What Correlation One is

Correlation One is an AI enablement and workforce training company. Its FAQ describes it as helping "enterprises, government agencies, and global institutions build the human capabilities required to compete in the AI economy," and says it was founded in 2015, is headquartered in New York City and has trained more than 500,000 professionals across 50+ countries "through custom, cohort-based programs in generative AI, data analytics, cybersecurity, and cloud computing." It is not a course marketplace with a public catalog. Companies and public bodies buy custom programs for their staff, while individuals reach Correlation One through employer-sponsored or government-funded programs, competitions and a high school initiative.

The company groups its work for three audiences: enterprises, the public sector, and Amazon associates. Named clients and partners on the site include Amazon, Citadel, Coca-Cola, Micron, Colgate-Palmolive, Pacific Life, New York Life, IAG, SoftBank, Target and Merck, and on the government side the U.S. Department of Defense, the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Department of Labor and USAID.

Enterprise AI training

For companies, the core product is Enterprise AI Enablement, pitched as "Custom AI training that delivers business results in 90 days." The enterprise page lays it out as five tiers that an organization can enter at the level that fits its maturity:

  • Tier 1, SmartScale awareness sessions. A single 60–90 minute live virtual session for any knowledge worker, with no prior AI experience needed, split 70–75% hands-on and 25–30% instruction. The page says it can cover an entire workforce in 30–40 days, using M365 Copilot, Gemini or ChatGPT, and each learner leaves with a prompt framework (Role / Task / Context / Output) and one role-relevant use case.
  • Tier 2, adoption. A four-level track from AI 101 and 102 single sessions, sized at 25–300 per session, up to AI 201 and 301 cohorts of up to 40 per cohort. Cohorts run 5–7 weeks plus a 4–6 week pilot afterward, with tools such as M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Gemini and ChatGPT. Outputs build from individual task upgrades to workflow upgrades and, at 301, production-ready AI agents with deployment plans.
  • Tier 3, executive enablement. A 90-minute to half-day strategy workshop for C-suite, SVPs and department heads, with a listed capacity of 15–75 and in person preferred, ending in an AI Enablement Charter of priorities and sponsored use cases.
  • Tier 4, AI Innovation Labs. A 2–3 day in-person intensive for 20–40 participants from business, IT and operations, who prototype AI solutions to real problems using Copilot, Lovable and the client's own tools.
  • Tier 5, implementation support. Ongoing access to C1 AI Coaches through weekly or biweekly live office hours of 60–90 minutes plus asynchronous help in a dedicated Teams or Slack channel, described as "applied support for real work, not more curriculum."

Around the tiers sits a six-step method running from executive activation and use-case discovery through business owner enablement, workforce training, capstone projects and an internal AI Champions network. The site says workforce training is "Instructor-led by 3,000+ global AI domain experts from Harvard, MIT, Stanford, Google, and Microsoft," delivered in live virtual sessions with AI coaching tools, in formats "ranging from 3-week intensives to 4-month enablement tracks." The FAQ adds that programs serve all skill levels, from executives to non-technical staff, and are segmented so that marketing, sales, finance, operations and HR teams each learn AI in their own context.

Other enterprise offers on the page are Generative AI for the Workforce, covering prompt engineering, workflow automation, AI-assisted decision-making and risk mitigation; the AI Impact and Maturity (AIM) Diagnostic, a scored assessment of AI readiness across strategy, talent, data infrastructure and governance; Digital Apprenticeships that prepare employees for data and digital roles within 16 weeks; and a Data Literacy and Analytics Upskilling program listed as coming soon. One homepage case study describes a Fortune 100 beverage brand whose 400 employees across 12 countries completed 76 AI capstone projects with a 97% completion rate, which the company says uncovered $50M in revenue opportunity.

Programs for individual learners

There is no public course catalog to buy from, but several funded programs take applications from individuals. According to the FAQ, Correlation One's workforce programs for individuals are "employer-sponsored or government-funded," and "There is no cost to participants."

  • Amazon Career Choice training gives Amazon associates technical tracks in data analytics, cybersecurity, IT and cloud. The FAQ lists the program in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Poland, Australia and Japan. A homepage case study describes 16-week tracks with 90% completion rates and an NPS of 65, and says 5,000+ associates were placed in higher-paid roles.
  • Cyber Advance for Women in MENA is a U.S. Department of State-funded cybersecurity training-to-jobs program for women in Jordan and Egypt, aligned to CompTIA Security+.
  • Tech for Jobs is a State Department-funded data analytics training and remote-work placement program, which the site calls Jordan's largest training-to-jobs program.

Competitions are the other way in. Correlation One runs the Citadel Data Open data science competitions with Citadel and Citadel Securities, Terminal, a team algorithm game, and a Pacific Life AI Actuary Challenge. For the Department of Defense it ran the Cyber Sentinel Skills Challenge, a capture-the-flag competition with 20+ simulations, and the U.S. Army Career Invitational, which the case study says drew 14,000+ technical professionals. For high schools, the Apex America Initiative, launching in 2027, combines free virtual AI Launchpad workshops for any U.S. high schooler, a High School AI Championship that names 100 Apex America Scholars a year, and AI for Educators, a free live training series for teachers.

Certifications

On credentials, the FAQ says "Correlation One programs include industry-recognized certifications where relevant, including CompTIA A+, ISTQB, and specialized data analytics credentials," and adds that the main focus is applied AI skills rather than certification alone.

Hiring trained graduates

Employers can also hire from Correlation One's graduates at no charge. The Amazon-trained talent page offers "100% free for employers" access to Amazon Career Choice graduates for operations, analyst, data center, IT and cybersecurity roles across the U.S., promising a shortlist of 3+ pre-vetted candidates within 1 business day. The MENA-trained talent page offers data, AI and cybersecurity graduates, says "Only the top 5% of applicants are admitted to our programs," sends a shortlist within 5 business days, and states that "Our MENA programs are fully funded" so employers pay no recruitment or placement cost. It also supports internships and apprenticeships and will "cost-share with employers where feasible."

Pricing and results claimed

The site publishes no price list. The enterprise FAQ explains that "Correlation One designs custom programs with pricing based on scope, participant volume, program duration, and the level of customization required," and asks buyers to contact the company for enterprise pricing. Its government development programs are described as "priced on verified jobs and wages instead of people trained."

The headline results are the company's own: 500,000+ professionals trained, "$1 billion+ in measurable client productivity gains," 16,000+ career transitions across 20+ career tracks, and 87% of participants reporting high confidence in applying new skills after a program.

Who it suits

Correlation One suits large employers that want a structured AI rollout across the whole workforce, from short awareness sessions for thousands of staff to small cohorts that build working agents, with coaching afterward. Government agencies looking for training-to-jobs programs or technical recruitment pipelines are its other main buyers. For individual learners, it is relevant mainly if they are Amazon associates, eligible for its State Department programs in Jordan and Egypt, or high school students and teachers once Apex America launches.

It is not a fit for an individual who wants to buy a data or AI course online today, since there is no self-serve catalog or checkout, and the enterprise programs are quoted case by case.
