EngagED
Tap a star to rate
EngagED is a Brazilian white-label course platform for education businesses that already sell and want everything the student sees to carry their own brand. Its page title describes it as a "Plataforma white-label com app e checkout próprio" (white-label platform with its own app and checkout). The FAQ sums it up in one sentence: digital infrastructure for education companies that treat education as an asset, bringing together a white-label member area, an app of their own in the app stores, an integrated checkout and the pass-through of installment interest. The founder and CEO is Marcello Fedalto, who signs the company's manifesto on the homepage.
The FAQ is clear that EngagED is not an all-in-one marketing suite. It is specialized in delivery and sales: the member area, the app, the checkout and an AI sales agent. Landing pages and e-mail marketing are left to integrations with outside tools, as the company's blog notes.
Who it is built for
The homepage says EngagED was created for education operations at the scale stage, already investing in marketing and ready to professionalize and give students a premium experience. It names six audiences, each with its own page:
- Infoprodutores, producers of open courses (cursos livres) who want to scale their brand with more margin.
- Mentores, high-ticket mentors selling group and one-to-one mentoring who want a premium environment.
- Escolas Profissionalizantes, vocational schools that want an organized ecosystem in one place.
- Treinamentos In Company, corporate L&D teams delivering B2B content.
- Institutos Educacionais, institutes and training centers with recognized programs.
- Instituição de Ensino Superior, colleges, universities and postgraduate programs that want to grow their digital presence.
The FAQ says the platform is the right choice "quando a operação educacional já está com produtos validados, faturando com consistência" (when the operation already has validated products and steady revenue), and the wrong one for anyone still validating an idea: "A EngagED foi construída pra empresa educacional já organizada" (EngagED was built for an education company that is already organized). The homepage counts more than 2 million students on the platform.
The member area and student community
The promise for the student side is that nobody will know the school uses EngagED: "Ninguém vai saber que você usa a EngagED." Students log in on the school's own domain, with a visual identity the EngagED team designs, and the site says they never see the EngagED brand. The comparison list on the homepage puts it as "100% sua marca, do login ao certificado" (100% your brand, from login to certificate). A student community (Comunidade de alunos) is listed among the platform's features, and the company publishes a guide on structuring a member area, covering models, metrics and governance.
Certificates are part of the branding. The site says any student can publish their certificate, carrying the school's identity, to LinkedIn in one click, so the school's name shows up in that student's professional feed. One customer story on the homepage says G4 Educação issued almost 1,000 certificates integrated with LinkedIn within a few months.
The white-label app
EngagED publishes a native iOS and Android app with the school's identity in the App Store and Google Play. Students get push notifications on their phones, and the company says it handles all the technical side and the updates, so the school only worries about content. The FAQ explains how the "white-label real" works: the app is published under EngagED's own developer account, while the icon, store description and splash screen are the school's. The team handles the technical publication, Apple and Google compliance and later updates. A separate guide covers launching a branded app in both stores.
Checkout, payments and the sales agent
The checkout runs on the school's own domain with its branding, built as a fast purchase screen with high approval rates and lead capture. The sales tools named on the homepage are:
- Repasse de juros, installment interest passed through to the school. The site says the student pays less interest and the school earns more. The company's blog post on alternatives says the interest on installments of up to 12 payments lands in the seller's statement as extra revenue.
- Antecipação e Saques em D+1, advances and withdrawals the next day, with dashboards that show revenue and where students get stuck. The homepage list says "Receba toda receita em D+1" (receive all revenue on D+1).
- Agente de I.A. para Vendas, an AI agent that recovers sign-ups that did not finish checkout, in the brand's tone. The FAQ says it goes through about a week of dedicated training before talking to any lead, while the team validates answers, adjusts the tone and corrects wrong interpretations: "O modelo é treinado e supervisionado em todas as etapas" (the model is trained and supervised at every stage). The last onboarding stage describes the agent working around the clock in the sales funnel.
The same blog post states a fee of 4.99% per sale and describes EngagED as a platform with a fixed monthly subscription under a single contract. For schools selling to companies, it lists integrated NFS-e service invoices and SSO through SAML and OAuth.
Pricing
The site publishes no price table. The FAQ explains why: cost depends on structural variables, namely student volume, SLA, SSO requirements, the app and custom integrations, and the exact figure comes after a diagnosis with the team. A free 30-minute strategic session ("Sessão estratégica") shows the platform and sketches the implementation. Two calculators let a school estimate the numbers first: a comparison calculator of what it keeps on EngagED versus other platforms, and an interest calculator of what it loses without the pass-through.
Onboarding and migration
EngagED sells a done-with-you setup rather than a self-service sign-up. The homepage lays out six stages: understanding the business, showing its margin potential, designing the plan (timeline, student migration, integrations), individual implementation with a dedicated manager who builds the catalog, modules and storefronts and trains the team on operations, marketing and support, migrating or creating the environment (checkout, AI agent setup, a product ladder with upsell and recurring offers), and finally a complete platform with member area, store apps and the agent.
On timing, the FAQ says the platform is available on the day the contract is signed. Technical implementation takes less than a week after kick-off, or up to two weeks when it includes environment setup, design to the school's brand book, catalog import and integrations. The app takes a few more weeks because of Apple and Google review, which runs in parallel. For schools moving from Hotmart, Kiwify or Eduzz, the FAQ says the team migrates courses and active students with access kept by e-mail address. The company's migration guide gives a 14-45 day plan, and its blog puts a typical move at 1 to 2 weeks without students losing access.
Customer results the site reports
Besides G4 Educação, the homepage cites Instituto Casagrande, which it says reached more than 100 thousand teachers; Future Law, which moved away from selling by boleto and structured its student service; Edevo, which organized lead management and its funnel; and UniBrasil, which took enrollment online and beat its enrollment target by 40%.
Who it suits
EngagED suits a Brazilian school, institute, mentor or course producer that already sells with steady revenue and wants its own brand on every screen, from login and app to certificate. High-ticket courses sold in installments gain most from the interest pass-through, and schools that sell to companies get SSO and service invoices. Support comes from a dedicated specialist and consultative onboarding rather than a ticket queue.
It is the wrong fit for a creator still testing an idea, as the company itself says, and for anyone who wants marketing pages and e-mail inside the same tool. Pricing also starts with a conversation, so a buyer needs a call before seeing a number.
