What Türkiye Derste is
Türkiye Derste is a Turkish online education platform for students from 2nd to 12th grade. Its home page calls it "Türkiye'nin İlk Online Eğitim Platformu" (Turkey's first online education platform) and promises to meet all of a family's education needs on one platform. The site is in Turkish, follows the Turkish national curriculum, and builds its offer around three goals summed up in its slogan "Okulda, Sınavda, Yaşamda" (at school, in exams, in life).
The site's own summary describes a comprehensive online platform that takes students in grades 2-12 to success through goal setting, personalized planning, education coaching and psychological support. Live online classes, regular assessment and individual follow-up are meant to support both academic and emotional development. In practice that means a child does not just join a class: they are assessed, given targets, assigned a coach, and followed through a plan.
How lessons work
The FAQ answers the basics. Lessons are taught online, live, by expert teachers ("Dersler online olarak, uzman öğretmenler tarafından canlı anlatımlarla yapılır"). Students can also meet their education coach one to one to strengthen personal development and study habits. A missed class is not lost: the FAQ says recordings of all live lessons sit in the student panel ("tüm canlı derslerin kayıtları öğrenci panelinde yer alır"), so a student can rewatch a lesson or catch up on one they missed whenever they like.
The emphasis shifts with age. According to the FAQ, primary school students build basic study habits; middle school puts new-generation question solving and exam preparation first; and at high school level the work covers both school success and TYT-AYT focused study. The "Neden Türkiye Derste?" (Why Türkiye Derste?) section adds that topic explanations are fully aligned with the MEB curriculum ("MEB müfredatına birebir uyumlu"), that students practice new-generation questions, and that a question bank is organized by difficulty level so students can consolidate what they know and complete their exam preparation.
The Total Success Model
The platform's method is what it calls the Toplam Başarı Modeli (Total Success Model). The home page lays it out as a sequence of steps:
- Needs analysis (İhtiyaçların Belirlenmesi). Whether a student is in primary, middle or high school, the first step is to find the topics they have not yet mastered.
- Psychological preparation (Psikolojik Hazırlık). Guidance and motivation work prepares the student psychologically for online classes and exams, because the site holds that motivation and self-confidence matter as much as content.
- Measurement and evaluation (Ölçme ve Değerlendirme). Online tests and mock exams at set intervals measure progress, and the results are analyzed and returned as detailed feedback to both the student and the parent.
- AI-assisted goal setting (Yapay Zeka Destekli Hedef Oluşturma). Once needs are known, the system uses AI to set suitable academic targets, giving the student a clear roadmap from school grades to LGS or YKS preparation.
- Education coaching (Eğitim Koçluğu). Every student has a coach who follows their performance on the platform and gives one-to-one support and motivation where needed.
- Correction and improvement (Düzeltme ve İyileştirme). Weak areas found in the assessments lead to changes in the program.
- Personal program design (Kişiye Özel Program Tasarımı). A personal study plan is built on the platform, with online classes and activities at the student's level, so each student moves at their own pace.
- Putting the plan into practice (Programın Uygulanması). The student follows a daily plan, joins classes in virtual classrooms, does homework and completes academic tasks on a regular schedule.
- Follow-up and support (Takip ve Destek). Even after a program ends, the student's progress is still tracked, with extra resources and mentoring offered.
Programs
The site's education packages ("Eğitim Paketlerimiz") come in four groups:
- Online Dershane, an online prep school for 2nd to 12th grade, the core live-class program.
- Sınava Hazırlık Grupları, exam preparation groups for LGS, TYT and AYT, listed in the menu as LGS and YKS preparation.
- Bireysel Destek, individual support built around education coaching.
- Müfredatın Ötesinde, a beyond-the-curriculum strand the site labels "Yetenekler & Gelecek" (talents and the future).
The menu also lists a Freshman preparation program and a page of partner institutions.
Tools and support
Alongside classes, the home page names the platform's components: Türkiye Derste Student Analysis, a solved question bank with topic explanation videos, a problem-solving tool called Çözdürgeç paired with the education coach, psychological counseling support, and Türkiye-wide national mock exams ("Türkiye Geneli Ulusal Denemeler"). A score calculator called Puanmatik lets families estimate results and then book an appointment with an education consultant, and the footer links separate LGS, AYT and TYT score calculators. A free knowledge base, Bilgi Bankası, publishes articles for parents and students, such as a guide to active recall, five steps to identifying a child's needs, and six steps to focusing on the process rather than the result.
Separate logins exist for students, teachers and consultants, students can join with an invitation code, and the site offers a live chat.
Summer camps
The home page was promoting its 2026 summer term, with registration extended because of demand. Two camps were advertised, both starting on 13 July with a final registration date of 26 July: an LGS summer camp, with 32 places left including extra places, and a primary and middle school summer camp with remaining places listed by grade, ranging from 37 places for 4th grade to 45 for 6th grade. The page says extra places were opened to meet demand, though the counters showed registration as closed.
Getting started and pricing
Every route starts with a free consultation. The site invites parents to fill in a form, pick the time that suits them, and meet an expert counselor teacher online for free ("Kayıt Öncesi Ücretsiz Görüşme", a free meeting before registration). The form asks for the student's grade, a preferred half-hour slot between 09:00 and 18:00, a name, a phone number and a province, and the site cites Turkey's personal data protection law No. 6698 for the data it collects. Families who prefer can call instead. The menu includes an online payment page, but the home page shows no prices for its packages.
The site also leans on reputation. A slider claims "Binlerce Mutlu Veli" (thousands of happy parents) and says the platform grows through satisfaction and recommendations, and the home page carries video testimonials and success stories.
Who it suits
Türkiye Derste suits families in Turkey who want more than a recorded course library: a structured online program from 2nd to 12th grade with live teachers, a personal coach, regular mock exams and attention to motivation and self-confidence. It is most relevant for middle school students heading toward LGS and high school students preparing for TYT and AYT, for whom the exam groups, national mock exams and score calculators are built. Recorded lessons give some flexibility, but the model assumes a student who will join scheduled classes and work with a coach. Everything is in Turkish and built on the MEB curriculum, so it serves students in that system rather than international learners.
