CampusOnline is a Turkish online learning platform that brings certificate courses from universities, training centers and technology companies into one catalog, most of them with Turkish subtitles. Its page title calls it "Kurumlar ve bireyler için eğitim platformu" (a training platform for organizations and individuals), and the site has separate entrances for individuals, organizations and universities. The company behind it, Campus Online Eğitim ve Teknoloji A.Ş., gives its address in Çankaya, Ankara. The site runs in Turkish with an English language switch.
For a learner it works as a marketplace: browse, compare and enroll in courses from many providers. For an employer it adds a ready compliance and orientation catalog and an LMS for the company's own training. Both sides share the same account and catalog.
What learners find
The headline promise is "Dünyanın önde gelen üniversitelerinden binlerce sertifikalı eğitim, tek platformda" (thousands of certificate courses from the world's leading universities, on one platform), followed by an invitation to compare them and pick the one that suits you. The home page counts "14.000+ sertifikalı eğitim" (14,000+ certificate courses) from "200+ kurum & üniversite" (200+ institutions and universities), delivered 100% online and available 24/7 at the learner's own pace.
The catalog is organized into five categories: software and programming, data science and artificial intelligence, business and management, IT and cloud, and finance and accounting. Footer links add certificate programs and courses taught in Turkish as their own sections. Many course cards carry a "TR Altyazı" (Turkish subtitles) badge and a registration count.
The home page shows how wide the provider list runs. Under the heading "Stanford, Harvard, Yale ve daha fazlası" (Stanford, Harvard, Yale and more) it features Yale's Financial Markets with 2,408,761 registrations, the University of Michigan's Python for Everybody with 1,987,962, Yale's Introduction to Psychology, Stanford Online's Introduction to Food and Health, Princeton's course on Bitcoin and cryptocurrency technologies and Duke's programming foundations with JavaScript, HTML and CSS. An AI shelf lists DeepLearning.AI's AI for Everyone with 2,557,892 registrations, Google AI Essentials with 1,865,609, DeepLearning.AI's Deep Learning, a machine learning course from DeepLearning.AI and Stanford Online, IBM's Tools for Data Science and databases and SQL for data science with Python, and Johns Hopkins University's data science course. Further down sit Google's courses on computer networking and managing security risks, IBM's data science methodology, generative AI in marketing from the University of Virginia Darden School Foundation and a course on generative pre-trained transformers from the University of Glasgow.
Turkish providers are part of the mix too. A shelf of popular programs comes from TOBB ETÜ SEM, led by a Mini MBA business management certificate program with 640 registrations and an executive CFO financial management certificate program with 271, followed by courses in leadership, financial statement analysis, basic accounting, project management, effective communication and management and organization.
Learners can save courses and compare them side by side. The comparison table lines up the institution, rating, Turkish subtitles, level, duration, price and whether a certificate is included. Signing up is free ("Ücretsiz Üye Ol") and needs no password: the learner enters an email address or phone number and receives a six-digit code, or continues with Google. Learners can opt in to a welcome coupon and campaign news when they register, and the footer carries a distance sales contract and pre-sale information form for course purchases.
Certificates and what learners say
Certificates are central to the pitch. The hero line reads "Dünyanın En İyilerinden Öğren, Kendini Kanıtla" (learn from the world's best, prove yourself), the popular courses section promises "Kendi hızında öğren, sertifikanı al" (learn at your own pace, get your certificate), and the comparison tool marks each course's certificate. One learner testimonial, from Barış Kayan, credits the "üniversite onaylı sertifikalar" (university-approved certificates) received at the end of training with putting the writer a step ahead at work. Another learner thanks Adnan Menderes University for providing the "Campus Online ve Sosyal Medya Sertifika Programı" (Campus Online and Social Media Certificate Program). Other learners praise the flexibility of studying from anywhere and the chance to broaden their knowledge with courses from different universities.
For organizations
The corporate offer is summed up as "Uyum ve oryantasyon eğitimlerini tek platformda yönetin" (manage compliance and orientation training on one platform). It has three parts:
- Hazır uyum katalogu (a ready compliance catalog): current courses on occupational health and safety (İSG), personal data protection (KVKK), ethics and orientation, so a company does not have to build its mandatory training from scratch.
- Kendi LMS altyapınız (your own LMS infrastructure): "Eğitim yükleyin, atayın, yönetin" (upload training, assign it, manage it), meaning a company can host its own courses next to the ready catalog and assign them to staff.
- Denetlenebilir rapor (auditable reporting): "Tamamlama kanıtı, denetime hazır kayıt" (proof of completion, audit-ready records).
The page sums up the result as "Hazır mevzuat katalogu + kendi eğitimleriniz, denetime hazır tamamlama raporuyla" (a ready regulatory catalog plus your own training, with an audit-ready completion report) and closes with "Ekibinizi eğitin, uyumu belgeleyin" (train your team, document compliance). This is what puts CampusOnline in our business LMS and training library categories as well as among course marketplaces.
Companies can also buy catalog courses for groups. A course card's corporate form says "Bu eğitim 3 kişi ve üzeri kurumsal kayıtlara açıktır" (this course is open to corporate registrations of 3 or more people), and the request form asks for group size in bands from 2-5 and 6-20 up to 21-50 and 50+ people. The company then prepares a custom offer. Organizations can also request a demo of the compliance catalog and LMS, and universities have their own section of the site.
Prices and support
The home page shows no course prices; price is one of the fields in the comparison table, and corporate pricing is quoted after the request form. The cookie settings mention live chat and an AI chat assistant as features that are "henüz yayında değil" (not yet live), and the footer lists an about page, blog, contact page and FAQ, with a phone line and email address for the Ankara office.
Who it suits
CampusOnline suits Turkish-speaking learners who want courses from well-known universities and companies, such as Yale, Michigan, Google, IBM or DeepLearning.AI, with Turkish subtitles, plus Turkish executive programs like the Mini MBA, and who like to compare options on level, duration, price and certificate before enrolling. The password-free sign-up and self-paced format suit people studying around a job.
It also suits HR and training teams at Turkish companies that need İSG, KVKK, ethics and orientation training delivered and documented for audits, and want their own courses on the same LMS. A company needing training in another language, or one looking for a highly specialized technical curriculum built to order, would weigh it against a dedicated provider, and an individual learner should check each course's certificate details in the comparison table before buying.
