YogaDownload
Tap a star to rate
YogaDownload is a membership library of online yoga classes that you can stream or download and practice at home. Its homepage headline is "GAIN UNLIMITED ACCESS TO 2700+ ONLINE YOGA CLASSES," and its site description puts the figure at "2,800+ instructor-led online yoga, fitness & Pilates classes for every level and goal," with the option to "Stream on demand or download classes for offline access." For a learner, it works like a large catalog of short, single-session lessons plus a set of structured programs that string classes together toward a goal.
Membership
The homepage lists what a member gets:
- Unlimited streaming
- Mobile apps, Roku, Fire TV and Apple TV
- New classes added every week
- Beginner through advanced
All of that is offered "for as little as $10 / month." The "as little as" wording means $10 is the lowest monthly rate, and the homepage shows no other plan details. Gift certificates are sold for anyone buying a membership for someone else.
The class library
The library is broad. The style filter on the classes page covers Align & Flow, Anusara, Ashtanga, Baptiste Power Vinyasa, Barre, Beginner Yoga, Bhakti, Forrest, Fusion, Hatha, Hot Yoga, Iyengar, Jivamukti, Kid's Yoga, Kundalini, Meditation, Pilates, Postnatal, Power Yoga, Prana Flow Vinyasa, Pranayama, Prenatal, Restorative, Vinyasa, Yin, Yoga With Weights, films and documentaries, and a set of Yoga Classes en Español.
Each class page shows its style, length, level, intensity, props and a rating from members. Lengths in the filter run from under 5 minutes to 80 minutes, and levels go from Beginner and Adv. Beginner & Up through Intermediate, Adv. Intermediate and All Levels. Intensity has its own playful scale: "Ahhhhhh," "Everyday Namaste," "You'll Feel It" and "Bring a Towel." Classes come as video, audio, or audio with slides, and several carry a matching Spotify playlist.
You can also search by goal. Objectives include abs and core strengthening, back pain, flexibility, weight loss, winding down and recovery; focus areas include morning, lunchtime and evening yoga, office yoga, partner yoga, yoga for 50+, athletes, cyclists, runners, men, women and kids; body-part and pose filters cover hips, back, shoulders, legs, arm balances, backbends, inversions and splits. Logged-in members have tabs for their classes, favorites and downloads, and can set their own categories on any class.
Besides YogaDownload's own classes, the library holds content partner channels, among them Ana Forrest Yoga, Kindness Yoga Channel, Life Force Project, Outlaw Yoga, Prime of Life Yoga (Yoga Therapy Rx), Qi Flow Yoga & Fitness, The Kaivalya Yoga Method, Xen Strength Yoga w/ Weights, Yoga with Les and YogaFit.
Programs
For learners who want a plan rather than a single class, the homepage features multi-day programs:
- 3-Week Heal Your Hips & Low Back Program
- 3-Week Absolute Beginner Yoga Program
- Yoga for Weight Loss: 14-Day Bootcamp
- 6-Day Nothing But Core Bootcamp w/ Claire
- 2-Week Abs & Booty Bootcamp Challenge
The Classes menu adds a Yoga Challenges section and a Beginner Yoga Classes section, and a View All Programs link leads to the rest. The 3-week beginner program is the obvious starting point for someone who has never practiced.
Teachers
The homepage features nine teachers with their main style: Jackie Casal Mahrou (Hatha), Kristin Gibowicz (Vinyasa), Claire Petretti Marti (Vinyasa), Kristen Boyle (Align & Flow), Kylie Larson (Vinyasa), Marco DiFerreira (Vinyasa), Nicole Foote (Power Yoga), Mark Morford (Vinyasa) and Christen Bakken (Vinyasa). The teacher filter on the classes page lists dozens more, from Alanna Kaivalya to Shannon Paige. The What's New list shows the pace of new releases, with recent classes such as Block Steady from Kristin Gibowicz, Hurts So Good Pilates: Block Party from Claire Petretti Marti, Moon Salutation Flow from Angie Holecko and Daily Decompression 5: Lengthen & Release from Jackie Casal Mahrou.
One of the popular classes, Gentle Hatha Yoga 2: Nurture Yourself, is described as a "slow paced gentle hatha class" that leaves you "balanced, refreshed, rested, and revitalized."
Free classes
YogaDownload lets you sample before you join. Its free classes page lists "all of our online classes that have free versions available" with the line "Try before you buy!" Examples include:
- 20-Minute Shoulder & Upper Body Love with Keith Allen, rated 4.91 from 37 reviews
- Nature Nidra, a 17-minute guided yoga nidra in nature with Erin Wimert
- Daily Back Pain Relief with Kristin Gibowicz, who the page says has "recovered from back surgery and thrived for over 20 years because of her yoga practice"
- Core Strength the Iyengar Way with Dana Hanizeski
- Prenatal Relief with Kristen Boyle
- Happy Half-Hour: Hearts & Hips with Caitlin Rose Kenney, rated 4.96 from 94 reviews
Some free classes carry a short sponsor message from a partner brand.
Music, content and community
Music is part of the service. The site has its own music section, with Electronic Music Sessions and an artists list, and features albums such as Naturescapes Music for Relaxation by Ananga Sivyer, Music As Medicine by Nawang Khechog and Prasad by Manish Vyas.
Outside the classes, YogaDownload publishes yoga pose tutorials, a guide defining yoga styles and levels, articles and recipes, and a podcast, and it runs a clothing store. It also organizes retreats, listed for France 2026, Italy 2026, Thailand 2027 and Croatia 2027. Community links include #GoYourOmWay, a testimonials page, an affiliate program, Yoga for Peace, Giving Back and a page for submitting content. A Help Center handles contact, and a newsletter announces new classes and discounts.
For those who want to teach, the Instructors menu links an Online Teacher Training section and a Learn to Teach page.
Who it suits
YogaDownload suits people who want a home practice with plenty of choice and the ability to practice offline. The download option helps travelers and anyone with patchy internet, and the TV apps make it easy to follow a class on a bigger screen. The filters by length, level, intensity and goal are its strongest feature: a member can narrow thousands of classes to a short morning practice, a half-hour flow or a long class of up to 80 minutes in a few clicks.
The structured programs give beginners and goal-driven learners a plan, from the 3-week beginner program to the core and weight-loss bootcamps. Because the classes are pre-recorded, members get variety and flexibility rather than live correction, so the free classes are a sensible way to check whether the teachers suit you before paying the monthly fee.
