Skill Shiksha is an Indian training institute that teaches career skills through live online classes and offline classes in Delhi-NCR. Its corporate office is in Satya Niketan, New Delhi. The catalog covers data science, business analytics, digital marketing, graphic design and e-commerce entrepreneurship, and the site describes itself as an online learning platform "featuring a blend of modules with an interactive environment and live video sessions from a panel of industry experts." It is a learner product, aimed at students, freshers and working professionals who want a new skill or a career change without leaving their job.

The teaching model

The home page sets out the approach in four points. There is no separate beginner or intermediate course: "We take you from the basics to the most advanced level, leaving nothing in between." Trainers have to qualify before they are allowed to teach, and the site says they are field experts who cover a course from A to Z. Classes are interactive "Smart Classes", with full access to trainers and to online batchmates, and the institute says it makes sure doubts are resolved before the end of each module.

Anyone can join with no coding experience, and the page names engineers, marketing and sales professionals, freshers, IT professionals and domain experts as typical learners. This certificate is also listed as from Skillshiksha and IBM. The fee is Rs. 38,490 plus Rs. 6,928 GST, a total of Rs. 45,418, or Rs 53,678 in two installments.

Graphic Designing Course

The Graphic Designing Course runs 4 months and teaches design basics (color, layout, RGB versus CMYK, print media), then Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects through practical projects: logos, magazine covers, packaging, brochures, banners, reels, green-screen work and motion graphics. The program promises a dedicated student success trainer and help building a portfolio that shows a learner's ability to fulfill client briefs. The fee is Rs. 24,999 plus Rs. 4,499 GST, a total of Rs. 29,498, or Rs 31,858 in two installments, with interest-free EMI plans.

E-Commerce Entrepreneurship Program

The E-Commerce Entrepreneurship Program is aimed at aspiring business owners and sellers. The page says it runs "In collaboration with AMAZON" and lists certificates from Skill Shiksha and Amazon, and its FAQ explains ATES, Amazon Trained E-commerce Specialist, as a certificate for manufacturers and sellers moving from traditional channels to selling on Amazon.
