Learn Education is a Thai education company that sells schools a blended learning system: digital lessons, textbooks, quizzes and teacher reporting built around the Thai national curriculum, which teachers use alongside their own classroom teaching. Around that core it offers science lab courses, exam preparation for university entrance, a career and self-discovery program, teacher training and Ministry of Education licensed textbooks. Its About page, written in Thai like the rest of the site, says the company was founded on 15 September 2554 in the Thai Buddhist calendar, with a mission to create a new form of learning that blends technology into academic content so that teachers can give students a quality education on equal terms. The footer names it as part of the Learn Corporation group.
Why it exists
The About page is direct about the problem it set out to solve. It names student dropout as one of the biggest problems in Thai education, links it to low O-NET national test scores, and points to a shortage of qualified teachers in schools. Learn Education's answer is to put well-built digital content into the classroom while keeping the teacher in charge. The FAQ makes the same point: after a school adopts the materials, teachers remain the facilitators in the classroom, and the company runs teacher training and seminars to strengthen the relationship between teachers and students.
Online Blended Learning
The main product is Online Blended Learning, which the homepage describes as a complete new learning platform for better results for students and schools. It is made of several parts:
- Software with lesson files split by unit.
- Digital content aligned with the core curriculum, using animation and with difficulty that can be adjusted to the student.
- Textbook, workbook and teacher manual, written by the company's academic team for review and practice.
- Training and service: a support team that helps with the system, plans the learning and trains teachers.
- Online quizzes at the end of each chapter, taken straight after the lesson.
- Teacher portal: reports that help teachers understand each student, with individual analysis.
- Clear, a service where academic staff answer questions about lessons within 24 hours.
- Learn Anywhere: every subject and level, on Windows, iOS and Mac OS.
- Classroom Flow Online, for teacher and student interaction online.
The subject menu covers science, mathematics, English, English for TCAS, computing (coding, with a set of invention kits), Thai (following the B.E. 2551 core curriculum), a Math for English Program taught by native speakers, Learn Ed Summary (summary tutoring with a last-minute live session before exams) and a physics and math course with individual progress tracking and reporting. The homepage lists the gains it expects for each group: students learn at their own pace and review when they want; teachers spend less time preparing and see results at the end of the period; parents see children build study discipline; schools see better results and a modern image.
Scale is stated in two places. The About page says that during COVID-19 Online Blended Learning supported learning in more than 300 schools across 50 provinces in every region, reaching more than 100,000 children, and the products page says it is trusted by more than 500 schools and backed by a consulting team available 24 hours a day. The company's stated goal is 3,000 schools within three years and expansion to other countries in Asia.
Lab for School
Lab for School is a science lab course for lower secondary students (Mathayom 1 to 3), aimed at schools that want students to see real experiments, practice analysis and apply it to the O-NET exam. The course is built around experiments for analyzing O-NET questions. The page lists what is included: experiments shown visually, as if students were doing them in a real lab, full equipment and chemicals so teachers spend no time preparing, a pre-test and post-test, everyday examples, a standard science laboratory from Mahidol University, likely exam questions, content matched to the learning standards and indicators, and a specialist teacher for each unit. Schools receive digital content and textbooks, software and assessment, and teacher training and implementation.
Exam preparation and enrichment
A separate group of courses is aimed at students heading for competitive exams. Pack On Demand is an intensive program for competition students, with experts in physics, engineering aptitude, biology, GAT and medical aptitude. TCASter mock is a mock exam for Thailand's university admission system, which can be taken in two rounds, with questions written by well-known tutors, score calculation and an estimate of the chance of admission. Ignite prepares students for international programs at Thai universities, Premiere Prep builds English for entry to leading faculties and reading and writing for study abroad, and Code Genius teaches coding foundations with an academic team on hand to answer questions. Learn neo is described as online tutoring for students in the digital age.
LearnOlife and Trainkru
LearnOlife (Learn O Life 360) is a self-discovery and career planning course for Mathayom 1 to 4. Built by a team of psychologists and specialists in child and adolescent development, it combines LOL360, a program for exploring oneself from all sides, with an Individual Development Plan (IDP). It uses psychological assessments to show a student's identity, interests, aptitudes and strengths, and active and experiential learning activities adapted from foreign psychology research to suit Thai children. The page showed a special price of 1,690 baht per user for 50 schools, valid only until the end of December 2566 in the Thai calendar.
Trainkru offers teacher coupon courses (หลักสูตรคูปองครู, quality courses for teachers), developed with leading organizations and universities and covering every subject area.
Licensed textbooks
Learn Education also publishes Ministry of Education textbooks for the basic subjects. The products page describes them as textbooks that are more than text, licensed (อญ.) for science, mathematics and English under the B.E. 2551 core curriculum, revised edition 2560. Asked in the FAQ whether its materials are certified by the Ministry of Education, the company says certification of its teaching tools is in progress and that its textbooks and tools have been proven by leading universities such as Chulalongkorn University.
How a school adopts it
The About page sets out a five-step model: find schools with shared goals, assess the school's overall ability and readiness, check that it has suitable technology (which the company calls the most important factor), train teachers to use the system in class beyond normal teaching time, and assess the school's progress afterward. The FAQ adds that if a school has limited computers, the team first checks whether its computer room is in use for all 45 periods of the week. Costs vary with the area and the type of system installed, and the FAQ points schools to a hotline. It also notes that donors who give to schools on the Revenue Department's list can claim a 200% tax deduction, and the page invites companies to support education through Learn Education.
Recognition and partners
The homepage lists awards from the National Innovation Awards 2020, Epic Foundation 2017, DBS-NUS 2015, BETT Asia 2015 and the Social Enterprise Awards 2014. Its education partners include NIA, Epic Foundation, SCG, Krungthai Bank and Social Venture, alongside several Thai foundations. A quoted endorsement from the director of Thailand's national social enterprise promotion office calls Learn Education a social enterprise with many national awards.
Who it suits
Learn Education suits Thai schools, especially those that want ready-made curriculum content, quizzes and teacher reporting without replacing their teachers, and schools whose students sit the O-NET and need practical science they cannot stage in their own labs. Students aiming at TCAS, international programs or medicine get dedicated prep courses, and schools that want structured career guidance for lower secondary students get LearnOlife.
It fits less well outside Thailand, since the content follows the Thai core curriculum and Thai exams and most of the site is in Thai, and for schools without the computers and connection the model depends on, which the company itself checks before it starts.
