What the product is
AI LMS is a UK online learning platform that teaches working professionals how to use AI in a specific industry, ending with a working AI assistant built on a major cloud AI service. The homepage describes "No-code pathways that take you from AI basics to building a real AI assistant for your industry," on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, OpenAI or Claude, "with a personal AI mentor and a real-world case study." It is a learner product: one subscription opens every course, an AI tutor answers questions around the clock, and each pathway ends in an assessment and a certificate. The footer says AI LMS is owned and operated solely by Cyber and AI Security Learning Management System LTD, with an address in Northwood, Middlesex, in the United Kingdom, and that it processes data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
The five industry pathways
The catalog is organized as "Five Tracks to AI Mastery," each one pairing an industry with a cloud AI platform. All five are marked Beginner, and each lists 19 lessons and 12 hours of content:
- Pharmacy with AWS runs through Amazon AWS and Bedrock to a community-pharmacy AI assistant, "with a human signing off anything clinical."
- Accounting Firm with Gemini uses Google Cloud Gemini to build an accounting-firm assistant on the Oakwood & Co case study. The assistant drafts and analyzes, and a qualified accountant signs off.
- Recruitment Agency with Azure covers Microsoft Azure AI and Copilot and builds an assistant that helps screen, summarize and draft, keeping a recruiter in the loop on every decision.
- Solicitor Firm with Claude teaches Anthropic Claude and builds a solicitor-firm assistant that drafts and reviews, with a qualified solicitor responsible for all legal advice and filings.
- Estate Agency with OpenAI goes through OpenAI ChatGPT to an estate-agency assistant that drafts listings and replies, with an agent reviewing everything before it goes out.
The common thread is human oversight. Every pathway keeps a qualified person responsible for the final decision, and the sample answer from the AI tutor on the homepage gives the same advice to teams: start with assistive tasks such as drafting, summarizing and classifying, keep a human reviewing every output, and "Never paste confidential data into a prompt; use placeholders instead."
How a pathway is structured
The homepage breaks each pathway into four stages, with the skills each one covers:
- AI & Automation Foundations, for learners starting with no prior experience: what AI and automation are, where they add value and how to use them responsibly. Key skills listed are AI versus automation, prompting basics, responsible use and human-in-the-loop. It is recommended as Module 1 of every pathway.
- Master Your AI Platform: hands-on work with the platform behind the pathway, whether AWS and Bedrock, Google Gemini, Microsoft Azure and Copilot, OpenAI or Anthropic Claude.
- Build a Real AI Assistant: applying the platform to the industry case study and building a working assistant end to end, with workflow design, drafting and review, and safety boundaries as the named skills.
- Get Assessed & Certified: a final assessment, a portfolio project and a shareable certificate "proving hands-on, responsible AI skills for your industry."
The pricing FAQ adds that the courses are designed for beginners to advanced learners, that each module includes prerequisite information and can be taken in any order, and that an adaptive learning system personalizes content based on skill level. The subscription also includes interactive quizzes and progress analytics. The topics strip on the homepage names neural networks, transformers, RAG, AI ethics, MLOps and fine-tuning, and the site stresses that no coding is required.
Learner AI and expert consultations
The Learner AI is the platform's built-in tutor. The homepage says it "adapts to your pace, answers questions in real-time, and provides personalized study recommendations," and lists instant answers to AI domain questions, personalized learning path recommendations and real-world scenario analysis. It is "Available 24/7 throughout your subscription." The pricing FAQ describes it as "an advanced assistant that provides personalized learning support, answers AI domain questions, explains complex concepts, and helps you practice with real-world scenarios."
Human help comes through expert consultations. The homepage says learners can "Connect with industry professionals for guidance, career advice, and audit support," and the pricing page lists "Exclusive access to Audit and Consulting Chats and calls with industry leaders and professionals" as part of the plan.
Certificates
AI LMS issues certificates at two levels. The pricing FAQ says learners receive "industry-recognized certificates for each completed module and comprehensive certification upon finishing all courses," and that these can be shared on LinkedIn and other professional platforms. The homepage describes the pathway certificate as proof of "hands-on, responsible AI skills on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, OpenAI or Claude." These are the company's own certificates.
Price, refunds and support
Pricing is a single plan. The pricing page reads "One plan. Everything included. No hidden tiers." The All-Access Plan costs £50 GBP a month and includes access to all modules, exclusive access to Learner AI, advanced progress analytics, priority support and the audit and consulting chats and calls. The FAQ says the subscription gives continuous access to all current and future content and describes "lifetime access to your enrolled courses."
Three terms answer the questions a buyer usually has to chase:
- Refunds. The FAQ says "we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee," with a full refund within the first 30 days for anyone not satisfied, "no questions asked."
- Teams. Special pricing applies to teams of 5 or more, through the sales team, with custom enterprise solutions and bulk licensing on request.
- Payment. All major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal are accepted, processed through payment partners with industry-standard encryption.
Support is by email for every subscriber. The FAQ promises "priority email support with responses within 24 hours," and says premium support adds live chat and phone assistance during business hours. The site has no free plan; the money-back guarantee is the way to try it.
Who it suits
AI LMS suits a professional in one of its five industries, a pharmacist, accountant, recruiter, solicitor or estate agent, or someone running a firm in those fields, who wants to learn how AI fits their work and come away with a working assistant on a named platform. The no-code approach and the foundations module make it reachable for people with no technical background, and the 12-hour pathways are short enough to finish alongside a job. Small firms can use the team pricing for 5 or more people, and the heavy emphasis on human sign-off suits regulated work where a professional stays accountable.
It is a narrower fit for anyone outside those five industries, or for a developer who wants to write code and train models, since the pathways are no-code and built around assistants rather than engineering. Learners outside the UK should note that the price is set in pounds. Buyers who want an outside credential should note that the certificates are issued by AI LMS itself.
