EliveClass

Tap a star to rate

EliveClass is a learning site that mixes free recorded courses and videos with live online classes taught by tutors, and it doubles as a small marketplace where tutors can upload courses for sale or run paid sessions. Its home page says plainly that "Most of the courses and Videos provided by ELiveClass are free and in Hindi language." The main reader is a learner on a tight budget who wants spoken English, exam practice, computer basics or a hobby skill, and the second reader is a teacher or hobby expert who wants somewhere to sell a course or book live students without running their own website. The home page headline is "Accelerate Your Career Online", and the tagline beside it promises "Best Free English spoken Courses Online."

What a learner finds in the catalog

The catalog is organized into six subject groups, and the home page prints a count against each. School College Exam carries 38 tutorials, Skill Yoga Dance Fitness 82, Code and Computer courses 122, Cooking Beauty Makeup 55, Business Accounts Startup 130, and Lifestyle 58 courses. That spread tells you what the site is about: everyday skills, exam preparation and self-improvement rather than university subjects.

Several courses are shown by name. English Speaking Course Part 1 teaches the basics of spoken English for free; the description says the learner works through every lesson from the videos, covering "English Grammar and Use of the Grammar in sentences" and "Most Common words and Vocabulary we use in our daily life." The Keto Diet Course explains the diet as a way to reduce body fat, and the Basic Math Course offers tips and tricks "good to practice and for your exams as well." Both are marked as free, and in each case the only step is to enroll.

Exam preparation is a large part of the offer. The course list includes the RRB Group D Mock Test Series, labeled in Hindi as a railway Group D exam mock test, an RRB NTPC course, an Online MBA Entrance Mock Test Series and an Online IQ Test. A separate free English Speaking Classes course sits beside them with an enroll button. These are practice papers and mock tests rather than taught programs, and they suit someone who already knows the syllabus and wants repetition.

Courses can be watched online or downloaded: the site says "You can also Download Online courses available to learn yourself", and that "All you need is Internet connection on Mobile or Laptop." Learners sign up through a student registration page and keep track of their courses from a dashboard.

Live classes with a tutor

The second half of the product is live teaching. The home page invites learners to "Do Online live class with tutor on all topics such as Yoga, Music, Computer, English, Math, School Tuition & Competition Courses", and lists further live subjects: yoga, dance, English speaking, computer courses, business advice, website development, video making, school projects, and school tuition from Class 1st to 12th. The price line is short: "Live Classes starting from Rs 10/Session."

Classes run as live video, and the site stresses that a phone is enough: "You can learn from anywhere through E Live Class via Live Video on your phone." The learner picks the teacher ("Select Your Tutor and Enroll in courses"), and the site says "Hindi, English and all language tutor available." After a class, learners are asked to "Rate your Tutor for your experience", which is the site's quality check, presented under the heading Human Reviews.

The classroom tool itself is described as an online teaching and learning tool with "Student Engagement Functionality, Attendance, Screen Sharing, Files sharing, Assessment, Recording", so a tutor can show a screen, hand out files, run a short assessment and keep a recording. The company calls the platform a "browser-independent resource" that students, faculty, administrators and alumni can reach around the clock, and says it is a transactional web application that does not run bandwidth-heavy streaming on the user's side, which matters for learners on mobile data.

Public speaking practice

The site's blog runs a long guide to learning public speaking for free, and it uses it to describe EliveClass's own practice offer. Learners can join free public speaking practice sessions and mock presentations, where they practice speeches in a live setting and "Receive instant feedback from trainers." The guide also mentions weekly free speaking challenges for beginners and students, online practice rooms for mock sessions, and speech evaluation with improvement tips. Its suggested weekly routine ends with a mock session hosted on the site on Saturdays and a progress review on Sundays. Related posts on the blog cover free English speaking courses and free IQ tests for students in India, which fits the exam and spoken-English focus of the catalog.

For tutors who want to sell

EliveClass recruits teachers through an Instructor Registration page. The pitch is direct: "If you think You can share knowledge and skill. This is the right place for you. You can upload ready courses for sale or give online Session on all Topics which you are expert in." The topics it names for tutors are broad and practical: yoga, dance, beautician skills, the subjects the page lists as "Shlock, Gyan", astrology, mobile repair, computer courses, digital marketing, toy making, cooking, school tuition and competition classes.

Onboarding is handled by the company rather than self-service: "Just Register with us and we will Contact you." Once a course or live session goes live, the site says, "You will start earning from Courses sale & Live Classes." So a tutor can earn in two ways, from recorded courses sold in the catalog and from live classes booked by students. The terms of that income, such as a revenue share or payout schedule, are not published, so a tutor learns them when the company makes contact.

The site's About section reads as guidance for the people teaching on it. It asks tutors to set out course expectations, objectives, due dates and assessment criteria clearly, to provide materials such as readings, lecture notes and videos that work across devices and assistive technologies, to host interactive sessions with discussion and questions, and to use quizzes, polls, breakout discussions and group projects. It also encourages discussion boards and virtual study groups, and technical help for students finding their way around the platform.

What learners say

The home page carries four learner testimonials. Rajkumar, a front end programmer, writes that he learned "most of my front end programming skills and some back end programming skills through self-study and the material available here." Kelsey Smith, a yoga teacher, opens with "Thanks to Elive Class for their Free Videos on Yoga and Keto Diet" and recommends the site to other students. Reema Bansal praises the free exam papers and current affairs quizzes and says she picked up the basics of Excel and PowerPoint from the free video courses. Jigyasa Patel says the spoken English material has "100 plus Videos and practice test on spoken English" and adds that "They are absolutely Free and no additional charge or hidden charge is there."

On the public speaking guide, one reader calls it "a helpful guide for anyone looking to improve their public speaking skills without spending money", and another, Linet lutu, simply writes "I want classes to learn about it", a reminder that many visitors arrive looking for a live class rather than an article.

Access and pricing

Most of what the site offers is free: the English speaking course and the keto and basic math courses are each described as a free course you only need to enroll in, and the mock tests and the IQ test open from a start learning button. The paid side is the live tutoring, which the site prices from Rs 10 per session, and the courses tutors upload for sale. The site publishes no price list for paid courses beyond that starting point, so the cost of a particular course or tutor shows up when you choose one. The home page closes with a "Get Started Free" call to sign up.

Who it suits

EliveClass suits Hindi-speaking learners who want free, practical material: spoken English, railway and MBA entrance mock tests, basic math, computer skills, yoga or cooking. It also fits a parent looking for very low-cost live tuition for a school child, since sessions start at Rs 10 and run on a phone. Job seekers working on interviews or presentations can use the free public speaking sessions for live practice with feedback.

For tutors, it is a low-effort way to reach that audience. A yoga teacher, a math tutor or a mobile repair technician can register, wait for the company to get in touch, and then sell a recorded course or teach live without building a site or handling payments alone. The trade-off is that the site gives few details about how sales and payouts work, so tutors who need fixed commercial terms before committing time should settle them during that first contact.

A learner who wants a structured program in a single discipline, with a clear sequence of courses from beginner to advanced, will find the catalog wide but loosely organized. It works best taken a course or a session at a time.
