What DotcomPal is
DotcomPal is an all-in-one online business platform that combines a website builder, membership sites for courses and digital products, checkout, landing pages, funnels, email marketing and video hosting in one account. The homepage pitch is consolidation: "Stop spending time and efforts in managing 10+ apps. Do it all within DotcomPal with no technical hassle." It is aimed at entrepreneurs and small business owners rather than schools or training departments, and coaches and course sellers are one of the groups the site addresses directly: "Create memberships, sell & deliver courses, and market them from one place."
The site footer names Saglus Info Pvt Ltd as the company behind it. The homepage says that within six months DotcomPal enabled more than 16,500 entrepreneurs to build 59,421 websites, pages and membership sites, serve 130 million website and campaign visits, play 60 million minutes of video and generate more than 300K conversions from 3 million landing page views.
Building courses and membership sites
Courses live inside membership sites. The site says a creator can "Build membership sites (multi-level deep) to deliver products and courses," and that content, courses and projects are delivered securely through memberships and MyDrive, the platform's file storage. MyDrive stores, shares and delivers media files, so a course can mix videos, documents and downloads behind a login. One of the company's comparison pages lists dedicated cloud storage among the features.
Video is hosted on the platform. DotcomPal offers its own fast-loading video hosting and a branded player for sales, demo, testimonial and training videos, and the comparison page describes the video hosting as white-label. Pages are built with a drag-and-drop editor and more than 300 mobile-ready templates, which the site says can produce a landing page or website in less than 30 minutes. Each business gets a DotcomPal-hosted domain and website, or a creator can connect their own custom domain.
The site also lists Video and Doc Channels, branded channels for publishing marketing videos and documents, and the sign-up screen introduces AI-powered funnels for launching pages and converting websites faster.
Selling
The selling tools cover digital products, courses, memberships, services and physical goods. Payments are taken "worldwide using PayPal & Stripe," and a comparison page adds one-click integration with other leading payment gateways. The fee line carries a caveat that matters: the site says creators can "Sell unlimited. ZERO DotcomPal fee (limited offer)." To raise order values, creators can add upsells, cross-sells, discount coupons and custom offers, and a single dashboard manages customers, transactions and orders.
Funnels connect the pieces. DotcomPal builds lead funnels and sales funnels with upsells and down-sells, or a custom customer journey that responds to user data and behavior. Dynamic popups, sticky bars and notification boxes present offers based on behavior, timer-based deals and lead forms on any page.
Marketing and contacts
Email is built in. DotcomPal Mail sends broadcasts and autoresponders, runs trigger-based follow-up sequences based on how leads interact with the website, landing pages and earlier emails, and comes with customizable email automation workflow templates. The site's own examples are special offers, loyalty bonuses, training material, updates and newsletters sent according to each lead's activity.
Contacts are unlimited, organized with lists, tags and lead scoring, and smart audience segments group people by behavior and trigger automation rules. A/B testing covers emails, pages and popups, with deeper analytics to compare results.
For agencies and freelancers, the platform manages several businesses and their teams from one dashboard, and the site invites agencies to add website, funnel and campaign services for clients. More than 40 integrations connect it to other business apps, and a DotcomPal API lets developers build their own integrations.
Plans and pricing
DotcomPal's central offer is a free account. The comparison page says "No credit card. No limited trial - Free for life," and explains the reasoning: "So, we made DotcomPal free-for-life. No credit card required. Test us all you want, for as long as you want." Its FAQ adds that a free account keeps access to its projects as long as the user is not inactive for too long, and that plans can be upgraded or downgraded at any time.
Paid plans start at $27 a month. The comparison table puts unlimited landing pages, audience segmentation, the Docs channel, unlimited product sales and unlimited leads in the $27 plan, and the agency feature in a $77 plan; the FAQ says the Start plan stores unlimited leads. Promotional banners on the pages offer a "DotcomPal PRO Plan for LIFE" at $499, down from $999, limited to the first 50 customers, alongside a holiday sale advertised at over 80% off for the first 100 customers.
DotcomPal also runs an affiliate program for people who refer customers, which the comparison table lists at 50% commission for life.
Support and onboarding
Support is a strong part of the offer. The homepage promises "24*7 support & FREE training," with the customer success team available through community discussions, email, live chat and phone, plus a helpdesk with a knowledge base and ticketing, a video channel, best-practice workshops and an official Facebook mastermind group. The FAQ says dedicated chat and phone support is available to customers on any plan, and the homepage adds priority chat and call support for premium customers.
New users can lean on a free quick setup service. The team offers a free logo, domain and migration assistance, and says it can help set up offers, funnels and marketing campaigns inside DotcomPal. Free migration help is listed with the PRO lifetime deal.
Who it suits
DotcomPal fits a coach or digital product seller who wants one place to build a site, sell courses and downloads, and run the email and funnel marketing around them, and who would rather start on a free account than commit to a subscription. Agencies and freelancers managing several client businesses get multi-business dashboards and an agency feature on the $77 plan, and the site also names small businesses, e-commerce stores, affiliate marketers, bloggers and non-profits as users.
Its course tools are membership-based, built for delivering videos, files and lessons behind a login inside a wider marketing suite, which suits a creator whose business runs on funnels and launches. Creators planning around the zero platform fee should note that the site labels it a limited offer.
