for a year or more. Silver, Gold and Platinum levels raise both the reward and the lock period, up to three years. Partners also receive from 10% of GetCourse's own fee when a referred client uses Get Модуль. The partner page counts 10,874 partners, 92,426 referrals, 587,190,415 rubles earned by partners and 15,346,211 rubles earned by the top partner in one year. Payouts go monthly to the bank account of a company or a self-employed person.
Support
Support runs 24/7 by email at support@getcourse.ru, through the @GetCourseBot Telegram bot, through a question form on the site, and by phone, with a toll-free number for Russia and a separate number for calls from abroad. The homepage says more than 250 support specialists are on staff, that 90% of requests are resolved in a single window, and that the team handles more than 81,000 requests a month. The knowledge base includes a technical blog, free courses, customer case studies, the GetInsight magazine, and sections on Get Модуль and on ads and funnels.
Who it suits
GetCourse suits Russian-speaking course creators, coaches, producers and growing online schools that want marketing, sales, payments and teaching on one platform, and that plan to use the automation, CRM and funnel tools rather than only host videos. The user-based pricing and the long plan ladder fit schools that already have, or expect, thousands of learners, and the setup services and certified specialists help a school that would rather not configure everything itself. The site, the support and the University programs are in Russian and prices are in rubles, so it fits schools selling to Russian-speaking audiences best. A creator with one small course and no plans for funnels or mailings would be paying for tools they do not need.
