What the product is
The Academy of Continuing Education, or ACE, is an online learning platform that teaches marketers how to work with AI. It calls itself "Your Career Reskilling HQ" and is sold mainly as a monthly subscription, with live office hours and small-cohort courses alongside. The homepage says ACE was "Created by the team at Winsome Marketing and Hire a Writer," professionals who have spent 10+ years building marketing frameworks for real businesses, and the site's copyright line belongs to Winsome Marketing. The stated aim is "a low cost, high quality solution to support your growth in digital marketing," summed up in the line "career development shouldn't break your budget while AI breaks your industry."
The pitch is blunt. The homepage argues that "Content writers, PPC specialists, and marketing coordinators are becoming obsolete" because AI now writes copy, optimizes ads and manages campaigns, while "Strategic roles that architect AI systems, interpret behavioral psychology, and lead hybrid teams are exploding." ACE positions its courses as the bridge from the first group of jobs to the second.
Who ACE is built for
The site names three audiences. Mid-career marketers with 3-7 years of experience who watch AI tools take over their daily tasks; marketing leaders who are tired of execution work and want to design systems and lead teams; and high earners who want to move from tactical roles to strategic leadership. The FAQ adds that no technical background is needed. In its words, "ACE teaches AI collaboration, not AI programming," and the comparison it draws is "learning to direct a very capable assistant rather than becoming a software engineer."
What the courses cover
The featured courses on the homepage show the range of the catalog, which spans AI skills and core marketing:
- AI in Marketing covers the fundamentals of artificial intelligence in marketing, from AI-powered customer insights and personalization to ethical content creation and automated campaign optimization.
- How to Build a Content System teaches how to put together an AI-integrated content production system, including software selection, team training protocols, quality control processes and implementation frameworks for scalable content.
- Data Driven Marketing is about collecting, analyzing and applying marketing data with modern tools to build evidence-based strategies.
The FAQ describes the core skills taught across the platform as "prompt engineering (giving AI clear instructions), quality control frameworks (ensuring AI output meets your standards), and strategic oversight (knowing when and how to use AI effectively)." It also says ACE focuses on AI-era skills such as strategic frameworks that guide AI tools, behavioral psychology and leadership.
Reviews on the homepage point to SEO teaching as well. A content director, Tiffany V., writes that she has "taken both SEO 101 and SEO 102" and that both were taught by Joy Youell. She calls the courses "interactive" and says they "provide incredibly practical information" and, "in contrast to many online courses, are highly HUMAN." Another reviewer, F. Morrissey of Wegner CPA, calls a session led by Joy Youell "my favorite professional development experience in recent years," and K. Glass of Wiss says "The workshop-style format made it easy to build real AI agents for content creation, project management, and campaign planning."
How learning works
The ACE Subscription gives "Complete access to our AI reskilling library with ongoing support." The FAQ lists what that library holds: courses, templates, community and office hours. Courses are "bite-sized (10-15 minutes)," templates are meant to "provide immediate value in your current role," and office hours "are scheduled for different time zones," which is how the platform fits around a full-time job. The FAQ says members typically spend 3-4 hours per week on skill development and that most professionals see results within 90 days of focused learning, depending on their current role and target position. It also says many members start by using AI tools in their existing job while building skills for the next one.
Live Training: Office Hours are described as "Live expert training with themed focus and personalized guidance." The homepage says these are live, expert-led sessions on specific AI marketing topics, naming building custom GPTs, managing schedules with AI and creating automated workflows, "with real-time Q&A and hands-on practice in small groups." Office hours can also be booked individually, according to the FAQ.
Cohort courses run alongside the subscription. At the top of the homepage ACE invites marketers to join its next AI in Marketing course, run in "Small cohorts (limited to 8 people)," covering mid-to-advanced AI applications, with a "REGISTER NOW & GET 25% OFF" offer. One homepage review, from T. Lawson of MGM, reads "Our marketing department just got an infusion of AI enthusiasm, paired with a practical growth plan."
Career mapping and the role assessment
ACE ties its courses to specific job changes. The free role assessment, a six-step AI Reskilling Quiz on the homepage, asks about the learner's current marketing role and sends a personalized report with course recommendations and salary projections. The FAQ sets out the usual moves: content creators to AI Content Orchestrators, PPC specialists to Performance Marketing Strategists, social media managers to Community Strategists, and analysts to Strategic Intelligence Analysts. Community and office hours then provide guidance based on the learner's situation.
To back the case, the site quotes job growth figures. The FAQ says "Strategic Intelligence Analyst roles have grown 43% in the past year, Performance Marketing Strategist positions are up 41%, and AI Creative Director roles increased 38%," while the homepage's "The opportunity is massive" section gives the same three figures as growth through 2027 and adds Customer Journey Architects at +39%. ACE says it tracks job postings and salary data "from companies like HubSpot, Salesforce, Adobe, and hundreds of mid-market firms." These are the company's own figures, given as growth over the past year in the FAQ and as growth through 2027 on the homepage.
Price and trial
The FAQ says new members "Start with our free month to explore the full platform" and that after it "our $9.99/month subscription can be canceled anytime." Elsewhere the homepage offers "GET ACE FREE FOR 30 DAYS." The FAQ also mentions individual office hours sessions and prompt packs as ways to try the platform, and says the goal is "not locking you into anything that doesn't fit." The AI in Marketing cohort is promoted with 25% off. ACE also runs two free email lists: a Daily AI Newsletter with the five AI headlines of the day, which the site credits to Winsome for AEyespy, and a Daily AI Prompts email for practice.
Who it suits
ACE suits a working marketer, a content writer, PPC specialist, social media manager or analyst, who wants to learn AI tools in short sessions without quitting a job, and at a monthly price low enough to test after the free month. Marketing leaders can use the cohort course and office hours to bring a team up to speed together. Learners who like live contact get themed office hours in small groups across time zones.
It is a narrower fit outside marketing. The courses, role pathways and job figures are all written for marketing roles, and the FAQ says plainly that ACE does not teach AI programming, so a developer or data engineer looking for coding or machine learning skills will find little here.
