FANTS calls itself a creator business platform: one system for running an online community, a monthly subscription salon, an online school, consulting and coaching sales, and the customer management behind them. Its homepage promise is to turn a creator's relationship with fans into a business that lasts, and to turn the people who gather around a creator into fans and then companions. The site reports more than 600 creators on the platform, 3 billion yen in cumulative payments and 1.25 million posts, all as of June 2026. The creators it lists work in education, business, parenting, health, fitness, yoga, coaching, cooking, careers, languages, English, qualifications, music, art and many other fields. The site is not available in English.
Community and the member app
Members take part through a dedicated app with two-way communication between creator and members. A group feature splits the community so each group sees only what it should, which lets one creator run several tiers or cohorts in one space. A company article on course platforms adds stickers, direct messages and polls among the interaction tools, and says the platform works on both smartphones and PCs.
Live streaming runs entirely inside the app, with no external tool needed, and streams can send notifications and be kept as archives. A content stock feature stores teaching materials and know-how in one place and delivers different material to different member groups. Design customization covers everything from the logo to the color scheme, so the app reflects the creator's own look.
Ways to use it
The homepage lists the scenes FANTS is built for:
- Online community: a base where creator and fans interact both ways and build the relationship over time.
- Online salon: a monthly subscription community for core fans who share the creator's worldview.
- Online school: a school that does not stop at selling a course. The site's phrase is that it will not be "講座を売って終わり" (sell the course and call it done); instead it builds follow-up mechanisms that drive student results and repeat enrollment.
- Content sales: courses and expertise delivered as video, text or audio.
- Course and seminar sales: live learning sessions that reach many fans at once.
- Coaching and consulting: one-on-one, made-to-order experiences for each client.
Three more scenes are marked coming soon: a co-created fan club, an association business with certification, continuing learning and a member network, and customer loyalty communities for existing customers.
Courses and the online school
The course function turns video and text lessons into a step-by-step curriculum and is meant to support each student's progress. The company's article on course platforms describes simple uploading of videos and materials with no code, progress management that shows each student's learning status in real time so the creator can follow up, and community features that connect students with each other and with the instructor. One customer story on the homepage describes a school built on assignments with personal corrections so students improve steadily, and another, from an AI director, reports a 98% retention rate after creating a hands-on learning space.
Selling: subscriptions, one-off sales and goods
FANTS handles recurring and one-time revenue. The course-platform article lists monthly billing, single-item sales and subscriptions, with automatic payments built in. One-off sales cover seminar and one-on-one session bookings as well as video and text digital content, from inexpensive items to high-priced ones. Goods sales let creators sell original merchandise, books and other physical products inside the app.
In July 2026 the company announced a launch campaign for its service sales feature, with a payment fee of 3.5% plus 99 yen, running until 30 September 2026. Other plan prices are not shown on the homepage; the site offers a downloadable three-minute overview, a free online demo that walks through real screens and relevant case studies, and a contact form.
Customer management and engagement analytics
The feature FANTS stresses most is its customer management. The homepage says it shows the strength of each fan relationship and the energy of the community as numbers, using engagement metrics FANTS developed itself, so creators know what to do next without relying on instinct. Each member gets engagement points, and members with low engagement are automatically tagged as people the creator should reconnect with. The dashboard also shows active users, purchasers, cancellations, new members and the month's revenue.
Launch support and security
FANTS pairs new communities with a dedicated director who helps design the community at launch and advises on day-to-day running, based on experience with many communities. After signing up, FANTS community customers get help organizing the business model (concept, offering, content design, sales funnel and pricing) and an initial build of the app so they can start operating straight away; creative production is an option. Help pages and a contact desk answer questions about operation. The company's course-platform article describes the same support from the course creator's side: operation training and setup help at the start, consultation on running the school, and help with assignment management and payment processing, along with event hosting tools and monetization support. In August 2026 the company launched FANTS Campus, an online community for FANTS creators.
On security, the homepage states that the company's information security management system holds ISO/IEC 27001 certification covering the planning, development and operation of FANTS. The course-platform article adds that payments are handled securely within the platform and that personal data and content are protected. The site footer carries the copyright of Stadium, inc.
Customer stories
The homepage profiles creators who moved onto FANTS. A fermentation cooking teacher built a place for continuing study and a stable income after struggling to fill one-off lessons. A developmental support specialist created a hub where research findings reach practitioners in real time and members exchange views. An author built a two-way space with her members after her posts had been one-way. A cheerleading team replaced a mail-based, paper fan club with one run entirely in the app and grew it past 100 members. Further case studies linked from the company's magazine include a confectionery researcher whose rice-flour sweets community sees about one in two students log in every day, and a lifestyle club run by a former YouTuber that passed 400 members while keeping more than nine in ten of them from month to month.
Who it suits
FANTS suits creators, coaches, teachers and experts who want paid communities, subscription salons, courses and one-on-one sessions in one branded app, with real help designing the business and close tracking of each member's engagement. It also fits groups such as sports teams that want to move a fan club onto an app. The site and support are not in English, so it is best suited to creators who work in the platform's own language.
