What Lezione online is

Lezione online is an Italian-language marketplace of video courses for adults who want to learn a practical skill at their own pace, on any device. Its own tagline is "Corsi online: impara dove e quando vuoi su tutti i device" (online courses, learn where and when you want on every device). Instructors publish their courses on the platform through a "Diventa docente" (become an instructor) page, and learners pick individual courses or longer training paths from a catalog that runs from payroll and accounting to watercolor painting, hotel English and face painting for children's parties. The footer names the operator as Web Lab Group Srl, with an address in Collazzone, Perugia. The home page claims that "1800 studenti ogni giorno scelgono di formarsi con noi", that is, 1,800 students a day choose to train with it.

The catalog

The catalog is organized into broad areas, each split into subcategories, and the menu is the clearest picture of what the site teaches. Administration and finance covers payroll, accounting, finance and trading, and human resources. Art and design runs from 3D animation, Canva and graphic design to technical drawing, digital drawing, painting, colored pencils, creative crafts and tailoring and sewing. Beauty and wellness covers color analysis (armocromia), personal care, hair, makeup and nails. Business and management has communication, client management, meetings, real estate, soft skills and business strategy. A separate Event Planner area teaches event setup, party entertainment, balloon art, weddings and face painting for children. Food and beverage covers bartending and cocktails, coffee bar work and cooking, and the photo and video area covers audio editing, video editing, photography and photo retouching, and film technique and language.

IT and software includes cyber security, computing and hardware, artificial intelligence, Microsoft and programming. Marketing covers advertising, copywriting, digital marketing, SEO, social media marketing and marketing strategy. The foreign language area teaches Chinese, French, English, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish and German, plus Italian for foreigners. A school, university and public administration area holds criminology, teaching methods, diction, mathematics and statistics, medicine, public administration, driving school and study techniques. Sport and health covers nutrition, martial arts, fitness, massage, holistic medicine, nature, inner calm and yoga, and personal development reaches into career skills, parenting, animal training and care, DIY and hobbies, music, writing and esoteric practices. The home page sums up the range as "PUOI SCEGLIERE TRA CENTINAIA DI CORSI" (you can choose from hundreds of courses).

How a course works

Each course card shows its category path, a star rating, the number of video lessons (videolezioni), the total video time and a level: Base, Intermedio, Avanzato or Completo. The courses featured on the home page give a sense of scale. Bilancio assestato, on analyzing the main items of an adjusted balance sheet, has 15 video lessons and 8 hours of video. Talent Retention, on keeping staff and cutting the cost of turnover, has 20 lessons in 2 hours. Spagnolo per viaggiare (Spanish for travel) has 25 lessons over 5 hours at intermediate level, Tedesco per strutture ricettive e hotel (German for hotels) has 49 lessons in 3 hours, and Corso base di Elettrotecnica Generale, a basic electrical engineering course, has 36 lessons. A course on running meetings that end in decisions has 18 lessons. Some courses carry an "IN PROMO" label, and a promotions section gathers them.

Training paths (percorsi formativi) bundle a larger body of material and end with a "Certificato finale" (final certificate). The Analisi tecnica e Criptovalute path, on technical analysis and cryptocurrencies, lists 212 video lessons and 21 hours of video, and a yoga path lists 82 video lessons and 28.5 hours.

Access does not run out. The site promises "Corsi senza scadenze, fruibili da tutti i dispositivi 24h su 24" (courses with no expiry, usable on every device around the clock) and says learners "puoi rivederli anche dopo terminati", can watch them again after finishing. During a course a learner can message the instructor, in the site's words "Puoi chattare con il docente per ogni chiarimento" (you can chat with the instructor for any clarification). The student account brings it together: my courses, training paths, tutoring, a credits balance, statistics, tests taken, certificates, notifications, messages, favorite courses and orders.

Certificates and recognition

Lezione online issues two kinds of certificate: "Attestato di frequenza garantito, attestato di merito se superi il test", a certificate of attendance for everyone and a certificate of merit for those who pass the test. The home page calls it an "ATTESTATO RICONOSCIUTO" (recognized certificate) to add to a CV. A verification form on the site takes the code printed on a certificate and checks that it is authentic, so an employer can confirm one.

The site also makes several institutional claims, all in its own words. It states that Lezione online is "accreditata al MIM", accredited with Italy's Ministry of Education and Merit (formerly MIUR) under directive 170/2016, and that it is "certificata UNI ENI ISO 9001:2015 per la progettazione ed erogazione di corsi di formazione online" (ISO 9001:2015 certified for designing and delivering online training courses). It says its courses are "SCELTI DA PUBBLICHE AMMINISTRAZIONI E UNIVERSITÀ ITALIANE" (chosen by Italian public administrations and universities) and that it is rated "ECCEZIONALE" on Trustpilot. It also offers an English language certification that it describes as recognized by the ministry and by universities around the world, with the exam taken online from home.

Buying, refunds and support

The home page shows no course prices. What it does spell out is the money around a purchase. A loyalty program pays "un cashback del 10%" on every purchase, the student account keeps a credits balance in euros, and signing up for the newsletter brings an immediate 10% discount. Learners can redeem a coupon or voucher, and the site has dedicated entries for two Italian cards, the Carta del Docente and the Carta cultura giovani e merito. The site describes its transactions as "sicure al 100%" (100% secure).

The refund rule is short and specific. Under the heading "SODDISFATTI O RIMBORSATI" (satisfied or refunded), the site promises "Rimborso entro 14 giorni dall’acquisto, non oltre il 40% di fruizione": a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided no more than 40% of the course has been used. Customer service works Monday to Friday, 10 to 12 and 15 to 17, and the site has an FAQ and a support section, along with published terms and conditions and a quality policy.

Teaching on Lezione online

For creators, Lezione online is a marketplace to publish on. The "Diventa docente" page invites instructors to join, and learner reviews name the people behind the courses: one learner writes that the French course for hotels "creato da Antun" (created by Antun) covered most situations met in a hotel, and another says of a tailoring instructor "FedeMorgana e' molto brava". A separate "Diventa affiliato" program signs up affiliates. The home page states no revenue share for instructors and no commission for affiliates.

What learners say

Reviews on the home page are short, dated and tied to a course, each with a star rating. Giuseppina, who took a course in radiesthesia, wrote in September 2026 that "le spiegazioni sono molto chiare e dettagliate" (the explanations are very clear and detailed). Monique Annie wrote of a course in statistical data analysis with Excel: "ho apprezzato lo svolgimento passo passo" (I appreciated the step-by-step approach). Andro, who took English for hotels, said it "Ripercorre tutte le situazioni che si possono verificare nel lavoro in contatto col pubblico" (it goes through every situation that comes up in a public-facing job). Other reviews cover a basic Spanish course, tailoring, Google Ads, latte art, personal finance and face painting, a spread that matches the catalog.

Who it suits

Lezione online suits Italian-speaking adults who want a practical, job-related skill on their own schedule: a hotel receptionist brushing up English or German, a bookkeeper learning payroll or balance sheets, someone starting out in makeup, bartending or event setup. The attendance and merit certificates, with their verification codes, are made for a CV, and teachers will notice the Carta del Docente entry. Access with no expiry and the 14-day refund rule make it easy to try a course. Instructors with an Italian audience get an existing marketplace and an affiliate program alongside it. The caveats are language and focus: everything is in Italian, and while the site says public bodies and universities choose its courses, its tools, from the student account to the refund rule, are built for the individual learner rather than for a training department managing a team.
