What AllCoaching is

AllCoaching is an Indian course platform and student marketplace for independent teachers, built around exam coaching. An educator opens a studio, uploads recorded lessons, runs live batches and ranked test series, takes payments by UPI and card, and sells under their own name and domain. The same courses also appear on the AllCoaching student app, where learners search by exam, subject and language. The company, AllCoaching Technologies, signs its pages "Made in India", and its founder and CEO, Amit Ratan, writes most of its guides. His author note describes AllCoaching as "India's AI-driven educator growth marketplace."

The home page lists the exams it is built for: JEE, NEET, UPSC, CAT, CLAT, board exams, SSC, banking "and more", taught in English, Hindi and Hinglish. A company FAQ in one of its guides adds that it also hosts general recorded courses, live cohorts and skill programs. Both guides say 270 educators across India are already selling their courses on the marketplace, and they describe it as still early, with less competition for discovery and a team that knows every educator by name.

The studio: building and running courses

Setting up is self-serve. The home page describes four steps that take about 2 minutes: sign in with Google and pay for a plan, create a course, connect a domain, and start selling. There is no sales call and no developer involved, and the studio is active the moment the payment clears. Course creation means uploading videos and PDFs, setting a price and publishing, then adding tests, notes and live classes when the educator is ready.

The studio brings together the parts an exam coach normally stitches together from separate tools:

  • Live classes with a whiteboard, polls, hand-raise and recordings, all inside AllCoaching.
  • Tests, notes and courses: timed mock tests with student rankings, PDF notes and full courses. The company calls ranked test series the retention backbone of exam coaching, and the demo shows a 90-question, 120-minute CAT Quant mock.
  • Payments and payouts: UPI and cards, paid to the educator's bank in T+3 days. A migration guide also mentions net-banking at checkout, with payment turning into access instantly.
  • Analytics covering revenue, watch time and batch performance.
  • A website for each academy, with course pages, faculty profiles and an enquiry form.

Access control is automatic. The company's guide describes payment as the access event: a student pays and gets in, and access ends on its own when a subscription lapses, with no manual adding or removing by the educator. Content is tied to the student's paid login rather than a shareable link. On piracy, the home page FAQ says every video is auto-watermarked with the educator's handle, served over 256-bit encryption, and protected against screen recording on mobile.

Branded academy and app

The white-label side is the educator's own academy. The guides describe a branded coaching app with the educator's logo, colors and name, on the web and on mobile, where their courses, live classes, test series, payments and student data live, with the AllCoaching engine underneath and the educator's brand on top. A student CRM is part of the studio. Each plan includes connecting a domain the educator owns, a .in or a .com, pointed at the academy from the studio, and it goes live as soon as the DNS update is picked up.

Students reach those courses in three places, according to the FAQ: the AllCoaching app on Android and iOS, the web app at learn.allcoaching.in, and the educator's own connected domain. The FAQ is explicit on ownership: "Your content, your students and your prices stay yours."

The marketplace: how students find a teacher

The marketplace is the feature AllCoaching leads with. Instead of every learner coming from the educator's own ads, students already on the app search for their exam and subject and are shown educators who teach it. The home page describes an AI search that understands a query like "rotational mechanics shortcut" and surfaces the right educator, and says students can "Ask anything, any language".

For the learner, the student app is free. Students discover educators, watch free short videos, attempt free tests, follow teachers by name, and pay only for the courses they choose. Educators carry visible ratings, and students pick the teacher whose style suits them. For the educator, the free material is the top of the funnel: the FAQ says AllCoaching takes nothing on the free content used to grow, and suggests that a teacher already on YouTube keep teaching there and use free shorts to bring students into the studio for structured courses and live batches.

Plans, fees and payouts

The home page publishes three annual plans, all priced excluding GST. There is no monthly billing and no setup cost, and the higher the tier, the smaller the platform fee.

  • Starter, ₹6,999 a year, for a new academy finding its first students. The educator keeps 90% (a 10% platform fee), with 512 GB of storage, 1080p video and 5 live class hours a month.
  • Growth, ₹12,999 a year, marked "Most popular". The educator keeps 92.5% (a 7.5% fee), with 1 TB of storage, 1080p video and 10 live class hours a month.
  • Pro, ₹24,999 a year, marked "Best value". The educator keeps 95% (a 5% fee), with 3 TB of storage, 4K video, 15 live class hours a month and a premium website template the page values at ₹10,000.

Every plan lists a connected custom domain and payouts to the educator's bank in T+3 days. The FAQ says the platform fee applies to paid sales of courses, batches, test series and paid live classes, and that payouts reach the bank 3 days after each sale. Upgrades credit what has already been paid, and the pages promise no lock-in.

The home page includes an earnings calculator worked at the Starter rate. Its middle example, 300 students on a ₹2,999 batch, shows gross revenue of ₹9L, a platform fee of ₹89,970 and a take-home of ₹8,09,730, labeled "Estimates only" because real earnings vary with engagement and retention. One of the guides gives a second illustration, a live batch of 100 students at Rs 999 per month coming to roughly Rs 90,000 a month for the educator, and tells readers to treat every figure as illustrative rather than promised.

Moving an existing academy

For a teacher coming from another course platform, the company's switching guide lays out the sequence: export videos, PDFs and materials, set up the academy, rebuild the course structure, recorded lessons, notes and test series, turn on UPI checkout, invite existing students with a launch offer, and list on the marketplace. It estimates one to two days to re-upload and reorganize content, depending on library size, and about a week to bring existing students across. The site links educators to WhatsApp and students to Telegram.

Who it suits

AllCoaching fits an Indian teacher who coaches for a specific exam and wants their own academy without building an app: a physics teacher preparing JEE students, a NEET biology tutor, a UPSC or banking coach, or a school teacher starting an evening batch. The combination of ranked mock tests, live classes with a whiteboard and hand-raise, PDF notes and UPI payouts matches how exam coaching is sold in India, and the marketplace gives a teacher without a large following a way to be found. The fee structure suits someone starting small, since the platform fee only applies to paid sales and the Starter plan is the lowest yearly commitment.

It is a narrower fit outside that setting. Payouts are in INR to an Indian bank, the exam list is Indian, and the languages are English, Hindi and Hinglish, so a creator selling to international audiences or a company training staff would find it built for someone else. Educators with steady sales should compare the plans, since the per-sale fee falls from 10% to 5% as the yearly price rises.
