Bestclevers LMS is a course and training platform from Lviv that lets experts, coaches, online schools and company HR teams build courses, run mentoring programs and host webinars from one account. Its home page calls it a "100% українська LMS-платформа" (a 100% Ukrainian LMS platform) and promises to organize learning and automate sales in one system, whether a client has a handful of students or thousands. The footer gives the operator as Bestclevers TM, Electronic Education Platform, with an office address in Lviv, and the website is published in Ukrainian and Russian.
Who it is built for
The home page splits its audience into four groups. Experts and bloggers get webinars built for conversion and automated webinars ("автовебінари") that keep selling while the author is away. Mentors and coaches get tools for private and group sessions, such as group chats, shared notes and quick polls, and the company says it takes care of the technical side. Online schools can build courses of any level of difficulty and run live broadcasts on the built-in software. Companies and HR departments can train staff and raise their qualifications, with statistics, reports, internal processes and course creation in the same system. The FAQ says the platform suits corporate training because it allows personalized courses, tracks employee progress and lets staff learn at a convenient time.
Building courses
Courses are split into themed modules, each holding as many lessons as the author needs. The home page lists what goes into them: live broadcasts and recorded video, quick polls, tests and homework, multi-user whiteboards, a shared course chat plus a chat with the course speaker, and subgroup rooms for group work.
Every LMS plan on the pricing page carries the same teaching toolkit. It includes homework on courses, a grading system, 10 test variants, automatic opening of lessons, course access settings, package access to several courses, splitting students into groups with an assigned curator, curator feedback, student success ratings and student activity analytics. During a live lesson the host can run polls and use interactive boards, and can hand the right to run the lesson over to a student. Each student works from a personal account, and the platform sends notifications and keeps class schedules.
The FAQ adds gamification, activity scoring, success and activity rankings, a large number of test formats, polls with graphical results, separate group rooms, deadlines, and group and personal chats as the tools it relies on to keep learners engaged.
A company blog post on educational video describes how video is handled. It says every video is optimized automatically for laptops, tablets and phones, quality adapts to a slow connection, and a learner can resume from the point where they stopped. Tasks, tests, PDF files and feedback blocks can sit beside a video, so it becomes part of a structured course with progress and achievements. The same post says videos are protected against downloading by third-party services, that access can be limited by IP address, region or number of devices, that the author can see when a student shares an account, and that analytics show who watched what, how long they spent on a video and where attention drops off.
Mentoring, webinars and master classes
Mentoring has its own set of tools. The home page lists a whiteboard, quick polls and shared notes for one-to-one work, a mentor profile card ("Візитівка ментора"), and a learning Roadmap with key stages, plus free slots that a mentor adds to a calendar so sessions are easier to arrange for both sides. The plan lists add a mentor calendar and a promo page for the mentoring program.
Webinars sit in a separate part of the product called Workshops ("Воркшопи"). It covers live sessions for a wide audience, automated webinars that run around the clock, and the ability to save and edit broadcasts. A webinar held on the platform can be saved and reused as an automated one, or a recording can be uploaded, and the company says recordings can work as well as live sessions. Master classes are pre-recorded video lessons that students watch at any time and at their own pace. Quick video conferences are also part of every LMS plan.
Selling courses
The home page describes Bestclevers as a universal sales automation system for educational projects, with automated webinars as the main sales tool, and says it aims to raise lifetime value through engagement so authors do not overpay for third-party software. The video blog post says an author can sell access to a course, set discounts, launch free teaser lessons and limit access by time or by subscription, all inside the platform without outside services or programmers. None of the pages name the payment provider that handles learner checkout.
There is also a partner program. Partners share a referral link and receive a fixed percentage of every payment from the users they bring in, each month, and can also earn a percentage from the activity of partners they recruit. The partner page says there is no cap on rewards and no minimum sales requirement, and it is aimed at opinion leaders, existing clients, marketing agencies, producer centers and course launch schools.
Plans and prices
The pricing page sells LMS and webinar capacity separately, so an author pays only for the side they use, and it promises no hidden payments beyond the resources listed in each plan. Prices are in US dollars with the hryvnia equivalent printed beside them. The LMS plans, quoted per month with annual billing, are:
- Mentor, $19 a month: one team member, 50 students, 5 GB of storage, quick video conferences and live lessons for 2 simultaneous viewers, and one live session at a time.
- Базовий (Basic), listed at the same $19 a month: three team members, 500 students, 25 GB of storage, 10 simultaneous viewers, and one live session at a time.
- Professional, marked as the popular choice, $69 a month: 10 team members, 5,000 students, 100 GB, 30 simultaneous viewers, and three live sessions at once.
- Business, $149 a month: 50 team members, 25,000 students, 1,000 GB, 100 simultaneous viewers, and 10 live sessions at once.
Every LMS plan includes unlimited courses, mentoring programs and products, unlimited modules, lessons and live lessons, flexible team permissions, and 24/7 support on the platform.
Workshop plans are priced by how many people can watch webinars and automated webinars at the same time. With annual billing they run from $19 a month for 60 viewers through $29 for 150, $39 for 400, $59 for 600, $99 for 1,000 and $159 for 2,000, up to $269 for 5,000. Monthly billing costs $29, $39, $59, $79, $139, $229 and $379 for the same tiers. The sample "400" package on the page lists unlimited webinars and automated webinars, multi-level statistics, a two-person team and 5 GB of storage, and the FAQ says master classes are included in every Workshop plan with no limit on their number. If more people join a webinar than the plan allows, they still get in, but the FAQ says each extra viewer is billed at the rate of a plan twice the size, so the company advises sizing the plan to the expected audience.
The pricing page offers a free 14-day test period of the platform. According to the FAQ it opens the Professional LMS plan and the "60" Workshop plan, with active broadcasting limited to 30 minutes. Plans can be changed at any time in the Billing tab by paying the difference, and a custom package can be arranged through support. The company also offers a demo and a free consultation with a specialist.
Security and support
The FAQ says Bestclevers runs on European data centers, keeps a separate database for each client so data from different clients cannot mix, uses SSL on the main site and on every subdomain together with data encryption, and updates its server software regularly. Databases and files are backed up several times a day to different servers and stored encrypted, and the company says it audits its security regularly and never resells or uses its clients' customer data. Support is listed as 24/7 on the platform, a demo can be booked from the pricing page, and the footer gives a support email address, a phone number and a knowledge base. The company also shares free teaching material on its Telegram channel.
Who it suits
Bestclevers fits an expert or coach who sells through webinars and wants courses, mentoring and automated webinars under one login, and a school whose students speak Ukrainian or Russian and that wants a local vendor with a published price list. The Mentor plan's cap of 50 students keeps the entry price low for someone just starting, while the Professional and Business plans give a growing school or a company training department room for thousands of students and several live sessions at once. HR teams get employee progress tracking and reports in the same account. The caveats are that the webinar side is billed separately from the LMS, that overflowing a webinar plan is charged at a higher rate, and that the website is published only in Ukrainian and Russian.
