Wellness Courses

Wellness Courses is an online academy that sells one subscription to a whole library of certificate courses in holistic wellness. The homepage headline is "Become an IPHM Certified Wellness Coach," and the footer describes the site as "Your online academy for holistic wellness. Certified courses in personal development, alternative therapies & spiritual growth." Instead of buying courses one by one, a member pays a monthly fee, studies any of the 64+ courses at their own pace, and earns a certificate for each course they pass. That model makes it both a place to train for a wellness practice and a place to study personal development for its own sake.

The course library

The About page sums up the range: "numerology and meditation to trauma therapy training (CBT, ACT, EMDR), massage practitioner training, naturopathy, and specialized coaching (ADHD, menopause, grief, positive psychology)." The site groups its courses into four categories:

  • Psychology
  • Well-being
  • Alternative Therapies
  • Spiritual Awakening

The homepage says the library holds 64+ courses and that 3 new courses are added every month, a point it repeats on the pricing panel ("3 new courses/month"). The About page adds that the curriculum "is constantly updated with new courses added monthly." For a subscriber, a growing library means the fee buys access to courses that did not exist when they joined.

The testimonials name some of the certificate courses: an ADHD Coach Certification, a Numerology Training and a Meditation Teacher Certification. The homepage has a Popular Courses section and a full course list, and a search function covers the catalog.

How studying works

The homepage explains the process in three steps. First, Subscribe: "Choose your plan and get instant access to all courses." Second, Learn: "Study at your own pace with PDFs, audio, and quizzes." Third, Get Certified: "Pass the exam and receive your IPHM certificate."

The formats are listed as video, audio and PDF, with the tagline "Learn your way." The site describes its platform as an "all-in-one learning platform with audio lessons, interactive quizzes, and professional certificates," and the About page says you can learn "at your own pace, anywhere in the world." Everything is self-paced, so there is no cohort start date to wait for.

The FAQ on the homepage covers the questions a new member is likely to have: what the Buddy System is, what the subscription includes, how the quizzes work, how to earn a certificate, whether the certificates are recognized, how long access lasts, whether you can cancel anytime and which payment methods are accepted. A Community section and a blog sit in the main menu alongside the courses.

Certificates and IPHM accreditation

Accreditation is the company's main selling point. According to the About page, all courses are accredited by the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM), which it describes as "a globally recognized organization that ensures the highest standards of professional training." The site lists what that accreditation means to it:

  • Internationally recognized certifications
  • Professional standards compliance
  • Continuous quality assurance
  • Ethical practice guidelines

The footer calls Wellness Courses an "IPHM Accredited Training Provider." What a learner receives is an IPHM certificate for each course passed, which the site presents as a professional certification in that discipline.

Price and subscription

The pricing panel shows one plan, Full access, at €9.99 a month, with a struck-through €29.99 and the note "Save €20/month." The plan includes all 64+ courses and the 3 new courses each month, and the panel states "Cancel anytime." The site description repeats the offer as "Start for only €9.99/month." A live notice on the homepage also refers to new members claiming a 7-day free trial.

Since one fee covers every course, a learner who wants several certificates, for example a meditation teacher certificate and a grief coaching course, pays the same as someone who takes one.

The company behind it

The About page says Wellness Courses was founded in 2018 by "a small team of passionate practitioners who wanted to share their knowledge with the world." It is part of the Ma Formation Privée family, which the page describes as its parent organization in professional training, with a link to maformation-privee.com.

The site's own numbers are 6+ years in operation, 103,609+ students trained, 64+ certified courses, 10+ expert instructors and a 4.5/5 average rating. The founder and CEO is named as Helmi M., signing for the Wellness Education Group, whose message reads: "My mission is to make quality wellness education accessible to everyone." The team page lists Marie D. (Head of Content), Thomas L. (Student Support), Sophie R. (Course Designer), Lucas M. (Technical Lead), Claire B. (Quality Assurance) and Emma G. (Marketing). Student support therefore has a named owner, and the company's values section promises ongoing support while you study. Customer service runs through a support email address and a contact page, and the academy has profiles on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

What students say

Three written testimonials appear on the About page, and the homepage carries a set of video testimonials.

  • Marie L., ADHD Coach Certification: "This course changed my career. I now run my own coaching practice and help others transform their lives."
  • Pierre D., Numerology Training: "Excellent content and support. The certification gave me the credibility I needed to start my business."
  • Isabelle M., Meditation Teacher Certification: "The quality of the courses is exceptional. I feel confident in my abilities thanks to this comprehensive training."

Two of the three describe a career outcome, a coaching practice and a new business, which matches the site's pitch to people building "meaningful careers in holistic health."

Who it suits

Wellness Courses suits people who want to study holistic and alternative disciplines broadly and cheaply. A learner curious about several fields, such as numerology, meditation and naturopathy, can take all of them under one subscription rather than paying for each. It also suits practitioners who want an IPHM certificate to show clients, and people drawn to personal development and spiritual growth who would study the same material without a career goal.

The format is entirely self-paced, built on PDFs, audio, video and quizzes, so it fits learners who like to work alone and on their own schedule. Readers who want live classes or a fixed timetable should look at how the Community section and the Buddy System work before subscribing. With one plan, a low monthly price and a cancel-anytime subscription, the cost of finding out is small.
