Course37

Tap a star to rate

Course37 is a platform for running a coaching center, and for independent teachers and professionals who want to sell their own courses, from one login. Its home page sums it up as website, admissions, fees, classes, exams and attendance in one system, where every student has one record and everything you do shows up on it. The examples on the site come from coaching centers preparing students for HSC exams, with fees in taka, payments by bKash and a student app in Bangla, and the customers it names are Megaprep, Aloron and Mpbian. The footer describes Course37 as a product of Shaitrish. The home page reports 29K+ students enrolled, 90+ courses running, 11K+ exams checked and 700+ live classes held.

Three kinds of teacher

The site splits its audience three ways. Coaching center owners have batches, perhaps several branches and front-desk staff, and get separate fees per branch and batch, OMR checking, fingerprint attendance and automatic installment reminders. Individual teachers get their own website and domain in a day, bKash and card payments with receipts, and live classes, recordings and a certificate at the end. Professionals selling a skill, such as design, coding, marketing or English, can sell one course or a full program with timed exams and reports on every lesson and payment.

Website, admissions and the student app

The website builder lets you edit your public site section by section, move sections around, change the fee list and publish on your own domain without a developer, or run on a free subdomain from day one. A new admission goes straight to the student's record. The home page follows one student through the process: he finds the course on your site, reads a course page with price, installments, teachers and contents, picks monthly payment and pays the first ৳1,500 by bKash, and is enrolled the moment it clears.

Students also get a white-label mobile app: your own branded Android and iOS app in the app stores, not a shared app with your logo inside, carrying classes, results, fees and notices, with a push notification for anything new. The comparison page adds Firebase push to the app and web push to the browser, and a student-facing interface in Bangla, with the default language set per organization.

Fees and installments

Payments come in through bKash, SSLCommerz, Stripe or PayPal, and the comparison page lists the Bangladeshi methods Nagad and Rocket alongside card payments through SSLCommerz. bKash, SSLCommerz and cash payments land in one list, receipts go out and the record updates on its own, and due installments get a reminder SMS. A course fee can be split into installments, and new content locks automatically when an installment lapses, so unpaid accounts stay paused until they pay. Each teacher's revenue share is set once, and the split, expenses and withdrawals are calculated by the system. Books, kits and other products can sit in the same cart as courses, and Steadfast courier picks up the order with the delivery status shown on the student record.

Live classes, video and community

Courses are set up by branch and batch. Live classes run with chat, polls and a whiteboard; you schedule a Zoom or Google Meet session once and students get the link in their dashboard. The home page shows one class with 142 students in, attendance marked as they join, and the recording saved under the chapter automatically for anyone who missed it. Lectures are transcoded with HLS into an adaptive ladder and served from a CDN so mobile data does not buffer. Each course can have discussion channels with moderation, reports and accepted answers.

Exams, OMR and results

Assessment is where Course37 goes furthest. One question bank holds MCQ, CQ and SQ questions, with LaTeX for maths that prints correctly. You can make shuffled A/B/C/D sets, or let AI draft questions from your chapters using your own Claude, OpenAI, Gemini or Groq key. For paper exams, you design a bubble sheet, print it on plain paper and scan the filled copies with any office scanner; the home page shows 120 answer sheets being read, with roll, set and score taken from every sheet in minutes, and each set graded against its own answer key. Online exams are timed, record how often a student left the exam tab, and produce automatic ranking, per-question analytics and a merit list you can freeze. Students see their score, rank and every question with the right answer as soon as you publish, and guardians get the merit list by SMS.

Certificates are designed once and issued automatically when a student finishes a course, with a public link anyone can use to verify them without logging in.

Attendance, automation and reports

Attendance works by fingerprint or QR. The comparison page names ZKTeco biometric units using fingerprint, face, RFID card or password, which push every scan to the system in real time, and a per-class register decides present or late against the schedule with a grace period you set. Guardians of absent students can get an SMS before the class is over. An automation builder on a visual canvas sends reminders and onboarding messages: a missed class, a due installment or a birthday can trigger an SMS, and staff roles decide who sees what. SMS goes out from inside the platform or through your own gateway credentials. Reports cover income, dues, where students come from and which lessons they finish, for every batch.

AI and integrations

Students get an AI helper that answers from your own course material at any time of day; the comparison page describes a tutor that can see the student's own courses, exams, results and attendance before answering. Course37 also runs an MCP server, so you can connect an MCP-compatible AI agent over OAuth2 and let it do admin work within scopes you grant. The integrations list covers SMTP email, Firebase FCM, PayPal, bKash, Stripe, SSL Commerz, BulkSMS BD, Steadfast, Google Auth, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Meta Pixel, Zoom, Google Meet, and Claude, OpenAI, Gemini and Groq for AI.

Pricing and trial

Course37 is priced per organization, not per teacher and not per seat, and plans differ by how many students, courses and videos you run. Its comparison page lists four plans: Go at $3.99 a month, Starter at $29.99 a month, Professional at $79.99 a month and Enterprise at $199.99 a month. Course management, enrollment, quizzes, assignments and analytics are in every plan, and the advice is to move up a plan when you outgrow the limits. Course37 takes no cut of student payments, so what students pay is yours minus the payment gateway's charge; usage past your plan allocation, such as SMS or storage, is billed per unit at listed rates. Prices can be shown in USD, BDT, INR, EUR or GBP. There is a free 14-day trial with no card needed, your data stays after the trial, plans can be canceled at any time, and the company offers to set up a trial with your own student list and answer sheets or to book a 20 minute demo.

The customers quoted on the home page describe the change in practical terms. Mashrur Hossain, co-founder of Megaprep, says that when they started everything lived in Excel sheets and a dozen Telegram groups, and that problems get fixed the same day. Sazzad Kabir of Aloron says they needed to get off Facebook Live, and that recordings are ready for students the moment class ends. Mottasin Pahlovi, founder of Mpbian, says the operation now runs with a single manager instead of a whole team.

Who it suits

Course37 suits coaching centers with batches and branches that collect fees in installments, run paper exams and want attendance, results and payments on one record, especially those taking bKash and needing a Bangla student app. Independent teachers and professionals get the same website, checkout, live classes and certificates at the low end of the price list.

Its own comparison is frank about the limits: Course37 is not open source or self-hostable, it says marketing funnels for selling courses to strangers online are more polished elsewhere, and it concedes that some local rivals start cheaper. For a center buried in fee reconciliation and paper marking, those trade-offs are small.
