Sifoo.com is a Malaysian training provider for creative and digital skills, with its own self-learning course platform. It teaches graphic design, multimedia, video production and the AI tools now used in that work, in Malay, to individual learners and to organizations. The home page pitches "Kursus CreativeTech Profesional untuk Individu & Organisasi" (professional CreativeTech courses for individuals and organizations) and promises courses "Untuk Semua Peringkat" (for all levels). The company's address is in Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur.

Sifoo describes itself as a provider of training in creative multimedia design and digital content production that helps guide and inspire individuals to reach their goals. Its home page claims "15+ tahun melatih agensi & awam" (15+ years training agencies and the public) and says it has trained thousands of participants from government agencies, private companies and individual professionals.

Three ways to learn

The home page sets out three channels:

  • Kursus Online (online courses): you study alone at your own pace, with access to videos, exercises and course materials at any time. This is the self-learning platform at the listed URL.
  • Jadual Kursus Terbuka (open course schedule): scheduled classes you join with other participants, either face to face or online through Zoom.
  • Kursus In-House (on-site): for government agencies and companies, where Sifoo comes to your premises with modules built around your team's needs.

The footer also separates live online classes from face-to-face open courses, so the same subjects can be taken in several formats.

The self-learning platform

The courses page, headed "Self-Learning - Belajar Online, Fleksibel & Mengikut Masa Anda!" (learn online, flexibly and on your own time), opens with the promise that you choose what to study and control your own progress, then lists four benefits. You arrange study time around your own free hours. A collection of videos and interactive notes stays open as a reference. A self-assessment, through quiz questions or evaluations, lets you check that you understood the material. And you collect skills certificates: the page says you can "Tambah nilai resume anda dengan koleksi sijil kemahiran kreatif daripada UNI Sifoo.com" (add value to your resume with a collection of creative skills certificates from UNI Sifoo.com).

The FAQ explains how lessons are made. The main content comes as video "lengkap dengan arahan audio, demo pada skrin dan contoh latihan yang jelas" (complete with audio instructions, on-screen demos and clear exercise examples), backed by material in slides, images, text, links and audio. The teaching language is "Bahasa Melayu yang santai" (relaxed, informal Malay), and the instructors are described as experienced in creative multimedia. The FAQ also says courses go beyond theory and basic techniques to specific techniques, current technology and practical guidance, and that you learn directly from the instructors online. The platform is run by the Sifoo.com team, and every course on it can be accessed online.

To join, you pick a course title and register. Creating an account is free, and the FAQ says "Ada yang percuma dan ada yang berbayar" (some courses are free and some are paid). Once you have access, you can start at once, at any time and from anywhere.

Certificates

Paid courses come with a certificate. According to the FAQ, a digital certificate goes to every participant who completes all the learning topics in a paid course, and the participant can download and print it. The home page describes the certificate as recognition of your learning. It is Sifoo's own certificate of completion; the pages name no outside body behind it.

The open course schedule

The 2026 open course list shows what Sifoo teaches in practice. Many titles sit in named series: SDC DesignX for design, SDC MediaX for video and streaming, SDC CreativeAI and SDC SmartAI for AI work, SDC TechAI for automation and SDC DataX for data. Most classes run one to three days, for example professional document design with Canva on 15 and 16 April 2026.

  • Design: creative graphic design with Affinity by Canva, jersey design with Illustrator and Photoshop, book layout with Affinity by Canva, book layout for publishing with Adobe InDesign, Canva PowerStart, and social media content with Canva.
  • Video and streaming: basic video editing in Filmora, editing techniques in DaVinci Resolve and CapCut Desktop, professional live streaming with OBS, and motion graphics for advertising in After Effects.
  • AI: AI video montage production, creative video content with AI, the latest AI features in Premiere Pro, impactful graphic content with AI, creative slide design with AI, and workplace productivity with AI.
  • Automation and data: "Bina Agent AI dengan n8n" (building AI agents with n8n) and building a Microsoft Power BI dashboard.

The spread shows the platform's direction: classic design and editing software taught alongside generative AI. The home page says the trainers have experience in "reka bentuk grafik, multimedia, AI generatif dan teknologi kreatif" (graphic design, multimedia, generative AI and creative technology), and that every course is hands-on rather than theory alone, with real work produced.

Training for organizations

For employers, the in-house option offers modules tailored to each department and participant level, run at any location the client chooses. Sifoo says its courses are "HRD Corp Claimable" and that it is registered with e-Perolehan for government agencies, and the menu lists government LO and e-Perolehan purchasing alongside HRD Corp course claims. The blog shows the kind of work involved, with course reports on AI and creative media for corporate communication at Jabatan Tanah dan Survei Sarawak, Canva graphic design for Bahagian Teknologi Maklumat at Kementerian Kewangan, and Google Workspace and Gemini Advanced for productivity at PMINT.

What learners say

Three short testimonials appear on the courses page. Ruzaini Zamri writes that the "Trainer yg sangat berkualiti dan konten pengajaran adalah sangat bagus" (the trainer is very high quality and the teaching content is very good). Hazim Ismail says the After Effects course was "Sangat membantu untuk designer beginner macam saya" (very helpful for a beginner designer like me) and that he cannot wait to join the next level. Firdauz Abdullah recommends it to anyone looking for an effective, up-to-date learning source.

Prices and contact

The public pages publish no course fees. For advice, a "Tanya kami" (ask us) form lets you leave a question and get a course suggestion, and Sifoo lists two phone numbers, the address kursus@sifoo.com and accounts on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.

Who it suits

Sifoo.com suits Malay-speaking learners who want practical, tool-specific training in design, video and AI, and who like the choice between learning alone online and joining a scheduled class. It is a particularly good fit for Malaysian government agencies and companies that want on-site training they can claim under HRD Corp or buy through e-Perolehan. Anyone who needs English-language instruction should note that the teaching language is Malay.
