Course Creator 360

Tap a star to rate

Course Creator 360, which the site also shortens to CC360, is all-in-one software for course creators: one subscription meant to cover building a course, marketing it and selling it, along with communities, memberships, coaching programs, webinars and digital downloads. The home page puts the pitch in one line, "Create, market & sell your courses effortlessly with Course Creator 360." What sets it apart from a bare software subscription is what comes with it. The company says it hands customers "the exact templates, coaching, and blueprints" it has used to sell over $30M in online courses, and the home page states that the team has personally built and sold $30M worth of digital products to over 40,000 customers. It also reports over 3,000 users in Course Creator 360.

Building courses, communities and coaching programs

The product list on the pricing page groups the tools into three stages: create, market, and sell and scale. On the create side, Course Creator 360 hosts online courses through which you sell your expertise. Communities and memberships are built around exclusive access, gamification and recurring subscriptions, so a creator can run a paid group alongside a course or instead of one. Coaching and webinars cover live sessions, interactive trainings and personalized coaching programs. Digital downloads handle eBooks, PDFs, templates and other files sold on their own. Certifications and challenges let you run time-bound challenges and issue credentials or badges for course completion.

The Premium and Elite plans add a branded mobile app. The FAQ describes it as a white-labeled app with your branding, "allowing users to access courses, communities, and content right from their phones", and says it "makes your brand look professional and keeps engagement high." For coaches who sell their time, the FAQ's list of what is included also names calendar tools, forms, surveys and reviews, together with hundreds of templates and step-by-step tutorials.

Marketing and selling

The marketing tools are where the all-in-one claim does most of its work. You can build landing pages and full websites with no code, and launch funnels with free lead magnets to attract customers. Email and SMS marketing automates nurturing, follow-ups and promotions, and the FAQ adds voicemail to the automated messaging channels. Webinars can run live or automated, to build authority and capture leads. An affiliate program lets your own community promote you. Social automations send automated DMs on Facebook and Instagram and post across 8+ other platforms.

For selling, the platform accepts payments globally and keeps sales pipelines that track deals from first interaction to final sale. The FAQ says its flexible checkout can sell digital products, memberships, coaching packages, event tickets and physical goods, not just courses. Automations trigger follow-ups, cross-sells or milestone rewards; analytics report on user behavior and funnel metrics; and a CRM keeps leads, customers and transactions in one dashboard. The product list also includes AI tools, which the pricing page sells with the line "Start working ON your business and not IN it with our advanced AI tools."

The FAQ's broader pitch is that this set replaces the separate website, funnel, email, scheduling and course tools many creators pay for one by one. Sub accounts extend that to people running several brands, client projects or businesses. A sub account is, in the FAQ's words, essentially another instance of CC360, and Premium and Elite each include extra free sub accounts at no extra monthly cost, the number depending on the plan.

Coaching, onboarding and support

Course Creator 360 leans hardest on help from people. Every base subscription includes bi-weekly coaching, which the FAQ spells out as live calls twice a month, every other Friday, where experts share marketing and business growth strategies. Each call includes a 1 hour "ask me anything" session, the company says it generally keeps the call going until every question is answered, and the sessions are recorded so you can watch the replays later. Subscribers also join a community of what the site calls 6, 7 and 8 figure course creators, along with a roadmap the FAQ describes as proven.

Support runs around the clock. The FAQ promises 24/7 live chat with real humans and no bots, with an average reply time of 50 seconds and 95% customer satisfaction, plus text and email support and live Zoom call tech support. New customers get a done-for-you onboarding call: the team connects DNS, domains and email, and sets up a first funnel, website, calendar and automations, with the stated goal that you get more done in that 1 hour than in over 2 weeks on your own. Before signing up, a free 1 on 1 demo with a real human, "not AI", can be booked from the home page.

The home page shows an "Excellent" rating of 4.9 out of 5 from 460 reviews, and the reviews it displays are mostly about that support. One reviewer, Pennie, writes, "I was so overwhelmed I wanted to give up but he was so patient and supportive I made it through." Another, signed Satisfied Customer, says "the tech and coaching calls have been useful", and David K. says "you are never left alone to figure things out."

Plans, credits and refunds

The FAQ names Premium and Elite plans and points to "the pricing table" for current rates, but no plan prices appear in the text of the pricing page; its plan comparison is organized under products and services, account and usage, automations and integrations, and support and services. Email and SMS credits come with every plan, in a monthly quota that varies by plan and that the FAQ says may change. Beyond the quota, credits work like a bank: the FAQ's example is a $10 charge that buys around 1,000 text messages, recharged automatically once the balance reaches zero.

New accounts start on a free trial, and the sign-up form promises a secure checkout and the option to cancel anytime. The refund policy offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on the first paid month after the free trial. Cancel within 30 days of your first payment and that month is refunded in full, minus processing fees; refunds apply only to the first paid month, are requested by email or through the 24/7 in-app chat, and are processed within 5-7 business days. Plans can be upgraded or downgraded at any time, and the FAQ says funnels, contacts and automations stay intact when you do.

Moving from another platform is a paid service the company runs for you. The FAQ says it has "migrated hundreds of people off of course softwares like Kajabi, Teachable, and Skool", as well as funnel and email tools, at a cost ranging from $35-$100 on average depending on how complex the move is.

Who it suits

Course Creator 360 suits creators and coaches who would rather pay for one system with help built in than assemble and maintain a stack of tools themselves. Someone who wants to sell a course, run a paid community, take coaching clients and email a list from one login, and who values having the DNS and first funnel set up for them, is the customer the site is written for. Creators and agencies with several brands get extra value from the sub accounts on Premium and Elite, and anyone who wants a branded app for their members needs one of those two plans. For a first-time creator who wants guidance, the twice-monthly coaching calls and the creator community make it closer to a program than a bare tool.

The caveat is that you buy the whole bundle. A creator who wants only a course page, or who already has a marketing stack they like, pays for funnels, CRM, SMS and coaching they may never open. Since the pricing page's text gives no plan prices, the cost has to come from the pricing table or a demo before you weigh it against simpler course hosts.
