Byaan (بيان) is a course and training platform for academies, training centers and institutes, independent trainers, schools, universities and company training teams. Its site describes it as an integrated third-generation platform that brings smart education, marketing and business automation into one system, so an academy can launch programs, sell courses and run its center from the first registration to measuring learning and revenue growth. The footer says it is developed by a Saudi company that combines experience in education, technology, marketing and business development, and the site is published in Arabic and English.
Who it serves
The home page lays out a track for each kind of customer. Institutes and training centers prepare programs by specialty and manage each trainee's path from registration and fees through attendance, assessment and the certificate. Schools gather lessons, homework, attendance and grades in one place and keep teachers and parents informed about each student's progress and needs. Universities and colleges organize programs, study plans, courses and registration, and follow every student toward graduation with a clear academic record. Independent trainers turn their specialty into lessons and exercises, open registration for a first course and follow their trainees from one place. Company training teams organize employee training by role and need, distribute programs, and track attendance, assessment and completion.
The FAQ says a trainer can start with a single ready course, set its content and fees, and add the rest later, with the Byaan team helping to work out what is needed to publish it and accept subscribers.
Teaching and learning tools
Courses combine recorded lessons and live meetings with tests, and the academy reviews trainees' results and sets the conditions for a completion certificate. Under the heading of interactive education automation, the home page lists several tools that an academy switches on as its courses need them:
- Adaptive curriculum: a placement test finds out what a trainee already knows, skips the concepts they have mastered and points them to what they still need to learn.
- Adaptive practice: question difficulty follows the trainee's performance, concentrates on weak points, and brings questions back for review during practice.
- Educational simulation: the trainee sees an explanation of each answer and a step-by-step walkthrough, and after repeated mistakes can ask for an extra explanation generated with AI.
- Scheduled release: a lesson opens on a set date, a number of days after the subscription starts, or after a previous lesson is completed, and Byaan applies the rule for every trainee without the academy opening content by hand for each cohort.
- Completion reminders: automatic messages carry the course name, the trainee's progress percentage and a link back into the course.
- Certificates: completion can be tied to required watch time or attendance and to passing assessments, and Byaan checks every condition, including required surveys, before issuing the certificate automatically.
The page notes that the academy decides the content and the release and completion rules, and that the automation works once the features are activated and configured within the academy's services.
Selling and collecting fees
Courses are sold under the academy's own name. Each course gets a page that says who it is for, what the trainee will learn, its level, its schedule and its fees, so a visitor can judge whether it fits before subscribing. The trainee pays the course fee online with whatever payment method is available to them, and the academy follows the payment status in Byaan. Once payment is confirmed, the subscription is activated and the course appears in the trainee's account, with no need to add each subscriber manually. The academy can also track its sales and the amounts due to it.
Integrations cover payment gateways, invoicing and accounting, teaching and communication tools such as live lessons, and marketing and analytics. The site says integrations are enabled according to the service, the package and the account's requirements.
Marketing and growth
Marketing is a large part of the product. The home page lists in-platform campaigns, affiliate marketing, follow-up automation, subscription recovery, offers for the next course, and AI that spots sales opportunities. Campaigns are scheduled for an audience interested in the course's field, each affiliate marketer gets a sales link and a commission on the academy's terms, and revenue is attributed to the campaign or referral link that brought it. When someone starts a subscription and does not pay, Byaan recognizes the unfinished order, follows up with automatic messages and a link back to the course, optionally with an offer the academy defines, and stops once the purchase is complete, measuring recovered orders and the revenue they bring. Current students are grouped by what they bought and how far they have progressed, and receive automatic messages about the next course at a time the academy chooses.
An automated marketing manager called لهيب (Laheeb) reads sales data and abandoned orders, suggests an opportunity to recover, launch or cross-sell, and prepares the message and follow-up plan for the academy to review and approve. A dashboard shows course sales, unpaid subscriptions, revenue and expenses, and the page reminds readers that money collected is not the same as net profit. A worked example on the home page sets a "6X" revenue target from doubling reach and tripling the purchase rate at a fixed course price, and both the example and the FAQ state that it is a calculated target, not a guaranteed result.
Running the institution
The home page also walks through everyday operational problems. An academy can link each expense to a course and approve it before it is paid, then compare a campaign's cost with the subscribers and revenue it produced. A school can prepare an official document from student data, then review, approve and send it in a single flow while the request status is kept. Urgent issues during an exam become tickets with attachments, an owner and a log of replies and actions until the ticket is closed. When a diploma's study plan changes, each trainee stays linked to their own plan version, so courses, hours, grades and attendance are checked against that version's graduation requirements. Follow-up rules and timing are set once, and an execution log shows what was sent, what stopped and why.
The site's menus add smart assistants for every role, a service for moving an existing platform to Byaan, onboarding, launch and customer success support, a time and cost savings calculator, a library of automation paths, and usage guides.
Packages and getting started
Byaan does not print prices on its home page. The FAQ explains that the subscription cost and the sales and payment fees vary by package and by the services available to an institute, and advises reviewing the details with the Byaan team before listing a course, so the academy sets its course fee knowing what will be deducted. Launching takes 3 steps: prepare the first course, open subscriptions under the academy's name, then market the courses and follow their sales and revenue.
Two free starting points are offered. A short questionnaire suggests the services that fit an organization without asking for registration or contact details, and a free AI-driven consultation, the Byaan smart advisor, asks focused questions, browses the academy's public website and social accounts if it has them, and returns a documented diagnosis with a proposed action plan and a PDF report. The site says the check needs no account or payment card and does not access private analytics or accounts.
Who it suits
Byaan fits Arabic-speaking academies and training centers that want selling, marketing automation and teaching in one system, especially those that lose revenue to unpaid subscriptions or want to sell a next course to past trainees. Independent trainers can start with one course and grow from there, while schools, universities and company training teams get attendance, grades, academic records and completion tracking. The caveat is that costs and sales fees depend on the package, so a buyer has to go through the Byaan team to learn the full price.
