What Euron Systems is
Euron Systems is a white-label learning management system and online course builder for coaching institutes, course creators, schools and other education businesses that want to sell under their own brand. The company was founded in Bangalore, India, and calls its product "The operating system for EdTech". The pitch on the homepage is short: "You teach. 200+ AI agents run the business." A creator gets a branded academy on the web and on mobile with live classes, courses, memberships, protected video and payments, and the site says it can go live in about thirty seconds.
The company frames the product as an alternative to three other routes: selling through a marketplace where the learners and the brand belong to the marketplace, paying for a pile of separate tools (course host, webinar tool, CRM, e-mail platform, payment link, form builder), or building a platform from scratch. Its answer is one platform, one dashboard and one bill, with "0% commission" on sales.
Launching an academy
Setup runs in three steps. First the creator names the academy, adds a logo and colors, picks a design and points a custom domain, which is the part the site says takes thirty seconds. Then the teaching goes in: existing courses can be imported, or AI drafts them from an outline, and the creator sets up batches, tests and pricing. Finally the AI agents are switched on to work leads and learners. For schools moving from another system, the company's team runs a guided migration of courses, content and student data.
There are 50 ready-made site designs, each previewable and fully editable, built for particular kinds of teaching: code and technology, quant finance, IIT JEE and NEET exam prep, government exam prep, corporate upskilling, photography, astrology, cooking, fitness, music, arts and crafts, kids learning, trading and wealth, and language academies among them. The site builder includes custom domain and SSL, mobile responsive pages, white-label branding, and landing pages and funnels.
Teaching and the LMS
The "Teach" list covers live classes and recordings, self-paced courses, hybrid and cohort batches, tests and quizzes, assignments and grading, certificates on completion and drip-feed scheduling. An in-built code judge with auto-graded assignments is aimed at tech and coding academies. For coaching institutes, live classes come with batches, attendance and reports for parents. Schools and colleges get roles, departments and reporting to match how the institution already works.
Learner engagement features include community posts, announcements, gamification with streaks, leaderboards, notes under lessons, learning paths and push notifications. Course creation with AI turns an idea or outline into a course "with AI that drafts lessons and quizzes", and an AI site builder writes and designs the academy itself.
The branded app
On mobile, the homepage promises "A native iOS and Android app, published under your brand, with offline downloads and push notifications." It shows the school's logo on the login screen, its catalog on the home screen and protected video. The FAQ is precise about which plan includes what: every plan includes mobile access, and higher tiers come with a fully branded app carrying the school's own logo and colors, published on both the App Store and Google Play.
Selling and payments
Euron Systems says it "never takes a cut of your course sales". Creators can sell one-off courses, bundles, tiered memberships and recurring subscriptions, with gated content, drip-feed scheduling and a community area included on every plan, according to the FAQ. The payments list includes global payment gateways, UPI and local methods, subscriptions and installments, coupons and offers, course bundles, membership tiers and affiliate programs. The site says the platform supports more than 70 languages along with global payments, so a school can sell to learners outside its home market.
Growth tools are built in: a CRM, e-mail and WhatsApp campaigns, automated follow-ups, revenue dashboards, funnel attribution, engagement reports and exportable data. Integrations and webhooks are listed under the platform's operations features.
The AI agents
The company says more than 200 AI agents come included. The FAQ describes what they do: sales and CRM follow-ups, round-the-clock learner support in the creator's voice, operations, e-mail and WhatsApp campaigns and analytics. The AI support agent is described as trained on the school's own content. The site presents the agents as the fix for leads that go cold between classes and learner questions that sit unanswered overnight.
Security and infrastructure
Video is delivered over protected streaming with dynamic watermarking, download prevention and access tied to the learner's plan, batch or cohort, which the site pitches to finance educators and anyone whose content must not leak. Hosting is managed on auto-scaling cloud infrastructure with CDN delivery, and the company lists daily backups with point-in-time recovery. Its footer names "GDPR ready", "ISO 27001 certified data centres", encryption in transit and at rest and a "99.9% uptime target". The security section also mentions regular third-party audits and says learner data belongs to the school.
Pricing
The free plan is the entry point: creators "launch and run on the free plan with no card and no setup fee." When a school is ready to scale, the FAQ says pricing is "simple and flat, with predictable monthly plans or a discount for yearly," and there is no commission on sales. The site publishes no figures for the paid plans. A revenue calculator and a cancellation and refunds policy are linked from the footer.
Customers and support
The homepage shows live customer academies on their own domains, including Ucapacity for career and upskilling, Jeevitha AI Academy for AI and tech education, Brush n Palette for beauty and creative arts, a stock market and trading academy run by Dr Nikhil Baljekar, Bala Labs for skills and career training, and Skilldunia AI for AI and data skills. Support is listed as human support on managed infrastructure, and the site offers demos, a sales contact, phone numbers and e-mail, plus documentation, webinars and a blog.
Who it suits
Euron Systems fits coaching institutes, exam-prep schools and course creators who want their own brand, domain and eventually their own app, and who would rather not pay a commission on each enrollment. The batches, attendance and parent reports suit tuition and coaching businesses; the code judge suits tech academies; the DRM video and tiered subscriptions suit finance educators. The free plan lets a creator build and look around before paying anything.
The branded store app sits on higher tiers rather than the free plan, so a creator who wants it from day one should expect to upgrade. With what the homepage calls "Forty eight tools" in one dashboard, the platform has a lot to learn, and a creator selling a single course may use only a small part of it.
