What AttractWell is

AttractWell is an all-in-one business platform for coaches, course creators, consultants, authors, speakers and influencers. It puts a website and funnels, online courses and communities, calendar booking, payments, a CRM, email and text marketing, Zoom meetings and a mobile app under "one login, one bill". The homepage frames it against the usual pile of separate subscriptions, which it puts at "$500 a month across 15 bills that ignore each other", and says the full platform replaces "$300+/mo of separate tools".

The pitch is speed for people who are not technical. The homepage promises an offer, site and booking that are live and taking payments in under a day, with AI doing the building and real people helping when a customer gets stuck. The company says 5,000 coaches use it and that more than 4 out of 5 customers stay past their first month.

Building with Project Studio and talk-to-edit

The centerpiece is Project Studio. A user picks a project type, fills in a short form or chats for a paragraph, answers a few follow-up questions, and AttractWell creates the pages, copy, emails, booking link and checkout with AI, ready to edit. Project types include funnels (free and paid offers, evergreen and launches), multi-page websites, online courses, memberships and communities, booking links, call packages, group coaching, 1:1 coaching, sales pages, live events with RSVP and ticketing, quizzes and chatbots, or a custom project described in chat.

Editing works by talking. A user says something like "add a Book a call button to my hero" and the change appears in the editor, or uses the page builder directly. The homepage says a site can be stood up "in about 10 minutes". An AI writer drafts courses and email and text campaigns in the user's own voice, and smart chatbots built as custom GPTs talk to website visitors, collect their details and route them as leads. Canva, Pixabay and Giphy are built in for graphics.

Courses, communities and memberships

For course creators, AttractWell hosts courses, memberships and private communities in the same account. The AI course creator drafts a full course "in minutes, not weeks", and content can be video, audio, PDFs, images and other files. Video hosting is included, and the company's comparison table says it comes with unlimited video size and bandwidth; customers who prefer an outside video host can still use one.

Assessment is handled by an AI teaching assistant inside the course: it "quizzes students, grades their answers (even essays!)" and moves a student on to the next lesson after a pass. Completion certificates are part of the feature list, and unlimited courses are listed as an option. Students and clients reach everything through a client portal holding their courses, memberships, communities, upcoming calls and session packages, and through the app, which serves both the coach running the business and the clients and students using it. The site calls it a branded member app.

Coaching, bookings and client management

Coaching is where AttractWell goes beyond a course platform. Calendar booking covers sales calls, consulting and program support, with free or paid booking links and recurring payments. Session packages let a coach sell a bundle of calls and have AttractWell track the number of sessions left with each client. Session notes can be private, shared or editable by both coach and client.

Contracts, intake forms and a call booking can be completed in one step, and documents are signed online, so a new client is onboarded without a separate signing tool. The CRM shows notes, purchase history, signed contracts, completed forms and appointment history for each contact, with to-dos, reminders and messaging. Forms can trigger automations based on answers, and Zapier connects AttractWell to other tools.

Zoom Pro meetings are included without a separate Zoom account, with meetings of up to 30 hours according to the comparison table. Events can be free or paid, online or in person, with optional QR code check-in at the door.

Selling and marketing

Payments can be one-time, payment plans or recurring, and buyers can use Afterpay/Clearpay, Klarna and Affirm. The company lists a 0% transaction fee. A store and shopping cart sell services, physical products and digital products with taxes and shipping calculated, and digital downloads can be free or paid with automatic follow-up by email or text. A link-in-bio page captures leads from social media.

Email marketing is unlimited, according to the comparison table, and the platform cleans the email list automatically. Texting works two ways: a coach can send personalized broadcasts or text back and forth with clients from their own phone number, including audio messages and talk-to-text. Email hosting is an optional add-on, and platform branding can be removed on all plans.

Pricing and what new customers get

AttractWell's checkout shows the current offer: $1 for the first month, 50% off the next two months at $49.50 a month, then $99 USD a month, with cancellation at any time. Elsewhere the homepage says plans start "From $69/mo", and the offers mention annual Premium, Pro and Diamond tiers; the site does not lay out each tier's price on the homepage. Payments are processed by Braintree, a PayPal company.

The 30-Day Launch Guarantee says that if a customer uses Project Studio and the site is not live within 30 days, AttractWell builds it with them on a call and the next month is free. New monthly customers get 10 extra Zoom attendees per meeting for the life of the account and 200 extra marketing credits a month. New annual customers get the Impact Amplifier Academy (listed as a $2,997 value), the same 10 extra Zoom attendees, 1000 extra marketing credits a month and a free domain or email, plus a 60-minute tech consult on annual Premium or higher and a strategy and tech consult on annual Pro or Diamond. All customers get four training courses, including the Pipeline Igniter Course and the Client Funnel Challenge.

Support

Support is a large part of the offer. The homepage lists launch calls with a specialist in free small groups, free DIY website migration using AttractWell's tools to move pages from an old platform, unlimited human support by email, Zoom and a Facebook group, and free small group help calls several times a week. Who it suits

AttractWell suits a solo coach, consultant or course creator who sells a mix of calls, programs, courses and digital products and wants one system for the site, booking, payments, client records and follow-up. The AI building and talk-to-edit tools, the launch guarantee and the hands-on support make it approachable for someone who has put off launching because the tech felt like too much.

A creator who only wants to sell recorded courses to a large audience may not need the coaching, CRM and texting tools, and should compare the $99 a month list price after the introductory months with simpler course hosts. Because the full tier pricing is not laid out on the homepage, it is worth checking which features each plan includes before committing to an annual plan.
